I was coming a bit late I knew they closed within the hour so I called before I left so they could have more time to make the food and no one answered and then I called again and someone answered and I asked if I could call in a to go order and she told me they don't do that and I said oh okay well I will be there shortly and she said well we close at 8:30 even though the store says 9 and I said okay well I'll be there and when I pulled up I saw another customer already there so I walked in and without greeting me or anything she said we're not cooking anymore food and I looked at the other customer like what? And she looked at me like I know and I'm like well what do you have and they had like 3 bowls left with barely anything in them all looking hours old like what??? So the other customer and I both left and I was just so surprised that you would deny paying customers food like I called 30 minutes before I got there and I drive all the way there and get told no just very lazy and unprofessional like if you're not gonna cook anymore food then close the store honestly don't waste peoples time saying You're Open and telling them you won't make the food they want like who runs this place honestly mind blowing read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This place is crawling with teenagers with horrible customer service skills, bad cooks, and incompetent management. Half an hour delay for an online order is the norm. Food is frequently undercooked. 9 out of 10 times there are missing or wrong entrees. Good luck trying to order multiple meals. I have had to rewrite this review because it seems that they are backsliding somewhat. Last visit ( been awhile) several items were very low to the point that the lone server had to scrape the bowl while three stood in the back ... no idea what their job is but it must be a good one. Flavors were very good, although the temperature could have been warmer. I will give them one more visit to determine next update. read more

Wow. This was shocking. I walk in to order, and when I do, they don't fill up the container even halfway. I thought it was fine at first, I don't like conflict. But when I taste the orange chicken, it's extremely cold and a little hard! It was terrible. When I showed a worked the box and told her it was cold, she didn't care. Terrible food. Terrible service. Good food for the money. I've noticed they will be out of dishes frequently and sometimes backed up if a large family comes in. But you have to take into consideration that waiting a little longer is worth it if you want something a little more fresh. Staff is friendly and the food is pretty decent! read more

Ok- I admit it, I like Panda Express. I will eat at Panda Express at the drop of a dime in fact. I eat at Pandas all over the place. However, this location is the pits. I have tried it twice with mediocre to poor results. Orange chicken just chucks of hard crust. Lo mein rubbery. Pepper chicken devoid of meat. Spring rolls kind of squishy. You get the idea. It is not because it is old because they are out of stuff and making it all the time. Go figure. However the worst is the serving staff. A bit rude and just slopping the food around carelessly. No pride and slow to boot. Management needs to get on top of this store- believe the yelp score. I still like Panda but this location is avoid, avoid, avoid. read more

What a disappointment! When the store first opened the food was fresh, the portions generous, staff were bubbly and helpful. What a difference a few months made. When we went in today, we were treated like it was a imposition to serve us! We ordered chow mien.... a staple... we received 1 small spoon of very oily noodles with next to no veggies. When we went to order a second plate, we were told it would be at least 7 minutes wait for chow mien... the shouting to get someone to come and cook it started! I decided to pass. The portion size was less than half of what it was when the store first opened. Walnut shrimp... 5 shrimp... and had a $1.50 upcharge! The beef and broccoli was 5 small pieces of broccoli with 2 little pieces of beef. The orange chicken... 7 pieces.... Yes, we counted them, it was clear the portion was tiny just from looking at it. Then, we made the mistake of getting teriyaki sauce... eeew! literally no thicker than water and zero flavor. read more

On many occasions I have had to wait 10-20 minutes on food with no one in the restaurant. They would constantly bring out other food items but not what I was waiting for. I love that it's fresh food but I've seen it busy and they didn't have anything made. They also just put half of our food in a box while the rest is cooking. Then the inevitable happens, something are cold and the others are hot and fresh. The one on Beal is 100% better read more

I love Panda Express but every time I have been they are are ALWAYS out of Honey Walnut Shrimp. One time they just plain forgot to put it in there. They always seem to be out of at least 3 more dishes. I drive 30 minutes to get there and I always have to wait at least that much time to get my food. This Panda Express is pretty new to the area. From reading the earlier reviews, maybe they had a little hard time at the beginning. But the restaurant has always been Great during all of our visits within the last few monh. The food is good, staff and manager are very friendly. They are very supportive of the community as well. They've run fundraisers for the local schools and brought free kids meals to the children in various schools for celebration of Chinese new year. Having lived in California for 20 years and visited many Panda Express, this one gets the five stars from me! read more

I ordered online so I could pick-up my food on the way home and not have to wait in the line. The website directed me to go directly to the pick-up register. I set the pick-up time for 5:15pm and arrived about 5:18 expecting my order to be ready and set aside. NOPE. First of all there is no dedicated place for online/phone orders. I had to awkwardly wait by the register until someone finally asked if there was something they could help me with. I told them I was there to pick-up and online order and then I gave them my name. Then a group of 8 or so came in. Did they prepare my order, NO. They helped everyone in the line, including people who kept coming in. Why order ahead if they won't have it ready or even put it as a priority to prepare. AFTER they helped everyone in the line they then started mine but told me I had to wait on a few of the items I ordered. No kidding, you just had a line of 10+ people you gave all the food to. Then finally around 5:40 I finally got my order and NO ONE working there seemed to care that I had just stood there for 25 minutes, it seemed like I was an inconvenience to them.
