This was my first time ever eating at Panda Express, so I wasn't sure what to order and had a few questions about the menu and what came with the 2-entree plate. Unfortunately, the employee helping me, Ashley, made the experience uncomfortable. She mostly just stared at me while I was asking questions and came across as rude, which made me feel like I was bothering her for simply not knowing how the menu worked. The guy in all black was very kind, answered all of our questions, and helped my boyfriend place his order. The food was good, and I really appreciated HIS customer service. Was very disappointed. It was lunch time and a big order was placed by phone I assume. There was one female in front of me and a line starts to form behind me several minutes after waiting. Approximately 10 behind me. The girls stop working the line to finish their phone order. Still not a big deal. The girl in front of me and I step back as we see they are busy. Another female placed an order and walks between us. At this point I would add the cashier is Hispanic and the female who walked her way to the middle is white. We are all waiting patiently. The food is sitting as they are passed through the line in an orderly manner as normal. The big order is waiting for some items. The female in front of me gets her order completed. Ya I am next. My order was ready to go. The cashier tells me to wait as they are completing the white females order. The white female is still getting her meal completed. My meal has been completed and waiting for the cashier to continue the orderly manner. The white female doesn't even bother to correct the mistake or say no I was after her. Anyhow the white female and the cashier skip me wait for the white females order to be completed as it was still being worked in the line and checks her out. I asked the cashier why she did that as I was next. She says she was waiting so patiently. Umm we all were! As a worker I would atleast think yo follow the order of the meals being presented to you in the work line. I understand you were busy. I understand you are not paying attention. My order was ready, I was next in line, I waited patiently longer than the white female. This was unnecessary and could have been easily handled and avoided. The worst part was the white female didn't correct the mistake. I would have said excuse me she was here first. She continued with her privileged self. Disappointed the cashier had my order ready which was next and failed to check me out to complete the females order behind me. Her only reason was she was waiting soooo patiently. I don't know how I gave the impression I was not waiting patiently as I was next in line and at the time there was no one in line behind me when the large order was being completed. Several minutes later the white female and about nine men were standing behind the order line. Anyhow service sucked today. I ordered online to help a local school get credit from Panda Express. They offered a 28% credit on my purchase to the school's senior class. There was nowhere on the website to enter a code for the school. I thought that maybe I could get credit for the school at the location. I was told no because I had already paid for the order. The Panda Express website is a FARCE and a SCAM! We went ahead and brought home our food since the associate told me they would use the school code on other customers to give the school credit for our $25 purchase. I hope she did give the school credit! We were at the Panda Express store 10 minutes before our pickup time. The food itself was lukewarm after sitting on their counter at this location. It was NOT hot! The rice was tasteless. The noodles were chewy and dry. The broccoli plate I bought had these huge pieces of broccoli...I guess they get this stuff pre-cut and butchered! We will never eat at this location again. I would NOT recommend it and the Panda Express website to any customers. Both are NOT customer oriented and do NOT meet food expectations! read more

I would give it no stars if I could. They changed their recipes and the food tastes AWFUL. Panda Express used to have a distinct taste that made it iconic. Now it just tastes flavorless and flat. Never ate Panda Meat before. The Beijen Panda Meat was very good with a fairly forward spicy bite that crept up more like a ninja when you stopped eating. Rice and Lo Mein were both good. Let's start this off knowing that this is fast food not quality chinese food. I give it three stars not because its bad but because its food sitting on a warming table. The time I went was right at noon, place was packed. We literally ordered our food and had to wait for someone to get up from a table. Seeing as how they were busy the food was hot and fresh. DO NOT EAT HERE!! We were in line behind a woman with two small children. She ordered Cheese Rangoon. When she was handed the plate, she picked them up, looked them over and returned it to the server telling her they were burned and dried out and she would not take them. THE SERVER THREW THEM BACK INTO THE HEAT TRAY AFTER THE WOMAN TOUCHED THEM ALL. We pointed this out to the server who just shrugged her shoulders. We asked for a manager and were told she was eating her lunch at a table. We immediately spoke to her and she said she'd talk to the server about it but didn't even get up from her meal.
