2 entree plate (orange chicken and black pepper chicken)
Alicia M.

I was about ready to give up on Panda Express until I visited this location! Wow, the food was hot and delicious...and it reminded me of the Panda Express that I grew to love years ago. I ordered the chow mein, orange chicken and black pepper chicken. Everything was sooo good and the meat had just the right amount of sauce. Service was quick and efficient and the restaurant appeared very clean. I highly recommend this location!

I got 7 pieces of beef with my broccoli. Seriously, I don't recommend if you're hungry. I mean unless you want all broccoli and no beef. Make it make sense, won't be back.

Got a Large plate with 3 meats and 1 sides The meat to vegetable ratio at this location is actually offensive... everyone know meat portion of the food is the expensive part and ultimately what you are paying for. I understand that for the most part the vegetables are used as a filler and I'm okay with that IF ITS IN A REASONABLE RATIO. My third meat the one they place in the tiny container had probably 5 pieces of chicken (maybe) I put all the vegetables back in the container to show how ridiculous it is. I don't like spending good money on food and the business taking advantage of me and this is exactly what has happened

Burnt teriyaki chicken with no teriyaki sauce.
Kristel S.

Was served charred meat. The chicken terriyaki was so burnt that it no longer tasted like teriyaki but it tasted bitter. Not only that. The drive thru person was not listening at all when I started my order and she had me repeat stuff. I also did not get any sauce for the chicken terriyaki when I asked for extra. Worst customer and food ever. Not coming here again. The servings are pathetic as well. I had 5 pieces of orange chicken on the platter I ordered

Pick 2 soup and sandwich

Love this location near my house, so convenient with the drive through. The food is always consistently good and freshly made. The honey walnut shrimp is by far my favorite with the chow mein and fried rice.

Jollibee, you are like a well oiled machine now! We ordered and got our food so fast, I went to…read morewash my hands, and it was already on the table by the time I got back. The staff was so friendly and working so hard cooking what looked like super fresh chicken. It tasted even better this weekend. I love the spicy fried chicken the most with adobo rice and spaghetti. The gravy was not my favorite the first time, but so good now and the biscuit was my second fav to Popeyes being first, but still fluffy and buttery. And while I tell you it was fast and fresh service, it was prime time dinner time on a weekend, and the long lines did not slow anyone down, they seemed to have worked out all of the bugs. I love the pineapple drink the most, but the kids got some refreshers, and I love that they still have those fun drinks, I got one the time before. I would love to see an expanded dining room, but I would also love to see more metro Detroit locations. I bet Novi would be a great spot to open, I will be your customer! People love it here so I bet it would do well if more opened. Since this seems to be a claimed page, just putting my plea to open more locations. I would also love to see Jollibee serve the palabok noodles in Michigan as well.

My wife and…read moreher parents are from Chicago, the home of Portillo's, so when they visit us, we have to go here! We do not normally come to this location but they are all pretty similar. This location is on 535 very close to SeaWorld, and also in a very touristy area. They have opened a few locations around Central Florida. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a drive thru. I think their food is best eaten there so its hot and fresh. Inside their decor is a mix of old timey cars and car hops. It reminds me of a restaurant you would find in the 60s. Its fun, the staff are fun, there is music and they also sell beer. I don't think I have ever really seen a fast food restaurant serving beer. Im sure they exist but I cant think of one. This is a fun environment, the staff calls your order out and then when its ready they use very fun slogans to tell you its time, such as "Order 165 it's time to shine" and "Order 173 come and meet me". This is perfect for families not looking to spend a ton of money and also get a hot dinner or lunch. There were a lot of families in here eating dinner when we went. It is very touristy at this location, the shopping center it is in, also has a White Castle so just be prepared. There were plenty of parking spots though. Portillo's menu is very simple, they have hot dogs, burgers/chicken sandwiches, salads, bowls and Italian beef. However, they are most known for their Chicago style hot dogs. Their Italian beef is very good, they dip the sandwich in a hot au jus sauce. A Chicago dog has mustard, green relish, celery salt, tomatoes, onions, a pickle and peppers sandwiched on the hot dog. This is a meal on top of the hot dog. My wife usually orders the Chicago dog with no onions or relish. I usually go for the Italian beef or one of their salads or bowls. I usually get something different each time. This visit, I actually went with the Italian Sausage and Beef combo served on a hoagie bun. This was a great combo and even my wife mentioned how the sausage was really good and something she would probably get next time. Service is always really great. Everyone is always nice and friendly. Someone is always cleaning the tables, everyone says hello, they are just really great with their service. Drinks can be refilled, you just need to go to the counter if they do not have their own self service machine. I would definitely recommend this chain. The food is great, service fantastic and a fun vibe inside. ACES!

This location is located on 535 very close to SeaWorld, and also very touristy. There are other locations around Central Florida, and this is not the location we usually visit as there is a closer one to our home. But we came here for a Yelp event and it is just as fantastic as other locations! The restaurant itself, has indoor and outdoor seating, along with a drive thru. The inside is a mixture of cars and tires meet tourists meet your old-fashioned car hops. It is a very fun environment. Music is on, everyone is friendly, and they are very funny calling out your numbers. Such as "Order 252 it's time to meet you" or "Order 365 it's time to shine". It's a fun place and perfect for families not looking to spend a ton of money. The food is pretty much hot dogs and burgers/chicken sandwiches, but they are known for their hot dogs, plain and simple. They also offer other options such as chicken, fish, burgers, salads and bowls and Italian beef. The Italian beef is fantastic, it gets dipped in a hot au jus sauce, but you can also ask for no dip as well. Their bowls are not like a rice bowl, it is their beef or sausage minus the bread. This is what my husband usually orders, and he loves it. I usually go for the Italian beef or the classic Chicago dog. A Chicago dog has mustard, the brightest green relish you have ever seen, celery salt, tomatoes, onions, a pickle and peppers sandwiched on the hot dog. This is a big dog! This can be customized any way you want it, remove something add something, it is how you want it. This visit I did order the Chicago dog with no relish or onions. It's how I prefer it. My husband ordered something new, he tried the Italian Sausage and Beef combo which was served on a hoagie bun. The sausage was actually really so good! I think I found a new favorite item, I will be getting the sausage next time. The service is really great too, everyone is always friendly. They will give you refills; they call out your number really fun and it's just a great place. They read your order back when you order which I also really like. It is quick service, fast food whatever you want to call it, but they do make it an experience. I would definitely recommend this chain. This is new to Orlando, probably within the last couple years, but it brings a touch of the north down here! I love it! It is loud so kids can be loud. It is not super expensive so its a good meal for the family. There are a lot of items so there should be something for everyone. The only difference is the Portillo's in Chicago also have a huge pasta section which I miss. Their pasta was good! I would love to see it here.

Have I never written a review here? Let's change that right now…read more.. I have visited here a handful of times in the past. I prefer this location over one that is much closer to my residence. This trip, I ordered online through their Android app. I was able to select my meal quickly and schedule a time for pickup. Once I arrived I scanned the counter as I passed by to wash up before dining. Yep, my order was ready and waiting (about 1:45pm). As I entered the restroom, I noticed that it could use some attention. The sink area was untidy, mirror could use a good cleaning and the sink looked as if it belonged out in a shop area somewhere. It really needs a good scrubbing! The paper towel dispenser was totally out of toweling. On to my meal ... I ordered a mixed 4 piece meal, spicy with an unsweet tea. Unfortunately, my tea was sweet - oh well. The rest of the order was correct. I liked their version of Cole slaw. Now, on to the chicken ... Popeyes served breaded chicken, heavily breaded chicken. You can literally take a bit and get a mouthful of breading, no chicken. Sometimes I don't bite too hard, just in case there is a bone hidden inside. Okay, besides the breading, the chicken is cooked well, but still moist and tender. The spice level is about perfect for my taste. My final portion of the meal was there biscuit. As usual, it was tasty, not overcooked. Overall, had the restroom been clean, this review would have been a 5 star. Offering a clean washroom for patrons it a must in my opinion. I will return.

Ordering my food is literally the worst experience from this location. The woman on the microphone…read moredidn't know how to properly take an order and when I picked my food up from the window, her nails were like 5 inches long and she had a look of dread on her face. She didn't look at me, nor was she friendly. If you don't know how to handle a simple job like this why are you in customer service? Just because they are all the way in the suburbs, the low class ghetto people somehow infiltrate good neighborhoods that have places like this. This is Sterling Heights, and I'm very disappointed.
