I don't often go to fast food but there are times when you just don't feel like cooking. So the food is always good. Of the fast foods, Taco Bell has always been my favorite. Thank you for bringing back the taco salad even if it is for a short time and mini. I did a mobile order and went through the drive through. I have to give praise to the person who helped me. I used to be a telephone operator and was told that you could hear the smile and positivity in my voice. That is exactly what I hear over the speaker from Madison. Then when I pulled up to the window, Jonathan handed me my food with a smile! It is the little things that count and bring us back. If I was having a bad day, that would make it a little better! I had a pretty frustrating experience at your drive-thru today. When I got to the intercom, someone responded briefly and then stopped communicating. After waiting, I was told to drive around and place/get my order another way, which already made the process confusing and inconvenient. Then after receiving my order and leaving, I realized my Nacho Fries were missing and I did not receive everything I paid for. I understand mistakes happen, but between the poor communication and the missing item, this was not a good experience. I'd appreciate a refund, replacement, or another way to resolve this issue. Just tried the new crispy chicken sandwiches. Both regular and spicy have the same sauce, while the spicy one had a lot of pickled jalapeños on it. I thought that the "Crispy " part was too cakey. Kind of thick but not like KFC extra crispy. And definitely not as good as Del Taco's. The bread seamed undercooked. Sticky. Stuck to my teeth ! Can't wait to brush them. This Taco Bell is absolutely crap. If you're looking for a Colon Cleanse or want to leave with your Verga Burning, this is your place. Went there today to use the app not the first time, and they were trying to charge me almost 8 dollars for a meal that clearly stated 5.00. Guess it was my fault the app didn't work in store while I was waiting. I also tried to order through the touchscreen inside, and that wasn't working either. I stood in line waited for a person to help only to be told the meal I was showing them and what it came with was all of a sudden more expensive and in fact did not come with the items it stated both in writing and in the picture. I live out in San Jose but my parents live in Patterson. So when I go out to visit them, it's not uncommon for me to end up here at Taco Bell. I'd recently received some coupons for Taco Bell in the mail at my home address, but these didn't have a bar code or QR code for scanning, only stated the deal "$10 for 10 mix and match: hard tacos, soft tacos, and bean burritos". Being rather hungry, my parents and I went and utilized the drive-thru, letting them know we had a coupon. The employee didn't know what to do, so he got his manager who came quickly. He explained that their location didn't take that coupon, but that they had a deal that was similar, plus he'd give us an extra 10% off for the hassle. We actually got our meal cheaper than if the coupon had been valid! Very awesome of them. Also, I've never gotten a Baja Blast Freeze here that was half-melted; it's always nice and frosty! Other Taco Bell's have let me down on that, but never the one on Sperry! =) read more

My husband and I went there last night and both got the $5 box with the triple double crunch wrap, both crunch wraps had multiple parts where there was no stuffing. We went through the drive thru where the guy taking our order was really nice but the lady giving us our food just shoved the food in the car and wanted us gone. My husband even asked if I saw the look the lady had given him, I jokingly asked him if maybe he knew the girl. We drove home and found out a nacho was missing from the bag, I drove all the way back for them to replace my nacho with no apology. By the time I ate everything was soggy, the taco shells split in two so the meat completely fell out of the taco. It was a waste of money. Update: I talked to Jessie and she remade my whole order. I know a lot of people don't like to review fast food chain restaurants but they have have to keep up on customer service and serve quality food like the rest of them. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for many years now. I've had my ups and downs with the service. They have always been friendly but they tend to forget items in the order when going through the drive through from time to time. I don't usually eat inside but today we decided to eat our meal there. The food wasn't that great today, they burned my daughters quesadilla and the burrito I had was not great at all. More often than not though I don't have issues with the food. The seating area was clean and the sauce and napkins were fully stocked. It's always clean. The staff is friendly. They don't mind the substitutions that I make on the only two items I ever order: Bean Burrito, substitute spicy green sauce and Nacho Supreme, but with no meat. Today my cousins, sisters, and I come into this Taco Bell and order cheese quesadillas and veggie chapulas. Are veggie chalupas the chalupa shells were so stiff and hard. They had so much lettuce and cheese that it was just fallin all over the place. The cheese quesadillas literally had no cheese and also not cut not even a mark. Then my sister asks if they can cut it but they give it to her uncut. So she's ask the drive thru worker to cut it and she does. This place is horrible, don't waste your time here. read more

Went in today with my kids and ordered my usual (beef enchirito). Once I was given my food, the enchirito was really watered down. I told the worker and he offered to remake it. As I walked away I heard the girl workers talking trash!! Saying why I was making a big deal over a watered down enchirito! That was NOT OK and they were lucky I didn't raise hell!! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! That is not how you treat customers! Not to mention one of them was a manager! Shame on you all!
