Clean and consistent food quality with other panda expresses. Orange chicken is good!

I had one experience here, they ran out of everything and the things they had left was flavorless and cold. It's a shame because there aren't any others around but I'm not willing to waste money on cold bland leftovers. This was the leak of lunch time as well. Hope they can fix these issues. read more

Sadly I will not be going back. Every time I visit this establishment I walk out disappointed. I would always go back for the Honey walnut shrimp but not even the shrimp will take me back this time. Every single time I walk in I am greeted by employees who clearly don't want to be there and it shows. My food is always just thrown on to the plate and is always left half empty. This last time I ordered a bowl with chow mein and shrimp I was appalled when my bowl was filled up just half way with chow mein and 4 cold shrimp were thrown on top. I paid extra for my shrimp and expected at least a spoon full of shrimp. The employees here are very rude and unwelcoming! read more

The food is good but the lines are long. They close at 10 but do not come after 9pm, that is when they really start closing. You will have to wait 20 or 30 minutes for your food and the workers will give you "the stink eye". I almost felt bad for ordering. The manager should probably not let them start closing until closing time. 9PM and the chairs are on top of the tables and they look closed from the outside. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is by far the worst panda I've been to. Unfortunately living in Patterson it's the only one close. Every time we go in the food takes at least 25 minutes and they serve it to just put it under the lights. I always have to go home and put my food in the microwave which defeats the purpose of fast food. The employees obviously hate their jobs because none of them can talk to people with a good tone of voice. I honestly love panda but not this one. read more

This Panda Express is the worst I have been to. The customer service is completely rude and unhelpful. The girl helping us seemed to want to push us out the door. There were only 2 or 3 entrees ready and the others had to be cooked. When I wanted an entree she gave me what looked like food that had been sitting out and soggy. It was absolutely disgusting. This is the third time I have been there and each experience has been the same. Also, they're always out of something, my last experience was teriyaki sauce. read more

The food is good but when you go most of the trays of food are empty so you have to wait 15 minutes or so , they always run out of Beijing beef and chow mein and believe it or not teriyaki sauce and they won't make it either because they say it takes 20 minutes to make for the sauce , and you would think when they are low on food they would call it back but they don't they wait till its empty then you have to wait , and no apologies what's so ever . Chow Mein scorched again! My food was warm, not hot, and the walnut shrimp was soggy. The egg rolls were not fresh. I also order orange chicken. I could not eat it. It was too soggy too and warm, almost cold! This is a $13.75 lunch that was thrown in the trash. I called management to let them know that the Chow Mein was scorched. Rose offered to replace my meal. There is no need. Will not return to the Patterson location ever again. Terrible food! read more

Got a Bigger plate of Fried rice with chicken teriyaki. I got chicken teriyaki that was burnt to heck. You could literally peel a layer of black splinters before you got to unburnt meat. What you have here is either a lack of training or not really caring about the product they are putting out. Majority of the fast food chains here in Patterson have employees that dont care about their jobs or products they are paid to deliver. Management cant find decent employees to keep the product satisfactory. I go to other Panda Express in other cities but this one has to be the worst. I got brown rice there one time that literally tasted uncooked and had a smell of cat urine. I didn't eat there for 6 months after that. I guess its time for me to come back in a few months to see if there is any improvements. I would also note that i called to complain about the chicken and they wanted me to bring the receipt and give me more chicken (to be cooked by the same incompetent cook of course) but i had my fill of blackened splinters for the night. read more

This place is horrible as far as cleanliness I give it a 4 but as far as the cooks and management I give 1 star. I got beef broccoli So I open my plate and see that the broccoli and beef is very burnt. I ask for some more broccoli and the manager comes over very aggressive and asks what's the problem. Only a week after the Grand Opening they gave me burnt grilled teriyaki chicken. Since I've never been to a Panda Express, I mistakenly thought it was only slightly darkened due to the teriyaki sauce while cooking. Until I realized they don't cook it in teriyaki sauce. Which was after leaving the place, opening the box, and seeing it up close. It was completely black on both sides of the chicken and made the entire meal taste like charcoal since the chicken was my first bite. It was so disgusting my stomach still turns driving by the place. I wouldn't serve my dog burnt food. But they think it's acceptable for a paying customer to be served such food and during their opening week? Sorry, but I'll stick with Mei Mei's in Patterson. read more

HORRIBLE,DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Never have i ever been served with such rude customer service in my life....today pushed it for me because i know sometimes ppl and places have good days and bad we'll not this time because not only was it when i ordered nothing was cooked most the food was empty they told me 5 mins, we'll they made the rest of our food and sat it aside and not for the 5 mins they said it would take but for a whole 15mins til they finally called my name for my food, there's always a huge long line and rude employees i was disappointed and disgusted in the customer service i was given, when they finally called me i asked the employee what took so long and maybe next time they can inform me it will be longer then the 5mins they said all she says is ok, hands me my food in bag when i said DINE IN, she goes ok and hands me a tray an the bag with everything in it, like ok i didn't know it was kill you to do your job!! I used to like Panda Express but when they removed the honey sesame chicken, I was really upset, because that was my favorite thing on the menu, and I didn't come back for months, but when I did, I was very disappointed the orange chicken wasn't as good as it was before, in fact everything on the menu became worse.And everytime I order orange chicken I always get a bad piece of chicken every time.Also,every time I go the food is never ready! I was thrilled once we got this panda in patterson. The other Chinese food restaurants in town I do not favor but who doesn't like panda!? Worst Panda Express I've experienced. Food took forever to be cooked and when it was, I had a lot of burnt bits. Almost no way you could get through the line with your food in under 15 minutes. Atmosphere of the place seemed to be very negative too as the employees had a disagreement between each other and took their attitudes and used it on customers. Not going back. Ever. read more

They had nothing ready, including the main dishes....rice and chow main! Every table had left over food on them, we had to clean our own table to sit down. Food is edible and it's very expensive. Serves very little and the workers are stingy and rude.

The place is clean and nice. However like others have said there is ALWAYS a wait for your food unlike most other pandas I have been to that have 2-3 people behind the counter I have never seen more then one employee. Plan on waiting 15-20min when visiting this panda. read more
