When you are a hungry goblin, and in a food desert shopping center, Panda Express starts to look really good. This time it also tasted good, too! This place is one of few eateries consistently open in the shopping center. However, does not stop the people here from being friendly to us all and also gave us a little bit extra for our orders. This place is at least a guarantee you'll fill up before you take off.

Honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken!! Yum!

I like this panda express. The food is always fresh and the employees are friendly. The drive thru can take a long time when busy but its usually worth waiting because you'll know your food will be fresh!! Honey walnuts shrimp is always sooo good! And for the person commenting on the employees asking for a donation .... you're a damn idiot! "If I had money I'd be eating at pf changs" then eat home you ungrateful douche!

I ordered walnut shrimp, but it would take 3 min to cook. After eating my meal 25 min later still no shrimp.

We come here often, depending on what we plan on ordering and even though they offer a wide…read moreselection, still choose the same options. Personal preference, we are picky, tend to go to different restaurants, because of taste and way it's made. Example: Bao offers sweet and sour chicken, but we only order sweet and sour chicken at Asian Cuisine. For lunch: ordered large Hot and Sour soup (gulped down) vegetable fried rice. As you can see large pieces of vegetables, not those tiny chopped up veggies and a good portion. Food is delicious (as usual) service is okay and we're to-go, can't comment on ambience. Lady that owns place knows us, she's very kind and loves my husband. Oh! I almost forgot, my husband purchased a keychain from counter for $5. I'll add pictures, it's got the name of restaurant and phone number printed on it. Plus, there's different options to choose from, all displayed on counter next to cashier. **apologies, seems like I'm repeating myself** Another favorite is getting Sea Bass (runs out quickly) made in two different ways: either steamed or crispy. Being an Asian household, we can make steamed Sea Bass at home. Plus, we don't have a deep fryer. So, we order "Crispy Sea Bass" - you get an entire fish, from head to tail, deboned with sweet & sour sauce (ask, on the side) if you leave sauce on, during the transit home, fish will be soggy. It's best to pour sauce on, a couple of minutes, prior to consumption. It comes with box of fried/white rice, portions are for one person and if there's 2 people eating, it's best to order an add'l box of rice. Ordering one fish is portioned, just enough for 2 people.

What we swallowed: *WONTON SOUP (complimentary): The broth was really light but flavorful and the wontons were great. *SPIDER ROLL: Great flavors, crab was crispy. *SUSHI & SASHIMI FOR TWO: The sushi was really enjoyable. Soft, tender, we were surprised we have not been here before with the sushi so tasty. We were so impressed with the sushi here. We will definitely be back!

We ordered two lunch entrees and one dinner entree for the grill. The dinner portion is huge and my wife got the chicken and shrimp and it came with 6+ shrimp and 7oz ish of chicken, vegetables and noodles enough for three of us to share. The lunch entree came with the house salad that had a very pleasant dressing that was refreshing, and we all opted for the $3 garlic butter fried rice upgrade which was well worth it! I got the steak and shrimp, which is the NY steak if you don't get any upgrades to filet mignon or American wagyu. David told us you get quality organic American wagyu if you opt for that which piqued our interest for the next time! They were both tasty and well seasoned. My wife wanted less of the sweet hoisin like sauce and I probably wanted less of the salty sauce overall lol! He said he can cook it to how we like so we might request that next time. A bit bonus is the staff seem to be all happy and treated well at the restaurant. Apparently the hibachi chefs are all allowed to cook as they deem fit instead of following a specific recipe, and were tested monthly by cooking for the staff. I would be happy to return again.

We stopped by Mt. Fuji Hibachi & Sushi on a Friday evening around 5:15 PM and had a fantastic…read moredinner experience. Both of our entrees came with delicious miso soup and fresh side salads. I ordered the Sashimi Deluxe (substituting the eel), which featured a wonderfully diverse selection of high-quality fish--including mackerel and octopus. The portions were remarkably generous and served with a side of rice. My husband opted for the Mt. Fuji Box Dinner, choosing lobster teriyaki, shrimp and vegetable tempura, and a California roll, along with an upgrade to fried rice (which was superb). His meal was equally generous; we even ended up taking a box of rice home! The restaurant itself is spacious, offering plenty of seating in the main dining area--with comfortably large booths and tables--as well as a dedicated hibachi area. While it was quiet when we arrived, it picked up significantly by the time we left an hour later. We will definitely be back to explore more of the menu!
