This Location I have been to this location several times. The food is hot and tasty. The service is courteous and fast. Panda Express Generally I really like Panda Express in general. I like to be able to order American Chinese food conveniently, with familiar foods and easy to pronounce names on the menu. I think the selection is great. I appreciate that I can order Super Greens with a side when I don't want to eat meat. I'd love to see vegan entrees on the menu in the future. read more

Went back tonight with husband. Same girl was at the window but she didn't take the order. Her customer service skills seem to have been addressed since the last time but the food was still incorrect when we got home. read more

Place needs help. Tables are always sticky. Took them 6 months to fix men's restroom paper towel machine. Napkins and coffee is always out. Place sucks read more

Everything in the display area looked like it was days old. It made it difficult to choose because my favorites were too old looking to even try. I don't have much more to write but I was so disappointed. read more

4 stars. It was 2 stars, but management was awesome and they made me whole so all is well! I had the super greens, beef n broccoli, and chicken teriyaki...but I had to pull up and wait for 12 minutes so it was the quick stop I had envisioned. The car smelled ahhhh-mazing! Got home and opened it up to find I basically had a container full of broccoli and no protein! Say what?! Honestly, the broccoli was absolutely delicious and perfectly steamed. But I paid for proteins, too. I took back my receipt the next day and explained the issue. Mgmt was super easy about it. They said they would remake it for me or put my name in the book to get it another day. I opted to get it over with because I will totally forget that I had a credit to use and that's money wasted. They cooked some fresh entrees and sides for me. The remake was perfect. And I didn't have to cook dinner - even better! I'm usually not a fan of this joint, but I'm going to certainly go back. The veggies were flavorful and I enjoyed every bite. read more

Panda Express - Side Super Greens and Broccoli Beef and Grilled Teriyaki Chicken - Chinese Near Me - Noblesville, Indiana

All good experiences here so far - I'm somewhat new to Panda Express, but they have me as a customer as long as they keep selling the AMAZING Beyond Orange Chicken entrée. I think about it all the time--it's sooooooo good. The rice is pretty awesome too, and I love that you get a fortune cookie with your meal. No issues with long wait times or drive-through issues so far either. read more

Food was lukewarm, service was cold. Keep driving... there is a chik-fil-a nearby... The gal that takes orders was surly and unfriendly. read more

Okay I'm new to Noblesville area just moved here, I worked until 715 today so I didn't feel like cooking The kids wanted Panda so I ordered online. The app Never told me they were out of a certain food, told me the pick up time and to go inside to pick up. So I get there right at 722pm Go to the "pickup online food order" area. There was one order sitting there. So I wait. 5 min.. nothing. 10min..nothing So I ask the cashier do you have an online order for ...my name She then pulls out a stack of at least 4 or so receipts and looks at me goes "oh yeah right here" They didn't have an item I ordered when I went to look what they had ... it was bare minimum Like 3 or 4 total meat selections. My noodles are crunchy ... not happy at all. Probably won't go back or recommend. Total of 4 people working. And a line out the door. read more

Just ordered simple broccoli and beef bowl last night and got brutal food poisoning after! Everyone be careful

This place is so cool to work at. I'd love to work where I can wear air pods and have the headphone/microphone headset on at the same time. Then I can tell people I can't hear them. That's what this amazing team does! Come make up to $15 an hour and pretend to be deaf. read more

So I went and grabbed carry out from here tonight and it was just okay. The key to eating at Panda is being there when things first get cooked and brought to the line. Tonight wasn't that night for me. I did a pick 3 and pick 2 and then added a couple spring rolls and another side of fried rice. The rice would be good if they would put some sauce in it when they cook it. The beef items we got were dry and tough so they probably had been sitting for a while. We got the chow mein but we prefer lo mein which they don't serve. It was probably more of a 2 star experience but I'm feeling generous tonight. I'd had thought with the Brad Paisley concert and lots of people in the area maybe food would have been more fresh read more

Only good experiences for us here! I have had to wait sometimes for something to be replenished but that just means it is nice and fresh. There may be room for a bit of improvement in workflow to speed up the line but it's nothing I can't deal with. I usually get the family pack and that's enough for our family of 4 (with two teen boys) with leftovers for less than $50. Lots of variety, friendly staff, fresh food. And it's CLEAN which I've found lacking in other similar restaurants I've tried. This will stay on my "don't feel like cooking tonight" short list. read more

If I could give half I would. Never again eating there my bowl with greens that I order was barely half full most of that was the super greens I don't understand why charge so much ans you don't get what you should. Stay away go somewhere else read more

This place is absolutely terrible the management is awful, bad customer service, lazy workers, low quality everything

They have horrible customer service. They are always out of items on their menu. This last time I was there I had to wait for the teenage cashier laugh and flirt with some teenage boys who couldn't pay. I was in line for 25-30 min to pay for my food read more

Rude drive thru lady. Acted like I asked for a million dollars when I asked for plum sauce a second time since she forgot.

Terrible service. Went through the drive thru and got orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Got my food and didn't have a sauce packet for the teriyaki chicken. I can't remember the last time I went there and they didn't forget the packet So I know to look for it before I leave. Anyway. I wait for the lady to come back and ask for a sauce packet. She says. And I quote "oh sorry about that. You said you didn't want any sauce" Ummm well no I never said that. If you forgot just say that. Don't try to blame me for something I never did. read more

This panda express will practically close 2 hours before it's posted. will say "do you want to hear what we have left" when you go through the drive thru. please go somewhere else. read more

My wife and I have been going to Panda for 20 years + and we loved the food. Stopped in today, I had fried rice with teriyaki chicken and Kung pow chicken. My wife had fried rice with teriyaki chicken and beef broccoli. Both our meals had no taste, it was awful, plus way overpriced. We will never go back again. We will make sure all our family and friends are aware that Panda has changed for the worse. read more

I love Panda Express. I had been craving their sweet fire chicken all day (and last night). I grabbed two plates to-go (one for me and one for the bf). When I got home, we started eating and I was so disappointed. The rice tasted like it had been sitting in water for hours. It was inedible. . Chicken was great, but the rice really makes the meal. Three stars because it's normally really good. read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Noblesville, Indiana

This establishment overall is a nice place to grab a quick meal. I've been here many times, but today it was different. My boyfriends chow mein smelled and had a faint taste of cigarette smoke. We called the store just informing the manager. He was very kind and helpful, and gave us a free entree for next time. Customer service was great. I just hope they can fix that cigarette smell and taste embedded in the food. read more

This place never has things ready everything is a 10-15 minute wait when you come back in 15 minutes it's a 10-15 minute wait. Whoever owns this franchise does a crappy job staffing it. read more

Fried rice tasted and smelled like cigarette smoke, no one in my family bothered to touch it. At least the orange chicken was good I guess.

They were out of over 1/2 of their menu tonight, and what I did get was ice cold, and practically thrown out the drive thru window at me. The kid working was very abrupt & rude, and they are out of soy sauce! Will not be back! read more

Good food, decent service! This restaurant location is always busy! The drive thru was too long so we decided to eat inside. There was a lot of empty slots go food on the display. Customers were ordering too quick, the kitchen could not keep up! Luckily if the food runs out, they will deliver to your table the fresh batch as soon as it was done. The orange chicken and Beijing beef are my favorites! There is very few seats indoors but once it warms out a little more they do have an outdoor patio section! Great place to bring the kids and family for a quick meal! read more

Ordered online, they said skip the line and come in to pickup at a specific time. Takes 5 mins to get in past the giant drive through line. Then guess what happened when I got there. Doors are locked and have to use the drive through. After getting back out and finding the end of the 10 car line...25 mins later and I'm still in the drive through line! If I hadn't already paid I would just forget it. Maybe do curbside or tell people to use the drive through so they don't hate you? read more

The people at this location are morons. Every time I go they mess up my order. At this point I'm over it. Not going back.

I ordered on the mobile app, when I told this to the guy in the drive-thru he asked me to come into the restaurant.(Don't understand why this is necessary and defeats the entire purpose of the drive-thru) I complied and after waiting a really long time they finally got to messing up my order. First my Honey Walnut Shrimp was clearly not a full portion and was just what was left in the pan. Second, once I got home I noticed they completely forgot my order of cream cheese rangoons. I also did not receive any of the sauces I asked for. read more

okay this was the most frustrating service I ever went too they didn't give me my food after tell my girl friend name she made me go back too the car in the freezing cold I was really mad at this point that my girlfriend almost got a refund should because by that time I got home and took a bite my food was cold worst Chinese I ever but into read more

Absolutely terrible service! The people taking the orders were horrible. The manager was no help either. Waited 40 minutes after being told that it would be 15 minutes and after 40 minutes I was told I was going to have to wait another 20 minutes. Worst panda experience Iv ever had. read more

I was craving Chinese food for the longest time especially with restaurants and other places being closed temporarily. I decided to come here and now I wish I never have. Me and my family got take out and when we got ready to eat everything did not taste good at all. The noodles were really dry, the rice tasted like it had been microwaved, and the egg rolls were soggy. All in all stay away from this place read more

We ordered food for my whole family, paid full price, and received only one entree, but the entree was entirely wrong. We tried to call to get it straightened out 3 times and never got an answer. Whoever's order we did get still turned out to taste fine but we would like a better customer experience. read more

Very good, everyone in my family loves Panda express. We can go in on a evening when everywhere else is packed, get in and eat right away. The staff is super friendly, they must have gotten new staff since the last reviews. Because the place was clean, food was warm and tasty . read more

Lady working the line was rude. She needs a customer service class. The food was not ready. Had to wait which was not too long. The reason for the low rating is mainly due to the filth. Every table was dirty. The floors were absolutely disgusting. Sticky when you walked. Rice and trash on the floor. Drink station was dirty. Sticky and no straws. Just unacceptable to be that filthy. read more

Here is the deal: the food is the same at every Panda, this is what they are known for; what they need to improve upon is actually having food ready to eat at dinner time. I cannot tell you how often I stop at Panda to pick up dinner for the family and this location is totally out of something or there is a 6 minute wait. Sometimes longer! Is this a local management issue? Does one individual make the call to "not" cook more food until we actually need it. I understand economics but when the odds are 50% or greater that this local Panda will NOT have what we want for dinner or we will have to wait it may be time for us to look elsewhere for options! read more

Terrible. Can hardly be considered a "fast-food" restaurant. Ask anyone whose been... LONG wait times inside and even LONGER wait times in the drive-thru. I sat in the drive-thru tonight (2/3/17) for 15-mins. From the time I pulled in, to the time I was pulling out... 15-freak'n-minutes. Not only that, once we got our food, we opened our Orange Chicken bowls to find each was only half full. This isn't our first bad experience at this particular location. It just solidifies the fact that we'll not be returning. Panda, you owe me. read more

Amazing!!! Food was so good and made fresh!! Best Panda Express I've had in a long time read more

This location near Hamilton Town center is not good. I would get off work around 8:10 pm, takes me 30 minutes to drive home, and they are already "out of food" 20 minutes early before it closes. Their Panda Express light isn't even on when they still have 20 minutes left!! They shut down way too early, and make you feel like you would have to wait for awhile for something. I can see all of the workers dumping stuff out through the window. You still have customers that are starving from getting off work. They also talk so fast to you through the drive thru thinking your in the wrong for even going to them! The manager of this establishment should be fine tuning it up BIG TIME read more

This is the worst Panda in the world!!! As I'm waiting 20m in line to order my food while 1 person is working the counter/resister and 3 people working the Drive-through. Then a lady comes in from the drive-through because they have her the wrong bag of food she so ask the 1 lady helping the people inside. Amber said to the other lady Vivian can you help her you guys have her the wrong food. She completely ignored her making us have to wait even longer for her to help find this ladies food. I hate so much when my kids ask me to pick them up food their on my way home from work because there is always something wrong with this location. Why do you guys always have someone doing the cash register then going back to the food? They never rewatch their hands. I feel like that is food handling 101! I will never be returning to this location. It is so dirty and gross. You guys need some serious help and training in this location. I'm guessing you guys don't really care since this store has many complaints and nothing has changed. I'm happy I got my food when I did to because after I cashed out Amber then picked food off her foot then started just serving food right back up without washing her hands. This will now be the last time we go to Panda EVER again in this location !!!! read more
