Same service same great food and all the panda express is I'm really liking the food there tell me too much of it though some of the items are very greasy read more

The best! Have a line but they are quick. Nice customer service which makes me go back another time.

Placed an online order at 11:30am to pick up at 11:50am. At 11:53am I walk up to them and ask them for my order the girl told me right away without her looking at orders that she didnt have my order. There was a big line because 3 people taking orders could not get organized, I saw a customer get their plate served and still wait bout 5 mins to pay for his food cause 3 people were acting like chicken with no heads, how hard is it serve a plate of food and charge them? I went in for a bowl of rice with teriyaki and ended up just spending gas and about 30 mins of my time. I will never be coming back this was my first and last time here. Avoid this place if possible read more

Ordered a LARGE honey walnut shrimp for 17$ ... Homestly seemed to me like the MEDIUM box.... requested as they asked us the amount of chili packets and sauce on side gave me a couple of what I asked!... out of a 17$ worth shrimp seriously? Are the sauces going home with you?... dissapointed... love panda but, just like majority restaurants.... didn't have all the rignt things in the bag even THOUGH it had in the receipt they seen and printed that we requested.... also was portion shorted on shrimps that charge extra!... called and the guy that picked up on riverside ave I'm Rialto acted like he didn't care like OKAY?.... bad review...... read more

This place is a rip off with that bs portion that they're serving you. Seems like they go out of their way to give you as little as possible for the price you pay. Not to mentioned their price isn't cheap compared to other similar restaurants. That's the last time I'll spend my money there. Please stop supporting this establishment until they get their act together. read more

The line was long. But employees gets you through the line faster. I really appreciate the customer service was amazing food was great

Came here and received nothing but vegetables on my chowmein hardly any noodles, food was cold, when I asked them to remake it they took FOREVER to serve me my food. I will never come back to this location. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else ! read more

I have never experienced bad service in my life like I did today. Worst customer service today from SAM and DANI! It's a rip off here! I asked for bowel $6.70. I asked for more shrimp. According to Dani and Sam, they are only allowed to serve 4 shrimps . I told them I would pay extra. Sam charged me $15 and some change. I was like wait! She told me I went premium! Lol, I told her in that case I want two bowels instead of one and no extra shrimp. Oh and they only gave me 3 extra shrimp for the first bowel when I asked for extra shrimp. So this whole time they had an attitude. I got my two bowels same ; with shrimp and rice. I paid an extra dollar, and ended up with 2 bowels for $16 and so change. I had more shrimp. Sam snatch my money out of my hand, and I told her to please not do that again, because I don't snatch anything from anyone. They need some training and manners! I will never go back and definitely will let my family and friends not to waste their time going. read more

This is the most amazing Panda Express I have visited throughout the years. I have been to all of the states and yet, this place still amazes and exceeds my expectations. I ordered the Angus Steak dish and it has a delicious taste. The smell and flavor of the steak and stir fry made my mouth flow with flavors. The cook, Cesar Zambrano, prepared this dish to PERFECTION! I thank my family for taking me here! read more

These guys gave my order to a random person while I placed a mobile order online -_- made me drive all the way over here ! Worst panda ever

I have been to this Panda express a few times I try not to go here even though it is the close one to my house because each time I feel that there portion size is way under what I would call an adult portion they do this to save money and give you less....I will now drive 20 minutes out of the way to my regular panda express just to avoid being cheated. read more

I think out of any Panda Express I have ever been to this had to have the absolute worst customer service! My husband & I went on a Sunday night for dinner to take home. It was not that busy but not dead. The girl that helped us seemed like she had to be somewhere in the next minute and rushed us as we were ordering our food. We didn't even get to order our 3rd order before she scooted us down to the "next section". We didn't have any better luck with the next girl either. She must have been going with the other girl somewhere since she was just as much in a hurry as the first girl. My husband ordered a three item combo. However, his second item ended up in my box with my order. When I pointed out that the entree was his food order, not mine I was told "he could eat it out of my box since we were going to the same place!" WOW!!!!! So needless to say they didn't fix it, they just continued on...Finally I explained I still had another bowl to order and the girls response was "oh, you will need to get back in line then" Really? I tried ordering it to begin with but I was rushed away without getting the chance I explained I simply wanted a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken....she finally just got it for us after many eye rolls, sighs, and hesitation. The only reason they got the 1 star is simply because I had to...plus the girl at the cash register was the only redeeming employee. She was the only kind one that we dealt with the whole visit. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this Panda Express again! read more

i bought two 2 item meals and they were mainly rice they gave me 4 small pieces of chicken teriyaki and a little spoon full of beijing beef ridiculous... on the other tray i paid extra for the black pepper steak and they gave me very little meat mostly vegetables same with beef and broccoli WOULD NOT RECOMMEND read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Rialto, California

See all

Can't believe I paid almost $8 for this crappy food and the tiny amount they give you. Orange chicken was soggy, pepper chicken was mostly just onions and celery. The chow main was loaded with celery as well. WFT. And the line was out the door due to the horrible layout of the restaurant. You literally order your food within the first three steps in the building lol. The door was open the whole time and it was hot in there. Cashier lady was sweating lol. I rather go to a small mom and pop chinese spot. Never coming back. read more

Today I waited for teriyaki chicken they were going to give me left over burnt so I told them I would wait for the one on the grill. So as they had about 5 orders waiting for chicken they rushed the batch out and it was raw didn't look pink but needed more cooking. This was a to go order for my kid so when I got home and he complained how hard and rubbery it was, of course I didn't let him eat it and ended it up in the trash. I always have to wait here, for they're always out of entries, but this time I waited for raw food even the girl who was cutting it sent some back to the cook and I thought she knew what was good and not. read more

Bad service. Not professional. They mess up on orders. I went and ordered 2 kids meal to go and when I got home I checked and there was no meat. How do I get only chow mei and rice with no meat? I called and had to go back again waste my gas for the meat part. The so called manager only gave me 2 egg rolls. Really is that how you make the customer happy? She offered 2 kids meal but yet they weren't free cause I paid for them. read more

Very clean store amazing and fast service !. I'm coming back foooo sho!!! I love that five flavor shrimp they have just add some chili to that and it will be better. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had such horrible food and awful customer service. The location in North Fontana is so much better. The food was old and tasted like it had been prepared hours earlier. This store better get their act together or they can expect a visit from the Health Department. read more

Great customer service from Nadia Great place employees always happy with awsome attitude, fresh food five star for this Panda

Love there food . Line is too long at times. Better to order online and pick up. To avoid the wait.

I honestly don't know what happened. We normally always come to this location and always go problem free when eating here. Today our chicken was a little burned. My dad has worked in the food industry and knows how bad it sucks when someone tries to return their food. He put it to the side and continued to eat. However once we got home not only did he show symptoms of food poisoning but so did my mom, brother, and even myself. I don't know if we ate under cooked chicken or if our food may have just been old but it will be awhile before we step foot at this Panda Express location. read more

This panda sucks! Line was so long, by the time I got to order my food the chow mien was gone and I had to wait 20 minutes for fresh chow mien, so did the 15 other people that were waiting behind me. Very unorganized and under staffed. The manager Elsa even looked overwhelmed by all the mess. I had to repeat my order to several different employees cause they would just keep passing my order to the next employee without marking my order on the box. Paid 14$ for half full bowl and a very small portioned plate. read more

I was just there for an online order and they where pretty busy and so my order was ready, however the young thin lady at the register was doing an amazing job. She was hand along the online orders and she was on it and was trying to do the best she could to get the orders out not once was she rude about it and it was pretty busy she even took up my order to me to where I was standing ! Very good job read more

It's been one year since my last review and I decided to give Panda Express another chance, since that last interaction with Christina/ Chris serving lousy small servings. Well it's been Ok so far until last week. And guess what, I got the same server Chris that doesn't serve you enough on your plate. This time she's arguing with me about what I said. I told her my order and obviously she can't hear or something cause I clearly said what I wanted . She says no I said I wanted brown rice on both plates when I clearly said fried rice. This was the most stressful experience just placing an order for a plate. To top it off, she served the plate really small, not much chow mein. I felt so bad when my daughter opened her plate that day. If this girl can't understand English or remember, hear , or whatever's wrong with her, she shouldn't be taking orders from customers. Also, she was really rude about it, I know exactly what I said. I think she she be removed from the front, taking orders. I work in customer service and this behavior is unexceptable. read more

i had never tasted panda express before but i expected it to be better then the local Chinese food. i was shocked of how bad the customer service was, but the food was even worst, it's even a dollar more then the regular Chinese food restaurant i usually frequent. i hope i never have to go back there. read more

not half bad they stay open till 10:30 too...foods solid portions could be larger but hey "forget about it" (guido voice)...if u get the itch for chinese late night try the panda express for yur fix. read more

I really like the food and even though they are always busy they still are very nice and excellent customer service. Their food is fresh and you can see them cooking it I got the orange chicken and the sweet fire chicken. Always come here to eat read more

Worst service I have had what's the point of cooking new food if you're going to try to give me that really old Leftover stuff when I told them something they then gave me attitude I happen to like panda express very much but this Rialto location let me down every time won't be coming back here again Only giving a one star because I'm not allowed to give none read more

I was just there and I couldn't believe that I was told that they ran out of hot sauce and I walked over to get forks and I seen the fork tray empty, i walked up to the counter and I was told that they ran out of forks as well. What kind of food business runs out of serving utensils. ... read more

I enjoy panda express. I think they have a good menu nd good choices. With that being said i think that they can be a little more generous with their servings. I guess it depends on the person. Sometimes they fill my bowl nd have to squeeze it to close, more often than not though they leave quite a bit of space. read more

The food is alright, but it is so expensive! They only give you like a little bit of food. I remember when Panda Express first came on the scene and it used to be good chinese food at the mall, not too expensive either. Now it's like this huge ass corporation that pumps out mediocre chinese food to the drones of the world and they don't really care about quality, so long as they get you in for $15 per person. Thanks but, no thanks. Not coming back, ever. read more

As expected. The food was quick and I got my usual with no Hassel or wait. When in doubt of the surrounding area I always go to panda.

Food is great but hire more people! It's obvious that the place suffers because they don't have enough workers! The customer service was nevertheless great, just wish they could be way faster...some people at our table finished before we even got our food! (but again, due to lack of employees). EDIT: Found a HUGE hair in food. Ruined the meal FOR SURE. read more

Excellent service today... Was tended to by Brain, Great customer service skills!!! And of course yummy food always...

I've been here a couple of times and let me tell u the quality isn't that good compared to other panda expresses. They always give u small amounts and also the food quality isn't the best. Last time I went the chow mein had a clump of noodles that weren't cooked properly. I'm not coming to this panda express again. read more

Customer service is horrible. My food was dished up and sat on the counter for 5 minutes getting cold while the employees tried to figure out how to use one register when they have two. Food is always dried out and tasteless. Staff is clueless on how to be productive and efficient, I watched three people stand around laughing and playing instead of ringing me and other customers up there was a line out the door when I left. Will not be back. read more

This place is ridiculous , the staff is really stingy . I was left wondering does Panda Express train their employees to only give you one scoop of food? I watched as the girl after serving my food on to my plate take a big amount of it out . I asked for white rice and orange chicken and broccoli beef and what did she do? Serves me an ok amount not even a lot but an ok amount and then take it back off my plate I was left shocked ! Who takes food off someone's plate after it's served ? I love the food at Panda Express I know it's always going to taste the same so it's a good place to go but this location doesn't care much about their customers . When I was walking out the door I watched the same employee serve herself food as she took her lunch in the dining area and her plate looked packed with food . I'm paying for the food and I get left with my plate looking empty . This is not OK! read more

I went in to eat her yesterday. I eat at panda express 1 to 2 times a week I go there about six different ones depending on the area I'm on. I tried to order and the girl was new she was getting everything all mixed up the one in front of me was on the phone the woman behind me was trying to order what I ordered she goes well I have that too and they were making two plates and she kept asking me what do I want on the second plate and I didn't want a second plate I said I'm only ordering one. Then I got my order , two orders of honey walnut shrimp, And one order of steak and shrimp the new one. When I sat down to eat it I didn't have the steak and shrimp they said they had to wait for it. I waited didn't get it I went back said I still didn't get my steak and shrimp. She got upset and mad she gave me a close little box and it had all potatoes and onions in it no steak and shrimp. I think when they treat your crappy because you got you were upset in the line that is really bad you know two wrongs don't make a right. I am so disgusted with panda express I may never go in there again. read more

Ordered online. It was ready when I got there, but make sure you check the bag before you leave if you get an order to go. They didn't give me forks, napkins or sauce for my eggroll. They didn't offer any sauces at all, actually and I had to ask for soy and hot mustard. Didn't think I'd have to ask for the standard eggroll sauce. This food isn't great to start with, so any mistakes at all make it worthless. read more
