Ordered the Bigger plate with Orange Chicken, teriyaki chicken and the sesame chicken as the entree choices with chow mein.. all I got was the sesame chicken with what looked like it had been sitting for a while. The service was terrible, the chick that was doing the drive thru was terribly rude like she didn't really care about her job. This is just very disappointing that this business doesn't seem to care to train there crew members properly on how to deal with online orders I'm also from out of town so you can see how irritating it is when your food isn't made properly and when you tip 20% I ordered the 2 entree plate with chow mein, honey walnut shrimp and string bean chicken I received my honey walnut shrimp and chow mein but some how I ended up with pepper chicken instead! There must be a bunch of new people because ordering is bizarre now and they all are so busy doing 8 things at once with 4 people adding to chaos it took 25 minutes to get walk in order of 2 dinners and I was only one in line for 15 minutes. Put noodles and rice in container set aside did other orders half way, added chicken to one plate set aside, finished other order, started new order from walk in finally manager decided to ask what was needed for sitting orders and finished so half food cold half warm. Sometimes the to go orders are going to work or location there is no access to microwave so they ate Cold food for dinner break and had only 30 minutes because of extra wait. Still going to keep trying but training people would help. Have order made start to finish as it used to be. Fix it, finish it ,and send it out. Went in to drive thru at 8:40 pm. Sign on the door says restaurant closes at 9 and drive thru closes at 9:30. Ordered the angus steak. Drive thru lady says they are out and would need to cook more and it would take 15-20 mins and then recommends a few other steak options. I let her know I don't mind waiting 15 to 20 minutes and that I would take the angus steak. I pay and she has me pull around front. Fast forward to 9:10. I watch from my parking spot through the large windows on the building as the crew closes and begin spraying and cleaning/closing down the kitchen. I don't see any evidence of my order being started. I pull around through the drive thru to find that they forgot I was there. They took my payment, asked me to park, and never made or even began to cook my food that according to them would take 20 minutes. They actually admitted they forgot about me. By this point it's 9:15 and I'm asking for my money back. They tell me they can't give me a refund but can cook me something else or I can come back the next day. Furious, I argue that I don't want any other food and that I wanted what I ordered since I was willing to wait the amount of time they told me it would take. After some back and forth they gave me my money back in cash after I had paid with my card. They then refused to give me my receipt back. I believe it's because they didn't want me to know the register person's name but it's a very easy name to remember. I will be contacting every corporate Panda person in all the land. read more

Usually, this location is friendly if not efficient. i am there frequently as a delivery driver (we'll call it Speedy's) and while not outstanding, I rarely take issue with mistakes. We're all human! However.... This time, I walked in as the only customer. Young man at counter was taking food temp (awesome!) and did not look up from his task. The cooks were busy with uh, cooking. A server/cashier finally saw me after walking back & forth 3 times. (So, 6x Walking right in front of where I am standing.). I set my cars keys down a little loudly and she finally came over, said "DeliverMe?" I said, "No, Speedy's for Mario." Last words spoken. She scooted empty cups across the counter and I was set free. After filling the drinks, I went back to the counter, saw an open bag with food containers in it, and that was it. no drink carrier (Larges are large here) no napkins/silverware, no receipt, no idea if the order was complete or not, no nice day or thank you everyone has their off days, but sure seems like it's happening a lot more lately - someone should probably know Ks2cents read more

Their food isn't too bad for fast food Chinese. However, if you go through the drive through and order the teriyaki chicken ALWAYS make sure they put the sauce in. They tend to ALWAYS forget to put it in which become really annoying (reason for 2 stars). Other than that, it's a nice change when you're tired of fast food burgers. I made a yelp account specifically to leave the worst possible review I can for this location. Every single time I've ordered through online this location has failed to complete my order as it was ordered. Tonight was the last straw. Ordered online as usual, when my mother arrived to pick it up she tried going inside as this place has proven time and again to be incapable of successfully completing an online order through the drive through, but was unable to go inside because the doors were locked for some reason over an hour before close, with a sign on the door saying "pull hard". After several minutes of trying to open the door, another family pulled into the parking lot and asked if they were closed and tried opening the door as well. This whole time the staff inside the restaurant ignored the customers trying to come inside their restaurant until finally one of the workers signaled they needed to use the drive-through. The other family left and went elsewhere. Upon getting to the drive through speaker and giving our order number she was told they didn't have 2 of the 3 entrees ordered on our family meal, which happens quite often here, and asked if we'd like something else. She told them two entrees of beef and broccoli and an entree of orange chicken. Then when at the drive through window she told the employee she would like to use the credit that was under my name in their book by the register for a free drink and order of a side from the previous time they had screwed up our order. She was then told they couldn't find our credit in the book and was asked for a receipt from MONTHS ago to use the credit. A receipt I was told I wouldn't need because thats what their "credit book" at the register is for. So obviously fed up at this point, she just took our order and left. 30 minutes passed when our order was quoted to be ready. Oh, and our order was wrong, by the way. We got nothing but beef and broccoli in our family meal. I truly feel for some of the staff here because you can tell they really have no idea what to do because they haven't been trained properly. Whoever owns/operates and manages this location should be ashamed at the joke of a franchise restaurant they pretend to run. Tonight was my last time giving my money to this place, and I urge you to spend yours elsewhere as well. Unless you like getting nothing of what you paid for. 0 stars. read more

I have been back 4 times and each time we are in and out of the drive thru lane within 10 mins. Hands down some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Mind you, I myself am a waitress, and have been for about 4 years. On our way to the establishment last night, my sister, who is also a waitress, called to make sure they were still open and that they knew we were coming in, out of consideration. They were open for another hour, so we came by. When we got there, they continued putting away more than half of their available food. I watched them take the Chow Mein from the line. Not 2 minutes later, my dad began ordering and asked for Chow Mein. The woman behind the counter said, "We don't have any more." It's also important to note that right when we got there, my mom instructed the server that we were on two tickets. As soon as my dad began ordering, she asked again, clearly as she was not listening the first time. He said all on one would be fine to make it easier. Then, when my husband started to order, she asked AGAIN, "are you on the same ticket?" My husband said, "you could put us on our own if you'd like." She then says, "Okay, so you're NOT all on one ticket." So she was listening the first two times, but continued to ask anyway. So frustrating. Everyone behind the counter was clearly upset that we were in there at all, dirtying their floor and table, even though they weren't going to be closing for another hour. We made sure to clean up after ourselves, as they'd already cleaned the whole place for closing. Not our fault they cleaned everything up and hour early. Where I work, we're told very clearly, not to put ANYTHING away until we are officially closed. If you do, you will have to get it back out. Everything is available until you CLOSE. Very disappointed in the woman serving that night and the poor attitude of the whole staff that forgot that an hour before closing, you're still considered open. ‍ Not to mention that they don't even have to prepare the food, it's all already ready. They had the easiest job once we got there, and had no right to be upset that people came in an hour before closing, but we still got horrible customer service. Panda Express more like turtle express. We used the drive through and it took like 25 minutes. With 4 people working here and hardly anyone in the restaurant, it wasn't like they were short staffed. I have eaten here about a dozen times and have had a good experience every single time. The food is made in small batches and so it always tastes fresh. The orange chicken is my favorite. The chicken egg rolls are very good, also. This is very basic Americanized Chinese food so don't expect a gourmet experience. The food is flavorful and filling and the place is always clean. The people are always friendly though the service can be a bit slow. I don't understand the negative reviews here because I would strongly recommend this place to everyone. read more

Okay... understand that I am livid right now, but this does not reflect on many of the kind employees who tried to give me solid service. I was ordering for a number of people at a Mother's Day party. They were very busy, so I quickly finished my drive up order, paid at the window,and waited in the parking lot for my food. As I was waiting, I noticed the order was wrong. When my food arrived, I told the young lady what had happened and she offered to just bring out what was missing (maybe about $4.00 worth). I was okay with that and since COVID constraints inhibited my desire to enter the store to get my order corrected, I was pleased with her response. She returned about 5 minutes later, but said she was told to tell me this was a one time thing and that I'd have to pay for my food the next time. Well, I decided to return all of my food since they thought I was that kind of guy. Big mistake! 30 minutes later I finally walked out of the restaurant with my money, but had been offered a refund on my card with no receipt (the shift leader didn't know how to do one so she's have to wait until Monday rolled around and then I'd have to check my account between 3 and 5 days just to make sure). At the same time, one call went out after another to the two managers that couldn't give coherent directions on what to do with me.
