Normally during Covid....the drive thru has been great, with fast friendly service providing great hot/warm food. Yesterday I did a walk in (the drive thru was closed,But I understand with employee storages that will happen), I was shocked at the little amount of edible items available in your show case. It was 5:00 pm! I would guess that might be a prime serving time. There were three items available that were not so low they looked dried out literally stuck to the serving bowl. There was orange chicken, fiery chicken and walnut shrimp....NONE of the other items would I have touched. Two wonton dried up left in the bowl..and a few very dry egg rolls. I wanted Beijing beef, was told it would be 5 minutes. I took the teriyaki chicken. Sat down 1 minute later there was the Beijing beef being put in the food line. The teriyaki sauce tastes like salt. The orange chicken tastes spicy like it was the sweet fire chicken sauce was on it. This is the second time the food has been terrible. Will never go to any Panda Express again. This was one of worse experiences had at a food establishment in a very long time. Put in our order went and tried to pay but were told no had to wait for this other gentleman that came in after us. Next they started bagging up our food for him (because we actually were next not him), then got annoyed at us when we pointed out it was our food they were bagging up. Finally we got to pay and another worker who had confirmed that our food was our food started opening up our boxes for no reason when I again said that's our food (contents were written on outside of box so no reason to open) this worker snapped at me saying I know and stormed off...please then explain to me why you were opening it up for no reason. Asian fast food chain. It is an alternative to the burger/taco/sandwhich choices for fast food in the area. I have eaten here a few times, each time has been similar to my recent visit. However last night, it was worse than usual. The 'server', if you can call her that, was whispering and I could barely make out what she was saying. When I pointed this out, she began yelling like I was deaf to the world. It was very rude. Just speak up. One thing that I have always noticed about this location is that they don't clean the dining area near enough. There is always lots of remnants of prior meals strewn about the floor, and the tables never seem to be wiped down. Every time I go here I have to wipe down my table and find a place where I won't set my shoes in food. Their newest 'creation' is Angus Steak that is stir fried. As far as taste goes, it was MEH. The steak pieces they used were tough and chewy. I won't get it again. I had chow mein, and it was cool. Not cold, but not hot either. If you are in a hurry and want something better than McD's or Taco's...you can always have a mediocre chinese meal here. read more

The girl was so frustrated she actually asked if I knew if I wanted rice or chow mein. LOL, I asked for half-and-half. Good ole Panda. You are comfort food to me. I come to you when I really don't feel like anything else and have little or no motivation to attempt to cook for myself. Absolutely disgusting dining experience. Dining area was filthy with food and debris piled high on inaccessible trash cans - blocked by floor mats piled on cans. All tables dirty. My orange chicken being so hard it cracked my tooth, my chowmein being cold, only having broccoli sprouts no broccoli heads, the list goes on. We used to love this location but in the past 6 months it has steadily declined in service and quality of food. Today...this was their last chance to redeem themselves...a guy was helping the customers in front of us and at the same time, side by side, our server and this other server scooped into the orange chicken. The guys scoop was way over the top and he placed it next to the rice. The girl serving us had barely a level scoop and she literally knocked it against the container to let a couple of pieces fall. We asked if that was all she was going to Put in and she said "yes, one scoop". Not happy at all. There was so little mushroom chicken that I could see the bottom of the plate. The scoops they are using are about 3/4 inch deep and maybe 3 inches in diameter. They are flat on the bottom. This is not the way it used to be. Flavors have gone downhill. Used to love the chow mien but now it is flavorless as was the mushroom chicken. It is a joke to pay 1.25 extra for walnut shrimp when you only get 6 shrimp. When I asked her about that she said 7-8 shrimp. She did go back and put 1 more shrimp On. You used to have to wait in line to get served here, not surprising that the last couple of times there were no lines to speak of. That is it folks....you had your opportunities and you have blown it. Never again. read more

When I informed the staff member they made no attempt to fix the issue even though I said I would eat it. They still should have made an attempt to fix it or an offer. The car in front of me ordered a good 5-8 meals and rather than having them park, so cars behind them could get their 1 item, I sat and waited for 15 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, I got my food and headed down the road. Going down the freeway, I noticed they didn't put a fork in my bag. My suggestions: If someone has a giant order, have them park and wait. That's pretty standard for any drive-thru Make sure you put forks in the bags before handing them over. read more
