Headed back to Sacramento last night from visiting my parents. I was REALLY hungry, so I went through the the drive through. Ordered my food and everything was good. Payed for my my meal. Then when it came time for me to get the meal, the young lady at the window was awfully rude! She said "here you go" and practically through my meal into my car! The bag wasn't even closed! If I hadn't been in a ruse to go home and lay in my amazingly comfy bed, I would have totally demanded to speak with her supervisor. Good was really good though. Really hit the spot. Just wish that I got better service. The place didn't seem all that welcoming to me. read more

Don't eat here. My brother bought several Tacos and jumbo Jack's last night around midnight. We woke up, both my kids got food poison, 2 brothers got diarrhea and my brother's wife throwing up. Including my kids throwing up. Im furious on the quality of the food. Totally not acceptable. read more

I work at Amazon and every single time I go here they take a very long time to get to me. I have tried giving them another chance but whenever I go I have no time to eat during my lunch and see the workers laughing and chatting while I am waiting on my food. They need to be considerate for those of us who are on a time limit, that is the whole point of it being FAST FOOD & for us to go through drive thrus. This place does not even deserve a star, this is one of the worst place I have ever been too. I understand due to the Corona Virus places are closed and you need to Oder through app or call in but this place didn't even have that!! I tried calling the store where I found online and the number was not in service. I was not able to order through drive through because I am TRUCK DRIVER. I waited standing through the drive through to get my order as I had cars a headed and behind me. Once I reached the window I was asked to wait when I had already waited 30 minutes, told me I couldn't order and let all cars go first when I have been doing that for the past 30 minutes!! Keep in mind I had been waiting in line through the drive through because a SEMI TRUCK DOESN'T FIT THROUGH A DRIVER THROUGH!! The line is very long since it's the only late place opened at 10:49pm!! A sweet lady behind me in her car spoke to me and told me it's not fair that they couldn't take my order and had to wait and let all the cars pass dirt before getting my order. This sweet lady decided to let the workers now I have been waiting in line and that she would like to pay for my food that I am ordering. This lady didn't had to even do that but out of her good heart she did. After the workers had gotten my order I still had to waiting an additional time, still waited 1 hour and a half to get my oder!! Monica and night manager at night are the worst. Monica if you are reading this as well as the night manager (a white lady with a nose piercing who I didn't get the name) you both need to understand that if trucker drivers wouldn't work this place you wouldn't be able to get products and produce to run this place. On top of that if customers are letting you know they can't drive through the drive through with a semi truck and are waiting in line as if they were in a car there's not need to make them wait more time after they have been waiting!!! Ps: This is for the sweet lady behind me at the drive through, may God bless your heart and thank you for ordering and paying for my food knowing that you didn't had to. Horrible experience today I visited Jack in the Box and oh my this manager was yelling at an employee about a coffee and the employee informed me that she was new and was trying her best. She was extremely loud and rude in front of me as a customer and I told that young lady to not worry about anything the manager has a problem take her time to get it right. Advertise that they close at midnight. Went there at 11:45 waited for someone to take our order waited for 20 mins. Called and they said oh yeah we are closed now. I told them I've been in line way before midnight and they told me that yeah they decided to close early tonight with no reason at all. Also there were about 5 cars behind me also waiting and they refused to take our orders because they felt the need to close early. read more

This place smells like a diarrhea bomb hits you in the face as soon as you walk through the door. I honestly couldn't make it past that, and fled the scene. The great thing about most of the large fast food chains is their consistency, including Jack In the Box. Unfortunately that wasn't true of this one. I ordered a breakfast burrito with no sausage. I asked for no sausage twice, but what I got was a burrito nuked so hot that I couldn't handle it. When it cooled down, the tortilla was stuck to the wrapper, and it was sausage. The coffee was burnt tasting and lukewarm. Maybe they get so many one-time visitors off the highway that they don't care what they throw out the window, but come on. read more

We stopped at this restaurant while traveling over Christmas and while we tend to eat healthy most of the time, we aren't terribly picky about our fast food and generally enjoy Jack in the Box as an occasional treat. Unfortunately, we ate here before I used the ladies' room. The food was pretty much what we've experienced at other Jack in the Box restaurants, but the restroom was the worst I've EVER seen outside a truck stop or ports-potty. Both the toilet and the sink were completely disgusting and caked in layers of filth. There's no way that bathroom had been cleaned at all in quite some time and I can't imagine it was up to health codes. read more

I used to go to Carl's Jr. But it was a buy more expensive and stopped going when the munchie meal started. I was somewhat a regular at midnight for the double stacked grilled cheese Burger meal. I loved it, always so juicy. Always ordered it with extra extra pickles. But I don't like eating lettuce or tomato from a fast food place. Bbq sauce is awesome. I always tried to go when there were hardly any people or none so they can make m order good and not all fast paced. Sometimes I got old fries from earlier so they sucked those times. Food is good. We could find a clean table and staff was cleaning in the restaurant. We were a party of two. Only one of us received the senior discount we were entitled to and for which we asked. I have been through drive-thru many times at this location. Mostly in a hurry during the morning hours. I have never received bad service, they always have quick hospitable service from all drive-thru staff. I always order coffee with meal and it did not matter who was working window they always offered to put cream and sugar in my coffee. The first time this happen I asked the young girl working window, "do you alway do this for everyone?" She replied "of course if I have time." I told her this is a luxury (exceptional customer service) for me as I had to jump on near by freeway to work and did not have to fiddle with me putting all condiments while driving. Thank you so much, to all the drive-thru staff. There is also one individual that stood out to me. I believe his name is KC or (Kasey). He is always very cheerful young man. You can tell when he was working the window, his very happy, upbeat cheerful voice from the drive-thru speaker. Always seems to be making his work fun, fast and easy. He always seemed to be in a very joyful mood. On one incident I ordered Iced Tea, as I got up to window he (Kasey) mentioned brewing machine was not fully brewing to taste and asked me to "taste my tea" first in any case it did not taste right and may want to change order. (Again, such exceptional customer service!) The end result of this visit, I got my order and my favorite Iced-Tea. The first order of tea was not good so KC (Kasey) took my drink and refilled it with another brew machine and it was fine. This place This place is sad , they still have this manager there name Dinora who is awful just awful, can't believe she is still employed after calling the police on a mother of four because the order wasn't right and when the mother asked for it to be corrected, Dinora says we don't make it like it looks on the picture, she states that's just for advertisement, in front of her whole crew. All the crew just stood around in shock. And the other manager Monica did nothing but refund partial refund because the mother just wanted to leave. All was needed was the corporate number and Dinora says look it up on the internet if you want it. What the hell . And the corporate was contacted eventually and all was offered was shakes if wanted. Why ? Why would I go there and get a shake on the house so they can spit in my food. Like they do!!! The kids that work there that are in high school are treated poorly. I have been going here for years until this incident. And that has been over a year now October of 2015. Going there now recently thinking it would be ok is just the same as before. Dinora there being a Bitch to all that enters or driving up to that place is tortured for no reason at all she is a total ass. And the manager at corporate he was even worst. He said we will work on retraining our staff . How about replacing the ones that can't do the job properly. You don't treat people like that who spend money for years at your restaurant. Food was ok. What you'd expect from a Jack in the Box. Employees were friendly and relatively fast. Store only has 1 highchair. As a parent of two toddlers this posed a frustrating problem for us. The next time we are passing through we will make sure we stop somewhere that is more family friendly. read more

Well ..I got all excited the other day at a Jack In The Box down south , over the Chicken Bowl! So thinking I'd have a great experience we glided off the freeway to this location. Not my first time here but it is the first time I walked in with a huge list. The list had 7 names with 7 orders. The gentleman at the register offered to read right off my list to make it easier asking for only a couple clarifications. Not only did they get everything correct in the order but they bagged everyone's orders separate to make it easier. Unfortunately Yelp doesn't let you do a zero star review on here. I wouldn't give this establishment my money or go here again. I went here really hungry and wanting some good Jack in the Box classics and when I go to pay they they tell me that my card is not accepted. The employee that was waiting on me acted like he didn't know what he was doing. He first tells me that their machine doesn't support the swiping of my card. I have an American Express debit card and I have used this card MANY TIMES at Jack in the Box restaurants on a regular basis. I have NEVER had a problem until today. Naturally their was no manager on duty and a snot faced punk kid was "in charge" at that particular moment. He explained to me that their store was a franchise restaurant and the owner has decided to not take American Express. This is complete crap and I will definitely follow up with a complaint to someone at corporate Jack in the Box!!!! read more

I have had mixed reviews on jack in the box everywhere because im a big fan of the original "jumbo jack" .... Being that there is only one near by, i figured they would be sloppy and horrible customer service but to my SURPRISE, they are GREAT! Their customer service is a B+ so far and so has the QUALITY of my jumbo jack that i order at least once a week. A++++ for taste and nicely put together. Never messy. Usually, I like Jack in the Box and their food. It seems every time I go through, they mess my order up. Then I ahve to drive all the way back to get it fixed. They ALWAYS forget to add things to items that I paid for - extra cheese, no bacon, not giving me the drink I ordered, etc. Once, I paid for extra cheese on my tacos, and was told there was already cheese on them and asked if I wanted to add extra. I said yes, and when I got home, not a single one even HAD cheese. I've had to call multiple times to complain, but I'm told next time you come in we can fix it for you. NEXT TIME? They make it extremely hard to go back with their inability to get anything right. This place is terrible in terms of service; the food is okay, but it's as good as the next Jack in the Box. Unfortunately there's only one in my town, so I don't have the option to go to another one (I would if I could in a heartbeat) They really need to start training their employees to listen to the orders and read things correctly; I work in customer service, and I know that if I performed that badly myself, I most likely wouldn't have a job.
