Please do yourself a favor and don't come Wife and I thought we'd give it a chance since we don't have crazy standards when it comes to American Chinese food. Somehow this went below and beyond what we thought possible. 1/5 Bad Food, Bad Service, Bad Atmosphere. Doesn't even deserve the one star lol read more

Okay food. Some things tasted odd. Carpet is filthy. Lots of choices. Typical for the genre.

Would rather get my shit neutered than eat here again 2 good options that's bout it don't eat here

I wasn't sure what hours they were open, so I went to their website. They have their prices listed for the different buffets offered and I checked out the lunch buffet. The price that is listed is $6.19 which I thought was low, but I figured it would be close. The actual price is almost double. $11.79. I mentioned it but the hostess didn't care. Their attitude towards customers is exactly why there was only 6 other people eating there at noon time. Also got undercooked chicken. Believe all the 1-star ratings this place gets. read more

The place was a total shit show with little annoying ass kids running and screaming everywhere while i was trying to have a peaceful diner with my soon to be baby daddy and was thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. First off, the food was subpar at best. Most of the dishes tasted bland or were over-seasoned to the point where they were inedible. The variety, which is usually the appeal of a buffet, was extremely lacking--half the stations were empty, and what was available seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. Some dishes were cold, and others had clearly been reheated multiple times. The cleanliness was another major issue. The plates and utensils were not properly washed, with visible food stains on some. The floors around the buffet stations were sticky, and I noticed several tables that hadn't been cleared or cleaned after previous diners left. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to neglect basic hygiene standards. The service was equally terrible. It was hard to find anyone to ask for assistance, and when I did, the staff seemed uninterested and rude. I asked for water twice, and it took over 20 minutes for someone to bring it to the table. The general attitude was unwelcoming, which only added to the already disappointing atmosphere. Overall, the experience felt like a waste of time and money. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will certainly never be returning and my poor baby daddies because the fishes were disappearing .And at the end i never got my child support.Never again.. read more

It's bad when I had to make a yelp just to leave a review worst food I've ever had I tried the "Chinese food" spit it out the noodles look days old the rice was yellow and soggy the meat so called chicken looked sus very chewy couldn't even down it left a full plate of that went for something I thought couldn't be cooked wrong pizza fries and garlic bread pizza was flat and very greasy sticking to the pan cold , the garlic bread was soggy overall I left 2 whole plates there maybe took a bite of each didn't care for they're sign that says wasted food will have to be payed for 16$ a person is insane the environment was dark had no theme dirty tables . Actually feeling sick to my stomach as I type this . A health inspector should really do a surprise visit read more

They must have stepped up their game recently, because the food had good flavor and the majority of the trays included food that was recently prepared. This place is worth giving a chance, at least in its current state of operation. I've lived in Twin for 8 years and never considered eating here because of the yelp reviews, until a friend from work told me he had recently gone and enjoyed the food, so I decided to give it a chance. I've frequented many great Chinese/Cantonese restaurants and even been to China, so I know what good food is. This place is by no means fine dinning, but still managed to exceed my expectations for what it is. Much better than some other buffets I've been to in Twin where my 5-year-old has to ask me, "Why is there skin on that stuff," or a layer of congealed gloop that has probably been sitting for more than 6 hours without being touched. The host(s) were friendly and attentive. $12 lunch buffet with a variety of vegetables, meats, starches, fruit and deserts. I was pleasantly surprised that the oranges were so sweet too. read more

This place is so Americanized, why can't one place be authentic? The lighting is really dark, I could barely see what I was eating. The food was not great by all means. But the waiter was nice, and the fortune cookie was stale, but good. read more

I hate it ok it tasted soggy and the service was terrible and the carpet looked moldy and it they charge you for a single bite of food you waste, and it's expensive. I would rather eat pineapple with BBQ sauce then eat here ok just don't go it sucks really bad!!! read more

We were visiting Twin Falls and thought we would try a buffet. We found a very long hair in the ice cream. Yes this happens a buffets and restaurants. We brought this to the attention of the female manager and she did not give to craps about it or go to change the ice cream. We could not continue our meals and decided to leave. We asked for discount from this manager because we didn't finish our meals and she grabbed the check rvery rude and took $2 off and threw the check back at us. Yep...more disgusted with the poor customer service from the manager and lack of not caring or removing the ice cream from the buffet. read more

New China Buffet - Long Hair in Ice Cream - Chinese Near Me - Twin Falls, Idaho

I give this Chinese buffet a zero. The food was soo horrible I had to spit it out. Even with more than 3 items. The sesame chicken taste spoiled. The egg rolls have no vegetables and taste like diaper rash cream. The chow mein is spaghetti with no vegetables. Over half of the buffet items I wouldn't even pick because of the appearance. Every worker there looks like they don't want to be there and don't care. Rolled their eyes a couple times. The poor fish in the fish tank aquarium looks too big for tank. I would not eat here again even if you paid me to. It's the worst Chinese buffet place I have ever been to! read more

the food was ass i got food poisoning and had to use the bathroom for over 40 minutes to clear it out and the service was awful and the staff was saying racial slurs to my and my family for being black AVOID AT ALL COSTS read more

Avoid this place. Service is horrible and they are rude. Food is gross as well. Dirty AF. Check your receipts too cuz they don't know how to add. Over charged us plus added their own tip. read more

New China Buffet - a man sitting at a table in a restaurant - Chinese Near Me - Twin Falls, Idaho

It's not often I leave a buffet hungry. I definitely did today. Nothing was good. I wouldn't come back or recommend this place.

Worse buffet I have ever been to. Very limited food choices. Food warm only. Shrimp dried up. Hardly any veges

Absolutely disgusting! We went and there was a lot of us but the food was the worst that I have ever had and kind of pricey.

Great deal for all you can eat. Customer service from the owners is good -- they are very respectable. Homey and qauint atmosphere! I recommend the Sesame Chicken and Mongolian Beef. read more

Good food with a good array of variation! Fruit, desserts, salads add a nice touch. Great customer service from every single person. Also, the freshest siracha I have ever had! read more

WARNING!!!! So I'm sooooooooo pissed off right now! Went to take two of my kids out for LUNCH with this buffets lunch hours being until 3:30pm (got here at 2:15pm....still lunch hours). I got charged dinner buffet prices & they wouldn't fix it. In fact they argued with me & told me this, "the staff changed the dinner buffet so you get charged the dinner buffet." I .... Yes , I.... Became a "Karen".... I told them, "it's not my fault your sign says lunch buffet is until 3:30 at the price of $9.99 per adult & you decided to put out dinner during lunch time. So you shouldn't be charging me for 3 adults the dinner buffet price of $11.99 each. Especially where your food is nasty. We barely ate anything because of how gross it taste & how hard most of your food is. The food has no flavor & is overcooked. The service was crap. And I seriously want to be reimbursed the difference of what you charged me & what I should have been charged!" She looks at me as another employee stands up & starts walking my way, then says, "it's not our fault you don't like our food. & I won't reimburse you because you ate the dinner buffet!" I replied as I walked out, "Woman please!!!!!..... if I knew you were serving crappy food I wouldn't have brought my kids her. If I would have known you would be charging me for dinner when I came here at lunch time I sure in hell wouldn't eat here either!" By the way we got done eating LUNCH at 3:15pm....still lunch hours!!! (P.S. sorry to anyone named Karen who doesn't go off like those "Karen's" all over the internet.) read more

I never have an issue with the food just seems like the customer service could use some work it always feels like you're being talked about. Never get a warm welcoming feeling just a shady atmosphere. The waitresses need to smile more. Lol read more

Toughest meat I have ever"tried"to eat. Very little variety of meat. Chicken mostly. Some "chicken" was unidentifiable in looks and taste and texture. Yuck! Bathrooms are filthy! We will not be back! read more

Customer service is SUPER bad, water had white powder in it, plates had a pice of type stuck to it with lint! Food was cold. VERY LOW QUALITY OF FOOD. When we told the staff about finding type on plate they just said "ok" and told us to step aside for the next customer. read more

Food was cold. Staff was not very concerned. Still charged me when I left because of quality. Only had a couple bitrs of three items and all were cold. read more

Yes the buffet is large and the portions are too, but the food is gross. Lo Mein is spaghetti; too many onions w Mongolian "beef"(?); fried rice that tastes and looks like couscous fried in old oil... everything tasted bland overall. So far this is the worst Asian food I've had in Twin... which says A LOT! read more

Meals tastes as not "fresh". No flavor. And kept messing up our ticket to pay. Staff were all nice. But food was not great.

The food was too salty to eat and cold and the customer service was worse. When I got home I vomited several times. I will never recommend this place or eat there again. read more

New China Buffet - Chinese Near Me - Twin Falls, Idaho

the fried schrimp it use to be so good ,not anymore, and the place is dirty, now i just like their fried fish ,not worth it to go again.

We go here with all the kids, it's cheap and it's decent. Out of all the times Ive been here, there was only 1 time the food was cold. Other than that, the food and price keeps me going back. Pretty big selection of food, and while there's some seafood, there's a lot of chicken and beef as well. LOVE THE DONUTS! read more

I do understand that going to an all you can eat Buffet you will not get the quality of food that you would at a traditional type of restaurant. With that being said,This place was so bad ! We arrived at about 6pm so you think being prime dinner time the food would be hot and fresh, Well think again. it was so bad i didn't eat more than a couple bites. I can honestly say that I will never waste my time or money eating there again. read more

An inexpensive all you can stuff your gullet with no frills buffet. That being said there two other buffets in town that are a little more expensive but the food is of a higher quality. Wouldn't say no if someone else was buying but would probably go somewhere else. read more

It's a cheap Chinese restaurant and after all they do say you get what you pay for, cheap Chinese food. The buffet has more options than most in the area but the quantity does not make for quality. More seafood than anything else, which severely limits anyone allergic or who does not like seafood. I will not be taking my family back read more

It's occasionally hit or miss but mostly hit. Sometimes the dishes are identified, sometimes not. Sometimes they get low on an item and are slow to fill it but when things are ticking, it's great. Terrific variety but pick and choose. If I had better discipline, I'd eat here far more often. Lunch is the best deal. read more

Went there for Christmas dinner because everything else was closed. Worst food I've ever eaten in Twin Falls. Shrimp still had poop veins in them and the shells were almost impossible to get off, chicken batter was raw, out of 20 clams, 3 had meat in them, crab rangoon had no crab, pork and seed meat was horribly discolored, lo mein was tasteless and noodles were gummy. Horrible food. Will never go back. read more

Many choice, seafood is nice, customers full of dinning hall, good I like this place.$8 lunch in business day, $9.7 in holiday.
