Unfortunately they neglect the orders in the Lobby. We placed our order online to help with wait time because usually drive through is backed up, but Lobby wait is 10 times longer. Waited 18 minutes finally checked in with them again asked for our drink cups 2 times while we waited. 30 minutes later still waiting on our order that only consists of 2 burgers 1 order of nuggets 2fries and 2 drinks. Again, this was an online order already paid for. If you want to take a chance at this Wendy's I would suggest drive through don't get intimidated by the line of cars because lobby orders take longer. read more

The food was good except the fries were very bland, definitely needed some more salt. with this in mind, the service heavily negated from the overall dining experience. I was confronted while using the bathroom by one of the employees she exclaimed that I would be kicked out of because she thought I was using the bathroom with someone else. I exited the bathroom and help the door for another person and she thought we were sharing the bathroom. Another employee was working with AirPods in and completely spaced-out. I had to ask multiple times to get the drink cup with my meal. I also asked for a Dave's meal como that they were advertising on the windows and they denied that they had it and made me pay full price. In addition to this, I ordered one junior frosty but I was charged with another one that I didn't order. They would not let me refund it and left me paying extra for something I didn't want. Overall a very disappointing customer service system, and a disgrace to the Wendy's brand name. wouldn't recommend. One of the employees Jasmine seemed as if she was having a bad day. She made my day worse seeming as if she was not listening to what I was saying. Just went through the drive though.......it has been a while since I have had Wendy's. The state is currently requiring all essential workers to wear face covering / masks while working. Not one worker was wearing a mask and each person aside from the first drive through attendant was immediately next to each other. I was hoping that the manager wasn't aware of the executive order so I called and asked. I was told rudely to call and speak with her GM the next day and then as I was trying to speak further was hung up on. This was completely unprofessional behavior and flat out rude from sadly someone in charge of an "essential" business. Obviously unsafe practices at the current time leading to increase risk of getting the general public sick. While I have gone to Wendy's over a lifetime I will no longer patronize an establishment that is obviously unsafe. Who knows what is going on out of the public eye. Sad. read more

The was not up to Wendy's standards. The place was filthy. I had to ask the clerk to come out and wipe tables. The restroom was also dirty. The hamburger was not fresh, the bun was ice old, And the cheese was not melted. Unfortunately, I pulled it up on the car GPS and did not check Yelp. There is a four-star Wendy's 3 miles north. I have been here numerous times over the past 4 months. Never once I have been disappointed in the quality of food or the speed of service. The drive through staff is always super friendly even though this location is always busy. Sometimes the line will have 10+ cars in line and never is the wait that long. Highly recommend this place if you're on the south side. read more

Bad on me! I actually thought that after more than a year there might be some improvement. I was nearby so ordered in the drive- through. It was only 20 minutes after their opening time, and I still could not get a decent meal. The chicken sandwich was dry and barely warm, and the fries were so DROWNED in salt that they were inedible. After the district manager ignored my survey request for contact I called their corporate HQ. The next day she called and copped an attitude - asking "what contact do you expect?" I expect a phone call when a customer is this consistently unhappy! Again - bad on me! I plan to never again order food from this piece of crap Wendy's. They plainly either do not care to improve or are incapable of doing so. Please save yourself a waste of time and money and avoid this awful place. Maybe if enough of us learn our lessons and finally stop giving them another shot - they will close this miserable excuse for a fast food restaurant. DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE!
