I have been to this location several times with satisfactory results. Today, the day after thanksgiving wasn't great. My wife and I were babysitting our 3 grandkids and panda seemed like a good lunch idea. At 11:20 am there were mainly empty containers in the line. The worker advised me if i wanted something else it would take about 5 minutes. I asked for Beijing beef. I asked for Beijing beef and she said she would have to ask. I said never mind and ordered broccoli beef. The food was terrible and tasted old. There were no workers preparing anything else until I saw them come out the back room as I was paying. read more

What a joke! I only ordered a medium broccoli beef and the price was just under $10 dollars for what I considered to be a rather disappointing amount of food for the price. When I got home I was even more bummed to find that I had just way overpaid for a tiny bit (2 ounces max) of meat and a disproportionate amount of broccoli. If this lame Chinese fast food costs as much, if not more, per ounce than any local Chinese spot I think I will make sure my money is better spent supporting a family owned business that actually cares about their customers. I have a gluten sensitivity, as well as other food allergies and avoid eating out, but am traveling so do the best I can. I didn't check Panda website assuming the employees would know what was gluten free. The server wasn't trained in how to answer the question and clearly did not understand the importance of it. After consulting with other employees, she said maybe rice, and oh vegetables don't have gluten. I know sauce in the vegetables is an issue. I was hungry, and my issue isn't celiacs, so I figured just the teriyaki chicken with no sauce would be okay. I noted they put a packet of sauce and fortune cookies in my bag. After a stomach ache and feeling ill hours later looked it up and rice and drinks is all that is gluten free at Panda. I get it is my issue and I need to research every restaurant prior to eating there. BUT if white rice and drinks are the only option on a menu they need to post that in every restaurant and make sure the employees know how to answer the question what is gluten free here! Needless to say, I won't be returning to Panda. Found a food warmer for the car at a thrift store and will just use that while traveling because Panda isn't the only restaurant that doesn't accommodate those of us who can't help that our bodies can't just eat anything. read more

The family and I stopped at this Panda Express in Ripton on 08/08/21 as my two amazing nieces were hungry and didn't want burgers like the rest of the family. During the time we came DRIVE THRU WAS ONLY OPEN. THE OPTION TO ORDER INSIDE AND DINE IN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. There wasn't really a long time about 5 minute wait to order our food. The girls already knew what they wanted and so did I. Since dad was driving he ordered for us. I got Kung Pao Chicken with Super Greens as pictured. My bowl was fine. I like more vegetables more than anything. However, the nieces got kids meals only two - one each which both had Chow Mein, one teriyaki chicken and one with Orange Chicken, with bottled drinks. Very simple order. After we paid they told us to park which was seriously like a 30 minute wait or longer for 3 quick meals. When I opened the kids meals to see which box was who - as pictured was how we got it. It seriously looks like they threw the food in the box due to rushing. SO RIDICULOUS to this to kids meals. Plus it looks like they put little to no meat in the kids meals. The wait, the way they delivered it to the car, appearing to just throw the food in was just so unnecessary. I understand if they were busy but don't let the quality of the food and customer service suffer. My nieces were highly disappointed and so was I. Panda Express come on! Teach your employees the standards. I will never return to this location. I was tempted to have my dad go back through drive thru (as their doors are locked to walk in) and remake the order but by then it was already like 45 min of waiting for tossed up food and probably would have been even more of a wait for them to remake it. 5 Stars for Devany! She was so nice, polite, professional and had a great smile and attitude. Thank you for making me smile! Decent sized parking lot and clean restaurant inside. It was early (about 10:30 am) so not all of the entrees were out yet but Devany asked if I wanted something and they could make it. What I wanted was available so we were good. It was very busy inside but I was in and out in less than five minutes. Everything on the bar was fresh and packed. Suits me right, I should have looked at Yelp before making a "quick" stop for lunch. First, update your menu if stopped carrying items "a few years ago". So, I went to the drive through, had to wait for eggrolls, they forgot about me and I sat for 20 minutes in the parking lot. My husband and I were traveling though this area but were really leery about stopping at this location after reading several of the reviews. We decided to still give stop and check them out. I must say that we were very pleasantly surprised and glad that made the decision to go there. It basically looked just like all of the other nice, clean locations that we've gone to. It was brightly lite, lobby area and tables were very clean along with the front counter area and cool prep areas! Menu items seemed to be well stocked and the employees were all so nice, friendly and welcoming! We received all of the items that we had ordered and didn't have an issue with leaving the restaurant and finding that they forgot to give us the sauces that we'd asked for or something like of that nature. They were definitely efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend this location if you're in the mood for Panda Express! By the way, We had the teriyaki chicken and a couple of egg rolls...all of which we enjoyed. They even remembered to throw in a couple of fortune cookies that we always look forward to as well. The wait was insane. I pulled in to the drive-thru with no other cars in front of me. I ordered two plates. I had been sitting at the window for 10 minutes, when they asked me to pull around front since they were waiting on fresh chow mein...& there were about 5 cars behind me at that point. So I pulled around and waited another 20 minutes parked. Several of the cars in the drive thru behind me also parked. I was the last one to have my food walked out to me. If they had told me it was going to be 30 MINUTES for chow mein, I would've switched it to rice... A customer should never be sitting out there that long without an employee checking in to either give them an ETA, change their order for something that's ready, or offer a refund. When I finally did get my food, the employee didn't even apologize for the wait. In my opinion, I should've gotten a coupon for my next visit or something. At LEAST an apology though. What was really even more disappointing was that the sides that I had chosen were out, I had to wait longer for them to be cooked. I don't see the benefit of ordering online if you still have to wait. My order was the black pepper chicken, which had little to no meat on it. I think they must've scraped the bottom to get that order filled. The kung Pao chicken had so many chilis it was extremely hot.
