The newly updated interior looks much better, but it's very minimalist, and the seating is extremely uncomfortable with flat, hard surfaces. I'll stick to pick-up only from now on--no one enjoys sitting on these flat, contour-less board seats. The food, however, was good. I ordered from the inside kiosk to avoid any issues, and it came out quickly, hot, and exactly as ordered. I had ordered online and they said that their fryers were down and that they couldn't not fulfill a portion of my order. They let me choose an item to replace the part that was unfulfilled, they were very timely and considerate. They even threw in an extra item for the inconvenience. I appreciate the kindness of the workers there and the food is always on point. 10/10 read more

Ordered my food at 11:30. People started getting their food when they arrived an hour after me. Asked about my food at 1:15. Got my food at 1:30. One of my tacos were unfolded all inside my bag and all my food was cold. I waited 2 hours for all of this. It's honestly embarrassing. read more

We waited 55 minutes for our food. 15 minutes of that was in an unmoving drive through. We watched door dashers come and go delivering orders while we waited. Even when we got our food the Nacho Fries were missing their seasoning and the food was thrown together. The staff was trying their hardest but they were clearly understaffed. I'm having a party this week for my boyfriends birthday and all the guys love taco bell. I tried to call and ask how much it would be for 100 soft tacos and the customer service was awful. The lady on the phone just started saying you know I have your caller ID better not be pulling a prank. Then just put me on hold and hung up. Sometimes the Stephenville computer Kiosk don't work well, they are closed too early for a late night snack, I had to go 66 miles to Brownwood Taco Bell for better business treatment. The staff seemed distracted and triggered which made me nervous.. It's better than Gatesville but that's ok.. I might have to restructure my investment into Ramen Soups.. it's really a hit or miss but gas prices suck.. Slave wages don't bring workers to work when rent, and living expenses get beyond tight budgets these days.. Even there's no stable hours posted on the doors when dining room closes.. read more

If you advertise that your open until a certain time don't close 50 minutes early. I drove to the window and the employee completely ignored me. Absolutely disgusting that this is the quality acceptable. I loved Taco Bell as a fast lunch before I moved to Stephenville. I have tried this place a few times every blue moon in hopes of enjoying it. For Christmas I received a $15 gift card to it. I once again decided to try it since I had free money for it. There was an after taste on everything. The crunchy items were not crunchy, and the burritos were missing items. We threw everything out. Biggest waste of $15 yet. I just don't understand how this establishment can have absolutely no pride in their business. read more

This Taco Bell is just like any other. The food is delicious, as usual. The service is usually quick. Never had any problems with them getting our order wrong. They are friendly. Only issue I've ever had is that sometimes, the burritos are not wrapped up very well and all of the inside stuff will come out of the bottom while you're eating it. This happens rarely and it still tastes good. read more

We come here all the time and recently our food has been made poorly. Tonight our food was jammed into a single bag, and are food looks like it was just thrown together. There's basically nothing in our crunch wrap, the Taco was smashed, my friends food is cold and made wrong. It's a Taco Bell. What can be said about it? You'd be surprised. In general, the food here is good, as it should be from an international chain. The freshness could use some improvement (especially the taco shells - I'm not sure how they end up with stale shells in a restaurant that goes through them so quickly, but they manage it.), but the real problem here is the service. 8 out of the last 10 times I've gone here, my order has been incorrect. Always the same problem: they put tomatoes on things I ask them not to and they don't add the things I pay extra for when ordering from the app. At one point, I tried telling them I have an allergy to fresh tomatoes to see if it would correct the problem. Absolutely not. I found a tomato in a taco (a regular taco that shouldn't have even had tomatoes in the first place). I called and spoke to the manager who blew me off and said they changed gloves and everything while making the order and basically implied that I was lying. Furious, I attempted to call Taco Bell corporate, but after being on hold for over 25 minutes, I gave up. Needless to say, I'll never be going back here. read more
