Generally speaking this Panda Express does a pretty solid job at serving up fresh food. Occasionally (and conveniently whenever I don't look, go figure) my order will be messed up. I have taken note of this and look at my orders whenever I get them from now on because sometimes it just gets old having to call them after I get home, explain what happened, and then drive back up there only for the rest of my food to get cold. Something else worth noting; their portion size for the meats on their entrees are very small. I get one small spoonful of meat to accompany my plentiful portion of rice/noodles (especially for bowls) which is kind of annoying as well. I've gone here a few times and they always forget big things. They've forgotten our drinks twice and the sides on our last order. We try not to be overbearing by checking our order in the line and tried to be confident in their abilities to improve, but that's not happening. If you're ordering drive-thru/mobile, check your order has all the right items. Otherwise, the food is alright. Employees are very nice. Restaurant vibes are just fine. Been to Panda all across the country and never had a bad experience until now. Waited 10 minutes just to get acknowledgment from the staff. They were out of almost everything didn't during the lunch rush and the cook was busy doing nothing. We were told it would be 7 minutes for the items we ordered. After 15 minutes I asked about our order and was told it would be another 5 minutes. Several other people were waiting as well. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and I was told she was not working. I asked if they could call her at home and call me so I could relay what had happened. I ordered through the app and arrived 30 minutes later about 8 mins AFTER the app showed it would be ready. It wasn't ready. The associate that was helping pulled it off the online ordering ticket register and proceeded to go and make it right then. I told the girl that I ordered online because I was in a hurry. She said " I'm the only one up here and didn't see the order" (she had only 1 other customer in there when I arrived.) Stopped in here yesterday while helping my son move. The line was long and slow. The staff was not very friendly. I get to the checkout and I ask the woman for extra soy sauce because there are 3 of us eating. We get over to the table and there is only 3 packets of soy sauce for 3 people. The line is still long and so I see a woman behind the counter preparing a plate for the drive through , I assume. She's standing right next to the soy sauce. She has her head down and wouldn't acknowledge me. I said excuse me 3 times. I thought maybe she couldn't hear me because of the headset so I put my hand a little over the counter to get her attention. The woman looked up put her finger up to wait and went back to her business. I was in shock. All Of the other other employees were less than friendly but that was ridiculous. Since you now have to order and pickup thru drive thru window. The quality of your meal will not be as good as dine in. After receiving my order of Kung pow chicken with teriyaki chicken on veggies I immediately pulled into a empty parking spot to eat. Surprised by the cold temperatures of my meal I re entered the restaurant and voiced my disappointment to Diane the manager. She responded by telling me that there was nothing she could do about it. Went to get dinner about 7 o'clock placed my order and was told it would be a 10 minute wait for rice. When I got to the window about eight minutes later I was told it would still be a 10 minute wait on Rice and ask if I would pull forward. I said I would and ask for a small Coke while I wait when she started to hand it to me she told me that would be $2.30. The fact that they would not give me a small Coke while I waited kind of aggravated me. So I said if you won't give me a small Coke I will not pull forward I'll just wait right here for my food. After going through the same conversation with two different employees the head cook came to the window. He asked me if we had a problem and I said no I simply wanted a small Coke while I waited on my food. He said that was against store policy and that he would not give me a coke. I said that's fine just give me my money back and I'll go somewhere else. At that time I was told there was not a manager on duty and that they could not give a refund. I finally explained that they had three options one was to give me a Coke and I would pull forward and wait two was to give me my money back and three was that I would sit there and wait for my food. They chose option three so I ended up just sitting there waiting for my food. By the time that happened there were probably 10 to15 cars piled up behind me I apologize to them. Everything was handled very calmly there was no yelling or rude behavior from the staff. I've been to quite a few Panda Express' in my life and the one in Stephenville is fairly good. As of the time I'm posting this, I've been to this new location twice. The first time I got a panda bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. The second visit I got a plate with chow mein, orange chicken, and kung pao chicken. For both visits, the chow mein and orange chicken are on the same level as other locations I've been to. However, the kung pao is sub par to say the least. The vegetables are mushy instead of crunchy and somehow the chicken is mushy too. They are new so I'm sure they're still working out kinks but for now I'm not pleased with the kung pao chicken with each visit I'll edit this review and hopefully get something new to eat every time. read more

They serve you almost no meat in any of the dishes, it's always vegetables, noodles or rice. They are also constantly out of regular menu items with wait times no less than 30 minutes. A new food option in Stephenville, I ordered the walnut shrimp with chow mein bowl. Both were very tasty and the drive through line was a short wait. There was more of the side (chow mein) in my bowl than the entree (shrimp) not sure if that's how they all come but it was still satisfying. read more
