Like every Tuesday since we had our HOA under new management we had our taco Tuesday in Diablo Grande , with a few vendors , and for sure this is our favorite truck , this are the best Quesabirrias , , the meat is delicious and the tortillas are a good size , we love to get the 3 quesabirrias con consomé , but today we were craving Tortas , hubby got a Al pastor and I got a carne asada , the bread is delicious and they put a lot of meat , everything is so fresh , and the customer service is the best , thank you for coming all the way up here and thank you to Debbie to make this possible. read more

This hidden gem is a must! Especially when you're craving home made food. We found this place on our drive back from San Francisco. Tortillas are handmade and the seasoning is very delicious. Service is excellent, they're friendly and attentive. Don't get discouraged if you see you will have to drive a bit to get here. This is a lunch truck, with seating area, plenty of shade. I had the birria with caldo & honestly felt like if I was at home. read more

Waiting for 30 min for our order received the ordered with parts of it incorrect no green salsa. Food was a 3/10 heavy and olily on the birrieria tacos. Would not go back. First and last time to visit this place read more

Food is good. Birria is hit and miss, consume is good some days and some days not. Which is strange for being "birria " known spot. However they are so stingy, ordered 7 burritos and they gave me 2 salsas for 7 burritos... asked for some and they told me "I already gave you two" who eats burritos without salsa? I would've given better stars but the fact that they are stingy when you order so much it's a disappointment. read more

Medicore at best. Super burrito was very skinny and plain. Ask for red sauce and could barely taste it. Came around lunch hour and food was barely warm. Meat, rice, beans probably sat cold. Warmed up on the grill when burrito was pressed. Wont be coming back. Sorry. read more

Birria bowl comes with 4 tortillas but only had enough meat for half a taco and no flavor. Cilantro looked like it was salvaged from the compost bin. read more

Came here last night. It was good but not crazy good. It was ok, not mind blowing though. Ordered a few birria cheese tacos with consome. It was aight tacos we're pretty big consome was hot the way it should be. Anyway, it was just ok for me. read more

Let me start by saying that this birria for people who have never had good birria. My wife and I got a super burrito and quesabirria tacos and let me tell you flavor is not on the menu. Not to mention the tacos were dry. Not sure how you dry out a quesabirria taco, but they did. Their "consume" was no different than watered down, canned enchilada sauce. My burrito was lack luster at best. Barely any flavor and I'm not sure how you get all stems of cilantro, but they managed. Maybe this place was just having an off day, but I will not be back. On a positive note, the people were super nice. read more

Really goood Birria! Nice to have a place that focuses less on it more so and makes different dishes using birria.

Just moved into town and tried the quesabirrias with consume and they were delicious!! Staff were really mine, good location, like their color scheme. Definitely coming back read more

Came here for the first time last week. We went to el paisa first where most people there were going to and waited a really long time for our food. Decided we were still hungry and went to Birrieria Sanchez. The tacos and horchata were so much better here! The tacos were not too greasy and the horchata was so good! Not the powdered kind. Real fresh. Will definitely come back. read more

I placed an order online and it wasn't made correctly. What's worse is, I ordered one taco of arrachera and the meat was bad. Right when I took foil off I could smell it. My husband does not have a good noise so kept telling me I was tripping so I gladly gave taco to him. He took a bite and spit it out so fast saying meat was rotten. Not sure how an establishment does not have some quality control on dates of food. Something like that should not be happening. read more

Birrieria Sanchez - HORCHATA - Tacos Near Me - Patterson, California

Had some queso birria, flavor was good but a bit on the small side about 3 bites worth have ordered queso birria from about a dozen different places never been charged extra for the broth consome. Had to pay an extra 2 dollars for a small broth usually has small bites of meat mine did have any meat just broth. Like to support new local businesses but somewhat disappointed. Broth should be free. Like I said it's usually included, not the friendliest staff. read more

Today was my second time trying out this local spot. I always try to give fair chances whenever something new opens up, especially in a small town with very few options to pick from. The first time was about 4 months ago, I saw they had pozole on their menu and thought PERFECT for the cold winter weather. Sad to say the broth was flavorless reminded me of red sauce, no spices no flavors, just grains and meat with a lot of the fat on it. Today we decided to give the place another try, this time trying the 3 quesabirria tacos, with consome and an agua de horchata. Again, the lack of flavor in the watered down consome, very little meat in the tacos with again tons of fatty chunks and for someone who is a texture person it truly grossed me out I didn't finish my food. The agua de horchata was a huge disappointment too, for starters it was super dark and that was a giveaway before I even took a sip that it wasn't going to be flavorful either, and they dumped a ton of cinnamon or whatever the brown powder was on top. I believe there is an immense opportunity for improvement on quality and flavor. I hope they take their customers reviews as constructive because there truly is room for everyone to grow their small Business, given the owners take advantage to grow from the feedback of these reviews. read more

They have some of the best queda birria tacos in town. I extremely suggest eating here!!!!
