I wasn't sure what hours they were open, so I went to their website. They have their prices listed for the different buffets offered and I checked out the lunch buffet. The price that is listed is $6.19 which I thought was low, but I figured it would be close. The actual price is almost double. $11.79. I mentioned it but the hostess didn't care. Their attitude towards customers is exactly why there was only 6 other people eating there at noon time. Also got undercooked chicken. Believe all the 1-star ratings this place gets. read more

The place was a total shit show with little annoying ass kids running and screaming everywhere while i was trying to have a peaceful diner with my soon to be baby daddy and was thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. First off, the food was subpar at best. Most of the dishes tasted bland or were over-seasoned to the point where they were inedible. The variety, which is usually the appeal of a buffet, was extremely lacking--half the stations were empty, and what was available seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. Some dishes were cold, and others had clearly been reheated multiple times. The cleanliness was another major issue. The plates and utensils were not properly washed, with visible food stains on some. The floors around the buffet stations were sticky, and I noticed several tables that hadn't been cleared or cleaned after previous diners left. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to neglect basic hygiene standards. The service was equally terrible. It was hard to find anyone to ask for assistance, and when I did, the staff seemed uninterested and rude. I asked for water twice, and it took over 20 minutes for someone to bring it to the table. The general attitude was unwelcoming, which only added to the already disappointing atmosphere. Overall, the experience felt like a waste of time and money. For the price I paid, I expected much better. It's bad when I had to make a yelp just to leave a review worst food I've ever had I tried the "Chinese food" spit it out the noodles look days old the rice was yellow and soggy the meat so called chicken looked sus very chewy couldn't even down it left a full plate of that went for something I thought couldn't be cooked wrong pizza fries and garlic bread pizza was flat and very greasy sticking to the pan cold , the garlic bread was soggy overall I left 2 whole plates there maybe took a bite of each didn't care for they're sign that says wasted food will have to be payed for 16$ a person is insane the environment was dark had no theme dirty tables . They must have stepped up their game recently, because the food had good flavor and the majority of the trays included food that was recently prepared. This place is worth giving a chance, at least in its current state of operation. I've lived in Twin for 8 years and never considered eating here because of the yelp reviews, until a friend from work told me he had recently gone and enjoyed the food, so I decided to give it a chance. I've frequented many great Chinese/Cantonese restaurants and even been to China, so I know what good food is. This place is by no means fine dinning, but still managed to exceed my expectations for what it is. Much better than some other buffets I've been to in Twin where my 5-year-old has to ask me, "Why is there skin on that stuff," or a layer of congealed gloop that has probably been sitting for more than 6 hours without being touched. We were visiting Twin Falls and thought we would try a buffet. We found a very long hair in the ice cream. Yes this happens a buffets and restaurants. We brought this to the attention of the female manager and she did not give to craps about it or go to change the ice cream. We could not continue our meals and decided to leave. We asked for discount from this manager because we didn't finish our meals and she grabbed the check rvery rude and took $2 off and threw the check back at us. I give this Chinese buffet a zero. The food was soo horrible I had to spit it out. Even with more than 3 items. The sesame chicken taste spoiled. The egg rolls have no vegetables and taste like diaper rash cream. The chow mein is spaghetti with no vegetables. Over half of the buffet items I wouldn't even pick because of the appearance. Every worker there looks like they don't want to be there and don't care. Rolled their eyes a couple times. The poor fish in the fish tank aquarium looks too big for tank. I got charged dinner buffet prices & they wouldn't fix it. In fact they argued with me & told me this, "the staff changed the dinner buffet so you get charged the dinner buffet." I .... Yes , I.... Became a "Karen".... I told them, "it's not my fault your sign says lunch buffet is until 3:30 at the price of $9.99 per adult & you decided to put out dinner during lunch time. So you shouldn't be charging me for 3 adults the dinner buffet price of $11.99 each. Especially where your food is nasty. We barely ate anything because of how gross it taste & how hard most of your food is. The food has no flavor & is overcooked. The service was crap. And I seriously want to be reimbursed the difference of what you charged me & what I should have been charged!" She looks at me as another employee stands up & starts walking my way, then says, "it's not our fault you don't like our food. & I won't reimburse you because you ate the dinner buffet!" An inexpensive all you can stuff your gullet with no frills buffet. That being said there two other buffets in town that are a little more expensive but the food is of a higher quality. Wouldn't say no if someone else was buying but would probably go somewhere else. read more

It's occasionally hit or miss but mostly hit. Sometimes the dishes are identified, sometimes not. Sometimes they get low on an item and are slow to fill it but when things are ticking, it's great. Terrific variety but pick and choose. If I had better discipline, I'd eat here far more often. Lunch is the best deal. read more

Standard Americanized Chinese buffet with wonderful addition of fresh fruits and salad. We found the food warm and mostly fresh. Kitchen kept food refilled when empty, but would have liked fresh when the entree was low. So many choices it wasn't easy to save room for the dessert selections including 5 different ice creams. For the two of us total bill with sodas was $23.00, very reasonable for dinner. read more
