Nice counter person.. got shrimp egg rolls and shrimp fried rice and egg drop soup.. all delicious.. good amount for the money

It was my birthday and I wasted Asian food. We ordered takeout. We don't live in this area so we were dependent on the reviews. I haven't had Asian food this good since I moved from Boston. The food was excellently prepared and very fresh. It was also reasonably priced. I actually called the restaurant after we ate and complimented them and thanked them. read more

So very unfortunate. Do not order on a holiday online. We ordered our food at 545 on Christmas eve and they told us it would be 70 minutes. We arrived at 7 to check the status and they told us, asking with everyone else waiting, that it would be 30-45 minutes and they would call when it was ready. I'm not going to go into the details-- but after waiting until 830, they said they lost our order and it would take 30-45 minutes to make. I'm not sure if the food is good. If you're going to order, don't do it online. Don't do it on a holiday. Unless you don't want your food. Hate it for them..... read more

This is a quaint restaurant tucked in the Santa Rosa Plaza. There are a few tables for eat-in option but I usually like takeout. A husband and wife team run the restaurant and absolutely friendly. The food is amazing!! The kids love the dumplings and I can't stay away from the sesame balls and sweet donuts(reminds me of my homeland). I've had multiple main entrées and noodle dishes but my personal favorite is the Szechuan Beef. read more

Got take out today & the food was fresh and tasted great. Also the prices are such a great deal compared to other places in the area. The lunch specials come with a spring roll or egg roll and a drink. Service was also very fast and super friendly. Definitely going back again! read more

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! we ordered $160 worth of food for delivery for a large group of people. We were told 45-60 minutes for delivery. The food never showed up. We called & they kept lying to us saying the driver was almost there. After 2 hours, we called the manager who just kept us on hold. Save your money and time & order from anywhere else. read more

One of the best Chinese places we have been to and very clean. Highly recommend, will definitely be our go to spot!

This is my go-to Chinese restaurant. It's consistently good, with fast and friendly service. The chicken and broccoli is my favorite, always a 10/10. read more

Decided to try this place and sorry I did. Very disappointed in the food. Sesame Chicken didn't taste or look like chicken! See my photo. Very rubbery and chewy. Discolored as well with zero pieces of all white meat? Crab Rangoon was very average at best. Spent $35 and all of it went into my trash can. Will never return! Find another place! read more

Probably wouldn't order here again. We placed close to a hundred dollar order for our family of 7. Charged $3 delivery fee on top of what we tipped. Food came an hour later and when we get it up to our room- no silverware, no chopsticks, nothing. Small inconvenience, but after waiting hungrily for an hour for our food, it was annoying none the less. Eggrolls were mediocre. Fried rice was fluorescent yellow/orange, no fried egg. I ordered the pork egg foo young and got this dark brown gravy.. not the typical light brown. It was okay. Next stay we will try someplace different. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't really all that good either. read more

The food is good enough. I liked the hot & sour soup. The low rating is for our experiencing order delivery directly from the restaurant. They quoted me 60-85 min. At almost 2 hours I called and the person said the driver was in the area and would deliver in a few min later, called 10 min later and they lied again saying 2 min he would he there. This went on with calling and the manager saying the driver would be there in moments. It took more than 3 hours and they didn't even offer to refund part of our order. And worst of all, they were lying each time we called. They had no idea where their driver was. read more

We got our order through a delivery service, but it arrived quickly and was super fresh and still hot.

A great place to order if you want to be lied to and then literally not get your food. Placed an order at 700 and was quoted 90 minutes for delivery (that is normal for this location, so be ready for that). At the 100-minute mark we called to confirm the delivery was actually coming. We were told that the driver was on his way. At the 120 minute mark we called back to find out what was happening and to check on the driver... it's not that far... The lady told us that they were just starting to COOK THE FOOD and that the driver would be leaving the restaurant in 10 more minutes. Which would have been more than an hour after the time that we were told for delivery. Needless to say I was not waiting three hours for Chinese... and will not be ordering again. read more

This is my go to place for take out Chinese for the last 18 years! The online ordering is very easy to navigate. Food is good, well prepared and quickly done. Have done delivery before, but since only a few minutes away easier just to go and get it. Nothing in the way real in restaurant dining. But don't need it. read more

We get takeout here at least once a month, and for us, it's a solid choice when craving Chinese food. Prices are reasonable, portions are good, food hits the spot, and the lady who hands out the order is super nice. The wonton soup is BOMB with a good sized wontons. Can't go wrong with the sweet & sour chicken or szechuan beef. We order online through their website and gone through the pickup process so can't talk to how delivery services are. read more

Schwann Chicken. Tastes so good and was fresh. It tastes better the next day. I will get 4 meals from one order! The portions are huge. I would come back here and probably will soon. read more

Ordered the combo meal. Was very good .i did the walk in order and took back to my camper when i got back to eat the food was still very hot. Large portions almost enough to feed two. Would go back again. read more

I was a little confused by some of the negative reviews. Food was fantastic. It is a good Chinese American spot and I'll be coming back in the future! It wasn't overly greasy and had great flavor. I ordered the lunch general tsau. People who wrote negative reviews, there are healthy options here, it is also take out fast food. It is not a fancy restaurant with linen table cloths. But the food is great! read more

Fresh and tasty. I know this will sound weird, but they gave great take out containers. Some other local Chinese places just put theirs in styrofoam containers that leak. Did opt for pick up instead of delivery. read more

THE GO TO CHINESE TAKE-OUT IN THE PAN HANDLE! I would highly recommend, it tastes fresh and it's ready super fast.

First time here. Hoping to grab a quick dinner. Looks like it's a popular joint it has constant flow of customers picking up food. It's still under COVID procedure and not allowing anyone to enter the business. I had to order from the little window on the front door. On the door said New York Style Chinese Food. I was hoping the food do taste like typical Hong Kong style food and it didn't disappoint me. I ordered Sesame Chicken & Singapore Rice Noodle, I have to say both dishes are 4 stars if I have to rate each dish. One thing interesting is they are using dark meat for the Sesame Chicken. The Singapore Rice Noodle is as authentic as I have ever tasted. The curry taste and feel of the powder is what make this dish so unique. Even the bbq pork has the curry taste in it. The only thing I can say is the shrimp could have cooked a little longer. Overall, it's a nice surprise. I will definitely come here again. read more

I am going to call it a gem. This place besides being delicious and well priced has great potions and quick service. Great BBQ spare ribs and the crab wontons are delightful. read more

We went there just to give it a try. Not a very friendly place. We placed our orders and the food looked good. I ordered beef and broccoli it came with white rice. The broccoli was pretty much raw the beef was all fat and gristle plus it was slimy not sure what that was about. I ate the broccoli and rice but couldn't stomach the beef. The plastic forks were so cheap when you tried to eat with them they just bent. The wife had a chicken plate of some sort and it wasn't much better. Sorry but the is place is not worth the trip. read more

We placed a large order for a group. When we went to pick it up they had no record of the order. After some discussion they found something they believed to be our order, but it took forever and in the end was wrong. If the taste had been good we could have seen past it, they were clearly busy, but sadly nothing was great. read more

Had takeout from Chopstix in Santa Rosa Beach 2 times. My first time eating Chopstix. The food was extremely bland with zero flavor. (I never enjoy giving bad reviews). I wanted to give Chopstix another shot...Second attempt with Chopstix was a bigger food fail than the first. Even though the order was: three different items. They all has the same bland taste almost like everything is boiled in dirty water. Including the rice. Sorry to be honest Chopstix. I hope you can turn it around. read more

DISAPPOINTED. I called Chop Stix prior to posting this, and have ordered Chinese from all over the country...the only thing more odd than this is having to order your rice extra in Boston! The woman on the phone disregarded every one of my concerns, and was in no means apologetic. I'll have to compliment the 3-4 star restaurants more often after this. Ordered delivery from 4 miles away on a Monday night, and was told delivery was an hour...waited 1:20. Added an egg roll, and it's just a tad bigger than my index finger...I don't have big hands folks. I laughed and thought it was a joke. Singapore Mei Fun - the flavor seems to be there, but the noodles, over cooked and soggy. I've found the crunch was bits of eggshell. Four Seasons - I'm accustomed to a container being FULL...and 2/3 of a dish isn't what I anticipated or ordered. The glaze lacked flavor, and there was no sauce that typically soaks up into the rice wonderfully. I understand 'portion size' for dishes, but a few extra vegetables to fill the box goes a long way from a customer standpoint. I have LOTS of negative AND positive drafts that I haven't posted, but this visit to the Emerald Coast hasn't proved well for the expectations of food quality or service in the area. Set your expectations LOW, and places like this will take advantage of it read more

I get the general tso chicken every time with white rice. The fried rice is New York style.

I love these guys. They are super nice! They make good food. I have certain favs. Their soup is good. LOVE the Shrimp w/Losbster Sauce. It is fast and reasonable and good portion servings. No it is not like it is in Hong Kong or Singapore exactly but it is good and they dont over charge for small portions or make the sauces too heavy. We eat here about 2-3 times a month and have liked everything. read more

Upgrading +1 star as no one got sick from your food. I found the MSG or salt too heavy and not to my taste or liking but some local Yelpers seem to enjoy your place. So upgrading to give you the benefit of the doubt but still not recommending your place. Sorry Chopstix. read more

Food was ok but a bit pricey. Also it took over 2 hours to be delivered and it wasn't a busy night or time of year.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! We ordered delivery not only did it take over 2.5 hours but when we called to find out where our order was we were yelled at by the lady that answers the phone. Once we got our order after waiting so long the food was awful. The beef didn't taste like beef... we literally threw it away. If you are in the area do not order from this dump. read more
