This place was fire, idk why people expect it to be fine dining, chill out and enjoy your cheap food

fast food chinese at its best, lots of food options and prices are reasonable. One can look at choices before selecting

I strongly recommend avoiding mobile orders at this location. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and the lack of urgency from the employee handling online orders was unacceptable. I waited approximately 30 minutes for food that I had already ordered 15 minutes before arriving. The employee moved extremely slowly, didn't communicate with customers, and made no effort to keep the orders moving, while the rest of the staff appeared to be working at a reasonable pace. Waiting nearly 45 minutes total for a mobile order is completely unacceptable. This was easily one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I've had. read more

Clean dining area. Everyone had a great attitude. The manager was serving and gave generous portions of food. Pricing is always reasonable. Harold at the cash register greatest me and offered different condiments. Great lunch experience read more

Panda Express - Orange Chicken Plate - Chinese Near Me - Panama City, Florida

I had Panda Express for lunch and I got food poisoning from it. literally straight sick for over 2 days. i don't know if they didn't cook something right or something was bad but I was completely sick with food poisoning! read more

Don't ever order online here it's an absolute waste of your time. They won't work on your order till about 15 minutes after they say your order should be ready. read more

Service at this location is slow, but friendly. Ordered my go to of Bejing Beef and Orange Chicken with Chow Mein. At the last minute, added Kung Pao Chicken. It was very busy, so food took really long. Food tasted really strange, and the Kung Pao Chicken was raw. Yes raw...pink raw. Probably was trying to hurry the cooking because people were waiting. I did take out so I did not bring this to anyone's attention. Definitely not headed back here. read more

While there n town visiting family I was looking for something healthy and at a good price. Dropped into Panda Express to pick up a couple of family packs. The food looked good and tasted great . The employees were nice and helpful. The place was nice and clean as there was an employee walking around cleaning. Lots of spaces to park. read more

The service I received today 5/16/2026 was absolutely unacceptable. I believe I had a manager assisting me I am unsure. He made it very clear that he's "only had four orders on his screen this morning" and proceeded to tell me there's nothing he can do whilst shrugging. I understand that as a facility there is only so much can do, I've been a manager. What I've never done, as a manager is tell the customer I couldn't do anything to help them. The least I could do is give suggestions and ask questions about their order. There were no questions asked but rather talked over me to proceed to tell me he can't do anything. I am not impressed with this location or how this situation was handled. There is no reason to be rude, if you need a break then click out and take a break. Don't take it out on customers just trying to get a clarification of where their order is. read more

I love Panda Express, love their rewards program but Chinese has been a big part of my life. Everyone in my family loves Panda Express! All the food is amazing fantastic! I'm from China, it has been a long journey! Thanks for bringing back my memories! Love, james! read more

Panda Express - Chow mein, honey walnut shrimp and orange chick - Chinese Near Me - Panama City, Florida

I wish people would smile more it doesn't cost anything to be nice! My orange chicken was so spicy I couldn't eat it, my lips and tongue were burning after 1 bite, my husband is pretty sure they gave us the hot orange chicken instead. Won't be back to this location awful, worst experience I've had at a Panda Express such a shame read more

I've recently moved states from California to Florida. I was craving Panda Express and sadly it didnt meet my normal west coast expectations . I was recently craving it again so i decided to give it another chance. Once more AGAIN dissatisfied. The food was cold, it felt as i was eating food that was left out. Panda Express needs FRESH food. read more

Worst Panda Express ever. I haven't been to this location in about 3 years. I decided to give it a try again, thinking they got new employees. Boy was I wrong. Never again. Everyone is rude, my order was incorrect and when you complain they give you an attitude. I can't believe Corp is allowing this to go on. read more

We were out later than usual and we're so hungry! My husband was craving Chinese food and we landed here. We are Vegetarians but sometimes eat seafood. So we decided on the walnut shrimp, broccoli, fried rice, and lo mein. It was all delicious and just what we wanted. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because they only have (1) entree option for people that doesn't eat meat. It would be nice to see a tofu dish on the menu too. read more

After ordering through Grubhub for pick up, I was told through the app it would be ready in 10-20 mins. I stopped for gas on the way and was worried my food was sitting there getting cold. I showed up ~22 mins after order. I walked over to where the pick up orders were and didn't see my name. I was asked three times but three different employees the name on the order. I told them. Then each of them proceeded to ignore me for the next ten minutes. I finally asked what was happening with my order because I'd placed it 35 minutes prior and I got a muddy non-answer. A few minutes later they handed me my order. The food was meh. Service was horrible. I would've gotten food faster if I'd ordered at the counter. This on the heels of another employee in the drive through several months earlier being an ahole to the point I just left without ordering. Never will return. Don't waste your time on this pathetic representation of a generally decent franchise fast casual food/restaurant. Go to a different location. read more

their registers were down but they kept the drive thru open, we asked if we could just order and eat inside, they said maybe but no one tried to help us, no one even acknowledged us. They continued serving people in the drive thru but continued to ignore us. It was incredibly rude the way they handled the situation, blatantly ignoring customers. read more

I just waited 20 minutes for one bowl of food. At the drive thru, they told me to park in a spot because it would be a few minutes to make the super greens. After 20 minutes, I went in. My order was sitting next to the register... Undelivered. Getting cold. I got a lame "Oh sorry it just came up." How long does it take to cook vegetables? Never park. If they tell you to park and wait, just skip it and go somewhere else. This is not the first time they have done this to me, but it will be the last. read more

The last three times I've been at this location I've dealt with the same drive through employee and have had the same issues each and every time. I will never be returning to this location again, and drive through employee "Alex" female should be fired. She is constantly rushing me when I'm ordering-it never takes me long to order as I already know my favorites at Panda Express, so I'm not sure what her problem is. Clearly she didn't pay attention to any customer relations training she had when hired. After being rushed through my normal order, there are always the same three problems-despite me putting heavy emphasis on what these problems re during this last drive through attempt. Problem 1: I ALWAYS have to pull around and wait for my meal to be completed. It takes a long time-especially for someone wanting quick drive through meal. Problem 2: I never get the sauces I request- even after "Alex" repeats them back to me at the end of my order. I'm always having to go inside to get said sauces-ruining the whole point of "drive through." Problem 3: my husband never gets decent portions. My vegetarian plate is always very generously portioned, but my husband's plate is ALWAYS half as full as mine. Save yourself some trouble and go to any of the other numerous drive throughs in Panama City. read more

Placed a $20 order through Grub Hub which was never delivered. Tried to call restaurant, no answer. Called Grub Hub who could not tell me where my order was or if it was coming. They agreed to refund my order and give a discount on a future Grub Hub order, but this is the last time I'll try Grub Hub or Panda Express again. Thanks for nothing, people. read more

When I lived in PC, I used to come here at least a few times a week! I love it! They've really improved a lot over the past few months and it has become one of my favorite places to stop after work. Upon ordering for a pickup through doordash. I walk in to find out that our order was in fact stolen. These people didn't even check to see if it was the correct person picking up the order. So now I'm here waiting over an hour for food they tried to deny saying it was already made and sent out. I showed them the receipt and the order wasnt picked up. I understand that the food business is not an easy task. What we do ask is a little extra step to look out for your customers. read more

I love Panda Express and I eat it all over the USA while I travel for work but this by far has been the worse I ever had. American Soy. Where to start, the tables were a mess, the bathroom was dirty. The homeless man laying on the outside bench without a shirt provided zero entertainment. They have no vegetable dishes. When asked about Tofu I was met with the blankest stare I've ever seen. Paper plates...Really? For the price and the quality I would recommend you go ahead and order from Jin Jin King, China Wok, Jin Jin 88 or any other Asian cuisine restaurant. I was embarrassed for taking my Korean husband here. 10 out of 10 would not try again. And to the person who responds from corporate, keep your coupons, as we will not be giving this a second chance. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I've worked in customer service for the last 5 years. The fact that I was treated this way is absolutely ridiculous! Your restaurant literally wouldn't give me my online order through the drive thru even though I paid for it already. Made me wait in the drive thru line until all the cars got their food just to park and come inside when it was pouring rain. All because they didn't feel like walking in the lobby to get my food so they could hand it to me through the window. Like have some common freaking customer service, or even plain human decency! I was going to apologize when I got inside just in case I may have gotten a bit frustrated but heck no! When I walked in to get it she pointed at it, said "it's over there" and rolled her eyes. When I said "thank you" nothing was said back to me. Just terrible customer service! read more

This is the worst Panda Express I have ever been to, I have had multiple issue with this location but Sunday Evening was the worst ever. I went through the drive through around 7:30pm and It literally took 30 minutes. When I got to the window they said they were out of Steamed Brown Rice, Kung pow chicken and sweet fire chicken. I was already so frustrated that I asked for a refund the clerk did not know what to do and closed the window while she asked for help, I waited 2 or 3 minutes and no one came back so I honked the horn to get their attention, still no response. The Clark finally came back with the manger on duty to do the refund, the manager never even acknowledged me even after I asked the clear if she was the manager. They never said they were sorry about the bad experience, they just handed me the receipt and closed the window..... Now that's a great manager... I will never return to this location again. If I could give less than 1 star it would be me. read more

If you're a vegetarian, don't even bother. My wife and I checked out the online menu and thought that the eggplant and tofu entree looked pretty good. We went to the new Panda Express on 23rd street to get that particular entree. When we arrived, we scanned both the food line and the menu sign. No eggplant and tofu mentioned. The young lady asked what we wanted and when we told her she said, "Oh, we don't do tofu here." Really? You offer ONE (count 'em, 1) vegetarian protein main dish on your whole menu... but not at this location. What, because you're two doors down from Chik-Fil-A you feel like you have to have chicken in everything you cook? I've never been to ANY Asian-themed restaurant, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, that didn't offer multiple vegetarian selections. We won't be back. read more

One star is too many. This place is a joke. We asked for mushroom chicken, black pepper chicken, firecracker chicken, cooked greens, and the list goes on and they kept saying sorry we are out of that. I used to work at Panda Express and I know how it works. If you don't have something cooked, you tell the customer it will take an additional ten minutes while the chef cooks it. But this one literally doesn't even give you an option. If you're trying to eat healthier, don't even go here as the only think available is orange chicken and chow mien. read more

Every time I attempt to get food through the drive thru, I have to pull around and wait on food to be cooked. I enjoy fresh food, so I generally don't mind the wait. Yesterday, however, the car in front of me and behind me received their food within 10 minutes. The employee delivering food to cars waiting said now instead of broccoli beef causing the delay, it was egg rolls. Two more minutes. After quite a wait, I looked at my receipt and saw I had been waiting 30 minutes. I went inside and insisted on a refund, which they refused. They offered me Panda Express gift cards, which I do not plan to use. As I never received any food I think a refund was warranted and not too much to ask. I will not be eating again at any Panda Express and will tell everyone I know about the poor service and lack of respect for people's time and money. read more

Service is great, staff is attentive and helpful. The food however does not taste like a normal Panda Express. The chow mein is dry and barely warm. There is very little veggies and sauce in the mix. The brown rice had burnt pieces and tasted over cooked. The chicken was just okay. The restaurant was very clean and put together. Disappointing the food isn't to the level the service and cleanliness is. read more
