I had the worst experience I have ever had at a food establishment last night. I walked into the dining area to place an order to go, and the food in the line looked as if it had been there beyond the point it should. The food looked old... I asked the associates that were working the line if they knew how long the food had been there and no one could say... I asked how long their hold time should be and not even "the woman in charge" knew what a hold time was. The associate assured me that new food was coming out in six minutes, so I gladly waited. After ten minutes I received my order and left the restaurant. When I got home, I found I was still served old food. After a call to the restaurant "the woman in charge" was combative and belligerent, and in fact hung up on me after I asked for a refund. I went into the store and the employees who just say me ten minutes previous, were huddled and laughing at the discomfort that was my experience. They would not even wait on me to refund my purchase. I just left my food on the counter and left. By far the worst food experiences have ever had, and by no means the experience "Panda Express" expresses in their corporate statement. I will never shop at this establishment again. read more

I don't know what the bad reviews are about... my experience was amazing. The food was good and the service was quick. Nice and big inside and has a drive thru. read more

This was my first and last time to visit a Panda Express. I love Chinese food and thought I would try this place out. Ordered the Orange Chicken and Chicken Teriyaki plate with White Rice and a Chicken Egg Roll. Orange Chicken pieces were small and chewy. Teriyaki Chicken didn't taste good. White rice was undercooked and was not hot. Egg Roll did not taste fresh. I loved the fortune cookie though. The best Chinese food in the Pueblo area is the Tea Palace in Pueblo West. read more

Slow slow slow! They get upset if you say you're willing to wait for something to get made as well. Are they just not wanting to cook the food? I gave it a few tries, but not wasting my time there any longer. They're close to my house, but I'd rather drive further for better food. read more

Fried rice was hard and steamed rice was hard. Not worth it for the price. Service was good but food was not!!

Do not go to this restaurant. The food is not the typical Panda Express quality. I went through the drive through and got home to find my order completely messed up. Not wrong food, but missing entries. One order only had fried rice and an egg roll when we ordered fried rice with 2 entries. When I returned to the restaurant, the server, with my standing right in front of her and a long line of customers, opened one box and put the eggroll back into the food line. She then put the missing entries in with the cold fried rice. The 2nd order was missing half an entry which was still missing it when it was returned to me. I asked her for her managers name and after giving it to me said that she would give me an extra entry for my troubles. She should have saved it because after getting our orders back home, the food was horrible and the majority of it thrown away. I will never go back to this location. We just recently moved from Denver where we frequented various Panda Express locations and never had an issue. read more

Could tell the food was fresh and got it out super quick! Ordered the Kung pow chicken- yum!

Very disappointed with this restaurant. Until recently I had been going there and getting takeout regularly but after my last visit will never be going back. I arrived and it was a little busy but not bad but the choice of dishes was not like normal there were some that were empty and no one was cooking. Picked my usual items and left to go home. When I arrived home I started eating and YIKES had sever pain in my mouth. Gingerly took what was in my mouth out and noticed some blood. I had a piece of bone that was still attached to some meat that had dug into my gums and caused the pain. I immediately called the restaurant and asked for the Manger, after a very long wait someone came on the phone stating that they were the Manager. I explained that I just wanted to give them the heads up about what had happened. He was very rude and stated that they only serve boneless meat and that I definitely did not get the bone in the items that I had purchased from them. I replied that even when you buy boneless there is always the chance that you might find a bone from the processing plant. He again stated no way did it come from there food and he hung up. Very Rude - I then went online to the corporate office and filled out the contact form but when I tried to submit it - wouldn't go thru. I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone and will NEVER be going back. Can only image with horror what would have happened if it had been a child that had the bone in their meal. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went through the drive through and nobody ever came on the speaker to take my order. I pulled ahead since there was a car behind me and called the store on my cell phone. The person that answered told me they were "backed up" ... so I asked if I could order ahead and just pick up at the window. He took my order and then said "I hope we'll have it ready by the time you get to the window..." I then sat stuck in line for over 20 minutes. The person at the window obviously didn't have the right order when they finally got it so they had to wait some more-- nobody ever came to tell them to come inside nor did anybody come outside to at least to tell the people in line what was happening.... when I finally got to the window they had the wrong order waiting for me -- I told them I called ahead and asked if it was going to take a while and the girl just said "I don't know ... our cook didn't show up....." OH MY GOD seriously people? I tried calling the restaurant multiple times while I was stuck in line for 20 minutes and nobody would answer the phone.... there is some serious management problems here and I will never go back. read more
