9/10 crispy chili shrimp 8/10 honey shrimp I rarely do fast food but I have been craving the honey shrimp. The new crispy chili shrimp is pretty good too. Even though it's a buffet style setting, both shrimp had a crunchy texture. Both flavors were amazingly good! read more

This was my first time ever eating at Panda Express, so I wasn't sure what to order and had a few questions about the menu and what came with the 2-entree plate. Unfortunately, the employee helping me, Ashley, made the experience uncomfortable. She mostly just stared at me while I was asking questions and came across as rude, which made me feel like I was bothering her for simply not knowing how the menu worked. The guy in all black was very kind, answered all of our questions, and helped my boyfriend place his order. The food was good, and I really appreciated HIS customer service. I just wish the same level of kindness had been shown from both employees. read more

Excellent service and atmosphere. I requested fresh entrees and it took a while, but so worth it. Employees were so apologetic for the delay. read more

Savanna was very nice when checking out, great attitude. food is always fresh and everyone is welcoming.

Service was bad lady that worked there "Flor" is very rude when serving food I would not recommend this place

Don't ever get takeout from this place! I had placed an order and I never received my food they still charged me for it, even though they said someone stole my order! read more

Was very disappointed. It was lunch time and a big order was placed by phone I assume. There was one female in front of me and a line starts to form behind me several minutes after waiting. Approximately 10 behind me. The girls stop working the line to finish their phone order. Still not a big deal. The girl in front of me and I step back as we see they are busy. Another female placed an order and walks between us. At this point I would add the cashier is Hispanic and the female who walked her way to the middle is white. We are all waiting patiently. The food is sitting as they are passed through the line in an orderly manner as normal. The big order is waiting for some items. The female in front of me gets her order completed. Ya I am next. My order was ready to go. The cashier tells me to wait as they are completing the white females order. The white female is still getting her meal completed. My meal has been completed and waiting for the cashier to continue the orderly manner. The white female doesn't even bother to correct the mistake or say no I was after her. Anyhow the white female and the cashier skip me wait for the white females order to be completed as it was still being worked in the line and checks her out. I asked the cashier why she did that as I was next. She says she was waiting so patiently. Umm we all were! As a worker I would atleast think yo follow the order of the meals being presented to you in the work line. I understand you were busy. I understand you are not paying attention. My order was ready, I was next in line, I waited patiently longer than the white female. This was unnecessary and could have been easily handled and avoided. The worst part was the white female didn't correct the mistake. I would have said excuse me she was here first. She continued with her privileged self. Disappointed the cashier had my order ready which was next and failed to check me out to complete the females order behind me. Her only reason was she was waiting soooo patiently. I don't know how I gave the impression I was not waiting patiently as I was next in line and at the time there was no one in line behind me when the large order was being completed. Several minutes later the white female and about nine men were standing behind the order line. Anyhow service sucked today. Person at the register pay more attention or follow the orders presented to you in an orderly manner. This was not necessary. read more

Panda Express - so good - Chinese Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I ordered online to help a local school get credit from Panda Express. They offered a 28% credit on my purchase to the school's senior class. There was nowhere on the website to enter a code for the school. I thought that maybe I could get credit for the school at the location. I was told no because I had already paid for the order. The Panda Express website is a FARCE and a SCAM! We went ahead and brought home our food since the associate told me they would use the school code on other customers to give the school credit for our $25 purchase. I hope she did give the school credit! We were at the Panda Express store 10 minutes before our pickup time. The food itself was lukewarm after sitting on their counter at this location. It was NOT hot! The rice was tasteless. The noodles were chewy and dry. The broccoli plate I bought had these huge pieces of broccoli...I guess they get this stuff pre-cut and butchered! We will never eat at this location again. I would NOT recommend it and the Panda Express website to any customers. Both are NOT customer oriented and do NOT meet food expectations! read more

I would give it no stars if I could. They changed their recipes and the food tastes AWFUL. Panda Express used to have a distinct taste that made it iconic. Now it just tastes flavorless and flat. Not to mention the service was terrible! The cashier was super sweet but that's about it. We will never go to Panda again. Sad. read more

Went in 45 minutes until closing. Most of the options were empty or scarce. This was a bummer because the food didn't look good. Plus the staff clearly didn't want us there, they stood silent and just stared. We left. Too bad, seems like this Panda needs to be on top of their customer game and good game. read more

Had a door dash order. Rice was cold and hard. The rest of the food was barely even warm

After ordering our plates they said there would be a 20 min wait for the teriyaki chicken. We said we would wait. After the the 20 min the employee served a take out order after we mentioned that we had been there for 20 min waiting .Then ask if we would like to order something else instead or we could wait another 20. Staff was rude and and cashier didn't even ring up our order correctly. Would not recommend this Panda Express they need training in customer service. read more

Never ate Panda Meat before. The Beijen Panda Meat was very good with a fairly forward spicy bite that crept up more like a ninja when you stopped eating. Rice and Lo Mein were both good. The Missus liked her Shrimp & Panda Meat Steak. She also got the Shengai Angus Beef as an additional entry.....but no meat in it, So, minus one star. Nice selection of bottled drinks, fresh brewed tea and a soda fountain. read more

Today- 3:35pm-First & last time i go Panda Express-This is the worst place to eat! Isela & Lilia made my mother and I feel so unwelcome in this establishment due to the lack of customer service, consideration and help! This experience was horrible with their rude attitudes. Lilia definitely went out of her way to make Panda Express look bad. Unfortunately their manager was on vacation so he was unavailable and they directed me to the back of the receipt for help with my issue... smh. read more

Let's start this off knowing that this is fast food not quality chinese food. I give it three stars not because its bad but because its food sitting on a warming table. The time I went was right at noon, place was packed. We literally ordered our food and had to wait for someone to get up from a table. Seeing as how they were busy the food was hot and fresh. I had chicken and green bean with streamed veggies. The portion was great for the price and the servers and cashier were friendly and helpful. I liked being able to try different entrees before deciding. I hear so many bad things about their food but got a quick lunch I enjoyed it. read more

My review must have gotten deleted, cause I already reviewed this place. For a Panda, it sucked. Out of lots of things. What they did have had been sitting for a while. Not up to par with Panda Express' reputation for freshly made Chinese. Will make a point of never going to this one again. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!! We were in line behind a woman with two small children. She ordered Cheese Rangoon. When she was handed the plate, she picked them up, looked them over and returned it to the server telling her they were burned and dried out and she would not take them. THE SERVER THREW THEM BACK INTO THE HEAT TRAY AFTER THE WOMAN TOUCHED THEM ALL. We pointed this out to the server who just shrugged her shoulders. We asked for a manager and were told she was eating her lunch at a table. We immediately spoke to her and she said she'd talk to the server about it but didn't even get up from her meal. Someone got served Rangoon already handled by someone else. GROSS!! read more

Panda Express never fails me. The service was quick. They ran out of Lo Mein so I opted for fried rice (I could have waited the 5 minutes though). I ordered broccoli beef, honey walnut shrimp and mushroom chicken. The mushrooms had great flavor and I could tell all the veggies were fresh. The honey glazing on the walnuts was amazing. I cannot express how amazing other then I plan to figure out how I can mimic this dish when I get home from this trip. Thank you! read more

Love it. Their food and prices are good. Lots of options and you can ask for fresh food if it's running low.

This place is overpriced and they fill your plate with a lot of rice and a little meat really not worth it.
