I think its about time to write a review. This Jack gotta be the worst maybe depending who there. Customer service sucks most time,the workers talk about everyone, you ask for tacos well done and they make faces instead of speak and they stale as heck. The curly fries are broken pieces of fries not even curly, the loaded wedges are always missing bacon, I ordered that new Philly burger and the meat was broken up not even a full patty. I'm still trying to figure out how half these folks were hired. Shoot if you don't like your job hand it over I'll gladly take it. read more

If I had gone into the restroom before ordering we wouldn't have eaten here. Stopped by on the way to Pleasanton for a quick bite after getting gas. Guy at the counter wasn't very friendly and took a while to get around to taking our order. While waiting I went into the restroom and found one of the toilets is leaking and it's leaking badly enough that a large amount of water has pooled around the toilet and gone into the next stall as well. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper on the ground sitting in the dirty water, trash and debris on the floor as well. It was pretty bad and the most insulting thing is they have 2 signs in the bathroom saying they are checked hourly for cleanliness, what a joke. Food took a while to come out and wasn't good. We stopped here on a roadtrip for a to-go order from the app. It took 20 minutes for us to get our food. They made it completely wrong. They told us they had forgotten to make it. As I was walking outside by the drive through passing time, waiting for the order, I witnessed a driver frustratedly hitting his steering wheel. The cars in the drive through were served even slower. Placed order in mobile app. And had Patterson location set instead of Tracy location when I placed order, did not notice this mistake that app did not change my location and went to Tracy location and of course no order. Tried to call Patterson location to explain that order was placed by mistake for that location like email says to call for issues and the phone just says Verizon customer not available and no answer at all, gave option for message but nobody called back. Worst food ever the fries were not full and nasty I paid $32 for these two combos and there was a hair in my sandwich and the fries were not even half ways . I went back today to let them know to let the cook know that there was a hair in the food so the cook can be aware and instead they gave me spicy chicken strips in my breakfast combo on purpose so I can stop complaining & they messed up the order wrong on purpose . Great option for a stop on the road. The restaurant was clean and the boy who took our order was friendly. The drive they was packed but they didn't neglect to help those in their lobby, which is hard to find at fast food restaurants now-a-days. We ordered chicken strips, a bacon cheeseburger combo and an extra curly fry. Our meal and two add ons were $20. A bit pricey considering what we got and what we could've gotten instead but hey, can't complain when you need something quick and easy. The food was hot and tasty. They also gave us plenty of sauce. The restrooms were also clean and they have plenty of parking since they share a lot with a gas station. Not a bad stop for those who are passing by. read more

Family member went through the drive thru, ordered a few things including a sourdough Jack. The burger has barely any sauce on it, couldn't taste the cheese. I literally could only taste tomato's and the meat. This location keeps going more and more downhill every time I go here. That's why I hadn't been here in over 6 months until today. I've tried complaining to management before but never get a response. They just don't seem to care. I've never been offered for my food to be remade. I've only been told sorry. Restroom had full trash cans, paper towels and tissue all over the ground and the dining area had dirty tables - left over food, cups, etc. The entire dining room had no customers and there were no cars in the drive thru lanes - Management needs to put an emphasis on keeping the common areas clean. read more

On our way to San Diego we hit this Jacks at 6:30 AM for a little breakfast. We are greeted by a nice young man and we ask him if we can customize our order to meet Keto diet standards. No prob bob... I opt for the extreme sausage sandwich without bun and my wife orders the jumbo breakfast platter minus the potatoes and pancakes. We ask how the coffee is and he responds that he loves it - so we add that to the order. My bunless non-sandwich is delicious with plenty of sausage that seems to be of high quality. My wifes breakfast platter is enormous. There must be at least 8 pieces of bacon and 3 scrambled eggs. Lucky for me she could only eat about a third of this platter. Bacon done crispy and eggs were good for scrambled. All this food for around $10.00. Jack In the Box is a great option if you are on the keto diet. They can make most of the menu keto friendly. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich and she received what I believe was a quadruple fried two day old chicken patty with withered lettuce served on two pieces of cardboard. It was gross. The fried food from the location, both the regular and curly fries were served at about the same temperature as the sun. Almost not edible, even after 20 minutes of driving.
