Don't trust the 2 stars; clearly buddies are writing reviews since they love naming individual people and talking about their superhero-like efforts. The service and prep here is absolutely horrible. There is zero care and concern from management because their staff are next to useless. I try to be kind. Have gone here multiple times to try again but I'm done. This is ridiculous. Every. Single. Time. I order food off the app, it tells me to pick it up in 15 minutes, I arrive. There is a box sitting behind the counter by itself. I give my name and they tell me MY FOOD IS NOT READY YET. I ask if it's almost done. Every. Single. Time. I get told "Yes, it's almost done." Then I watch her tell the guy behind the counter "what about X?" he says "It's cooking." He then prepares the wok with sauce, and dumps chicken pieces into the deep fryer. I literally watch him cook chicken in the deep fryer, put it in the pan with the sauce, toss it, put it in a bowl, they hand the bowl to the same woman up front, she puts it in the display, then gets the container of cold food behind the counter, opens it, puts in the new entree, closes it, and hands it to me and says "Here you go." "Yes, it's almost done." "It's cooking." THEY LITERALLY HAVE NOT EVEN STARTED IT FIFTEEN MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED. Each. And. Every. Time. I'm f'ing done. They don't care. Management doesn't care. Corporate doesn't care. No one cares. Nothing happens. The location on Lancaster is only slightly better in that they don't lie to your face when you ask them if it's almost done; they tell you it'll be another five to ten minutes, on top of the 20 it took to order and get there and arrive at the time it tells you to arrive. The tail end of the time it tells you to arrive. They won't remake your order with hot food and, since it's the same woman at the counter each time, she then acts like she doesn't understand anything you're saying until finally you leave. I get cravings for this (Yep, just bit into the old chicken; cold, mushy, gross) and eventually I break down and try again. And it's THE SAME DAMN THING. If -anyone- gave a flying F, maybe it would be different. But no. No they don't. Oh, and for some reason, the chow mien noodles all are shreds? Like...someone broke them all into tiny pieces before cooking them. They won't wrap around a fork and fall off when trying to be spooned up. They literally made their food more difficult to eat. I pulled up to order and when I asked to make sure an item was in there due to it normally being forgotten, the lady said "We always add that." I got to the window, got my food, and sure enough it was not in there. I waited at the window and asked the lady for it and she was not very kind about it. I am bummed because I like panda, but this location has dropped the ball a lot. Then when being called out they didn't even value my concern enough to make sure it was taken care of. Went to the Turner rd Panda today and was extremely disappointed with the service. We have a child with sensory issues so we always order a bowl and ask the rice and entree be placed in separate containers. This has never been an issue before. We told the server Esmeralda 3 times at the drive through when placing the order that we needed the items in separate containers. She made no comment about this. When we got to the window she gave us a bowl with the items mixed. We told her that when ordering we had requested the items be placed in separate containers because our child will not eat if mixed. She rolled her eyes and said no and gave us the bag back. We told her that's not what we ordered and asked her correct it as it had never been an issue in the past. She still refused so we asked to see the manager. She brought up a woman named Maria and said she was the manager. Maria also refused to correct the order. We told her our child will not eat it mixed and it has never been a problem before. She took the food back from the car and into the restaurant. Then we watched as she took the container over to the order line of food, removed a serving spoon from an entree container and began digging in our order trying to separate the items. We tried to explain through the window that this still was not acceptable. Esmeralda came back to the window rolled her eyes and slammed it shut. When they opened the window again we told them we would just like a refund. They refused to refund our money. We told them this was unacceptable and we would be filing a complaint with their corporate office. They then told us they would not refund us but would make a new order in separate containers. We have been to Pandas in several states and have never had this issue before. Very disappointed with the service and poor attitude of the employees. I find it hard to believe that the woman they said was the manager would behave like this. Avoid this location if you have picky eaters or kids with sensory issues. read more

Me and my husband went through the drive through after a long day at work. Nobody was answering us we just sat there for a few minutes. Finally we went up to the window but we did Samsung pay and she had to keep taking the phone like 4 times back and forth. It finally went through but she was not nice at all. I ordered the Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef with rice, I was immediately told they needed to cook more chicken, it would take 8 minutes I was told. This place is really struggling. When I showed up, people were walking in to order. I stood around outside for five or so minutes waiting for the rest of my family because it seemed like the responsible thing to do during covid. My mom and I were ordering our food and my mom decided she wanted something else in her plate before our total was rung up. She said "I already put it in, I can't change it. For future reference, you can't do that." She ended up changing it but CUSTOMER service is giving the customer what they ask and pay for. No proper greeting at the drive-through, being told "slow down" while placing an order, and being handed a bag with nothing said at all (after being asked to pull into a space to wait for food).
