This place is really hit or miss. Today it was a big f****** miss & I'm upset. First of all, I have a liberty card and I use it every time. So I told them my normal order (my boyfriend and I get a bigger plate and share it) and pulled up & got my food. Well, they didn't give me my discount. But whatever I didn't say anything. And I didn't pull out the food and check it because I shouldn't have to (I should've today) and I drove all the way back home to HYRUM. Pull out my food & what do you know, we have waaaay less than our normal amount. This is crap. I know corona virus has everyone in a frenzy right now, but this is just bad. We hardly got any chicken!! We got like -1.5 scoops of rice!! THIS WAS NOT WORTH $10!!!! I appreciate the workers for working during this crazy time, but seriously this Panda Express kinda sucks anyways & I definitely don't appreciate paying for service and not even getting what I'm supposed to! We went to Panda to get the new chicken. When we entered the restaurant there were 2 people at the drive thru window, another employee standing drinking a drink and playing with a phone, also 2 people at the stove. NO ONE even acknowledged that we were in the restaurant. There were over 6-8 empty pans in the case for sale. There was no fried rice, and about 2 crab rangoons in 2 pans. We waited to be noticed and order, but after 3-4 minutes of all employees ignoring us we just walked out. We went to the restaurant on 1400 North and had excellent service and good food. The one in Providence is close to us, but we doubt if we will go back. read more

This is my experience and opinion of Panda Express. I had a broccoli beef bowl. The broccoli was raw and three stamp sized pieces of beef no sauce at all. I was take out and was shorted a egg roll that I paid for. I live 15 miles away one way so did not return to retrieve the egg roll and threw the rice bowl away. Never again read more

I got the orange chicken, rice and an egg roll. Opened the box and was welcomed with the lovely smell of burnt food. On further inspection, I discovered that the smell was coming from the rice. There are burnt bits all throughout. The smell alone is very unappetizing and makes me wonder if I will ever go there again. The rest of the meal was a lot closer to what I would expect from a Panda Express though. The two people that I ate with really enjoyed their meals. I wish I could say the same. My family and I always go to the Panda in Logan and we absolutely love it!! Decided to try the new Providence location since we live in Hyrum. VERY BAD IDEA!! Arrived at the drive through at 9:35 pm. only to feel like we bothered them to come through At this time. The young lady told us that they only had orange chicken left and that's all we could order and we would have to wait 20 min for fried rice. Ok that's fine I told her. She me to pull up to the front to get my food. Which i did only to wait 40 minutes later while the employees were goofing off and acting like they are 12 inside the store! I could see them clearly through the window in the front!! Got home and of course the RICE WAS VERY BURNT AND CRUNCHY!! What a disappointment!! I rather drive the extra miles to go to the Logan location then to be served burnt rice and not feel like we are a bother to them at the providence location!! Who does this?? Serves burnt rice to customers while the employees are goofing off and you could see for yourself there front window!! I'm surprised this panda is still open with all the negative reviews!! Seems like they need someone in management to step up and help out the team perform better. (Maybe a drive through wasn't a good idea.) I went in the drive thru, I told them at the order board that I had a code for a free entree, and I gave her my receipt at the window, and she stated that my new total would be $7 something, and then handed me my food and receipt. I didn't notice until later that she actually charged me $9 something, and handed me back my receipt with the code on it instead of my new receipt!! I'm not sure why she never changed the total, and lied to me saying what the new total would be, but still charged me the original total without giving me a receipt!!! I feel like I can't trust going there with this kind of service. I'm not even sure if my code will work now for the next time because I'm not sure what she even did!!! Please look into this if you can, because it was really frustrating! I'm sure other people wouldn't be too happy if they had to deal with her not knowing how to use a coupon, and charging them the wrong total too! read more

Going through the drive thru at Panda Express took a good amount of time. It was only about 8-10 minutes. The workers were nice, they politely took my order, and handed me my food with care. I even had the opportunity to be served by a fine looking boy. His hair was dark and curly. One thing that I did not like about the workers were how they made me feel bad about myself. They asked if I wanted to donate to a charity-which I did not-and then they had the audacity to say, "you can even donate what's left of your change." I already said I didn't want to, but they pushed it. I'm not made of money. They were obviously trying to make me feel guilty. Oh well, it is what is is. However, the food I got was good quality. The orange chicken was well cooked, not too hard, not too mushy. The sauce was warm and covered each individual piece of chicken. The rice was also well cooked, with peas and carrots scattered throughout it. The only thing I've ever ordered is orange chicken and fried rice, so I can't judge any of the other food. But from what I've seen, it looks good. Steamy from just coming out of the pan. I also ordered a Mtn Dew. It was cold, chilling my mouth with every sip. The ice filled about 25% of the cup, which is fine. Although the food is scrumptious, the price is a little high for how much food they give you. I'm paying $8 for a plate that's not even filled up completely. This world is getting fat and poor and we need more food to fill our huge bodies. Overall, I give Panda Express a good rating considering all the reasons I've just given. read more

Panda Express. Some of my favorite food in the world. The new location (I think this is the new location) is quite convenient if I do say so myself. I used to have to drive all the way out to the other side of Logan to get myself the meal I desired. Now if I wanted I can be there in a few short minutes. I am ecstatic that they have a drive through. The convenience of it brings me to the order menu quite often during the short half hour lunch that school allows its students to have. Yesterday I happened to find myself in the drive through once again. The service was not incredibly fast, but it was not so slow that it caused a problem. The food was hot when I got it. It was delicious as usual. The water cups they give are to small. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a bit more chow mien than orange chicken. It didn't bother me to much, but if you are a big fan of the chicken you may be disappointed. They let you do multiple orders while going through the drive through which is very nice for when you bring a pal with you that you only think of as a pal and you don't want to pay for them because it isn't a date. If you are hungry, Panda Express is a great option. read more
