My husband and I were short on time so we decided to order online on our way. Our estimated pick up time was 6:40 pm. When we arrived we were told the chow mein would be ready in 5 minutes. Once we noticed the chow mein being served to other patrons we felt certain our food would be ready very soon. At 6:50 we again asked about our food and were told they were still waiting on teriyaki chicken. We got everything but the chicken at 6:52 and the chicken at 6:55 -- 15 minutes later than the time promised. While the staff were kind to offer a free drink and entree, I will never order Panda online from this location again. It seems that Panda needs to find a way to notify the patrons of any items that will be delayed and offer substitutes. I was very annoyed that multiple walk-in patrons got their food before us. I love panda, and my favorite thing to get is the cream cheese rangoons. But APPARENTLY someone decided that those would be discontinued. I was here just the other day and got some but little did I know it would be the last time I tasted the creamy cheesy crisp deliciousness ever again. I am extremely upset by this. Although the rest of the food I got was good I was a tad bit frustrated at the fact that they were out of mushroom chicken and I had to get the broccoli beef, which is delicious, but I only got about 4 small pieces of meat in what was supposed to be my double entree plate. read more

I frequent this location and every time I go, I'm impressed more and more! Tonight, the customer service was absolutely outstanding! The young man that was working the drive-thru (I didn't get a proper look at his name tag!) was so accommodating and treated my order with amazing care. He made sure I had everything I needed and was very genuine in conversation. Absolutely incapable of getting everything in our order right. We love Panda, but I don't know what it is about this location. Every time we go there, they forget something and I get home and find out. This has to be the 10th time. I won't be coming back here. The manager is really nice. But the server can't even get the order right. First I pay for my food then I realize it isn't even the right one. They do a refund then make me pay again for mine. They lady's total was $7.31 and my total was $9.96. I would of just given me the food for the cheaper price because it was there mess up. When I finally leave the manager here's me say worst service ever. He says that next time I will get a free meal. read more

Worst experience ever!! It is 35 degrees outside and the front door was propped open the entire 30+ minutes we were there for a delivery guy. It was freezing cold inside and my food was completely cold before I was even halfway done . You would think they would shut the door while the guy was loading up in his truck-NOPE!! Of all the pandas I really like going to this one. It's extremely easy access from the free way and is clearly visible. The drive thru is a plus and it moves steadily. The interior is clean and the staff is always professional. Minus a star for food quality dropping below standards during rushes. Nothing horrible, but could be better tasting at times. Went thru the drive thru today in a rush. It was around 3:50 pm so they weren't busy. Waited 4 minutes for orange chicken and noodles. Meanwhile I watch 6 employees having a good old giggle fest while I waited four four minutes. Very untrained staff that obviously just don't care. They have grade-a customer service. Let me describe my visit. When I walk in the place is sparkling clean, the employees are smiling and the line is short. I got to the counter and was offered a sample, tried the firecracker chicken, it was good, but not for me. I ordered some orange chicken and they just ran out from the customer ahead of me. It only took a couple minutes to make but I was apologized to three times. When it came out I sat down across from the managers meeting and overheard them talking about a customers minor inconvenience, they were polite in discussion. One of them noticed a small spill by the side fountain, all of them got up to fix it, one beat the rest and had it cleaned immediately. I ate my food, delicious as always, and got up to leave. On my way out an employee who'd just emptied the trash was struggling to get it back in thru the door. I tried to help but she got it mostly in before I had the chance. She then stopped and held the door for me. In conclusion, their customer service is above and beyond what's expected at a fast food restaurant. I was impressed and I will be back! read more

I go here every once in a while on my home from school NNU. The last two times I've been here, I went through the drive thru and both times they got my order wrong. I've always liked Panda Express, but the quality in employee customer service has made me rethink stopping here for dinner. read more

Went here for lunch a week ago and wasn't impressed with the service I received. I ordered a pick 3 order (2 entrees and a side) I got chow mein, spicy shrimp and a broccoli and beef. The lady told me the broccoli and beef was extra (which wasn't a problem, as it was delicious) although the scoop she gave me only had 2 pieces of beef. I asked if I could have more beef and she told me it would be extra on top of what I had already purchased. I showed her there was only 2 and she looked and me and repeated again it was extra on top of that. I don't think I will be returning. I basically paid extra for just broccoli. Ridiculous. read more

Terrible customer service, I've dealt with alot of shit service before I've even experienced it as a server before but the service this place gives you is awful. Every time I go thru the drive thru the amount of attitude they give you is unbelievable. This last time I went thru I started to give my order (two plates, both with orange chicken and chow meng) and was immediately cut off and told to start over this time with the sides as if I was a child in preschool. Then after my order was completed she says "is that all?" With a snarky sarcastic tone. But the BEST part is once I recieved my meal by some bigger girl at the window who was also on the headset...SHE DIDNT EVEN GET THE ORDER RIGHT. I only got ONE plate. And instead of going thru the drive thru to recieve another lecture I decided to say fuck it and go across the street to FREDDYS and got great customer service.
