We decided we wanted take-out Asian and Panda Express was mentioned. We went online to order but they were not taking online orders. We decided to go the and order and pickup. When e got there we were next to order and they handled our six meal orders extremely efficiently. When we paid the bill and took our bags of food I was sure at least one order was going to be messed up. When we got home and sat down to dinner every order was correct and the food was excellent. Went thru drive thru and when at the window was told they ran out of an entrée after filling the first part of my order and told me it would be 5-6 minutes for a fresh batch and to pull around front and park. I waited 15 minutes before realizing it wasn't coming anytime soon and the first part of my order was now cold. I walked into the store and stood at the cash register for several more minutes without anyone acknowledging my existence (the store was slow with almost no customers). I tried to politely call out to the nearest employee who studiously ignored me. I waited more. Finally a cook noticed how long I was standing there and came to aske me what I needed. I explained I had been waiting over 15 minutes for my order, that I now knew my order was cold and that I wanted a refund. I handed him my receipt. He went over to the drive in window and a minute later the girl who took my order came over with a bag of food, no apology and a sour look on her face as though she was put out by having to walk over to me. I told her I didn't want the food anymore because it was cold and that I wanted a refund. Without saying a word she walked back to her station where I assumed she was going to process my refund. I waited a few minutes more and nothing was happening. Another employee walked up to me and asked me what I needed since I had been standing at the register for awhile now. I told him I was waiting on my refund from the drive thru and he walked over to check on it. Then the girl whom had studiously ignored me earlier when I had called out for her attention came over and told me they don't issue refunds and did so with a smirk full of contempt on her face. I then asked her where my receipt was then and she shrugged her shoulders also with contempt. I told her she was being unprofessional and the response was another smirk. I asked where the manager was and she said she was the shift leader. I asked an employee next to her if she was the manager and he said no that the manager was not there at the moment. I asked again for a refund and smirk girl said it was policy that they don't issue refunds. Just then the manager walked up from behind me who was apparently eating dinner there and must have heard the entire interaction without stepping in until now. I explained my 15 minute wait and he immediately agreed to refund me, went over to the girl who had my receipt and processed it. Smirk girl continued smirking harder. No one likes to 'notice' these things but all of these employees were Hispanic and I am White. Since no other negative interaction had occurred prior to this interaction justifying my treatment by these employees I can only speculate this is how they treat people they see differently than themselves. Went to the drive through. The person spoke so fast I had to have him repeat the question again several times. His irritation started to show. He asked if I would mind waiting for my choice. No problem. I get to the window and again he is speaking so fast I had to have him repeat the question. I was asked to drive to the front of the store and wait. As I'm waiting I watch at least 2 drive through and park out front have their meal brought out. After 10 minutes of waiting I go in to the store. 5 minutes of waiting at the cash register I finally have someone ask me what I needed. I explained I was waiting for my drive through meal and he said my entree choice was being cooked now. So 15 minutes in to a fast food drive through meal I'm sad and irritated that all of the door dash and call ahead meals are flying out the door while the walk in customers are waiting. This is messed up. I heard the person who spoke to me ask if the entree was started yet and the cook said no. So now a full 20 minutes have gone by and the meal had not been started. Could not catch anyone's eye again. I just wanted a refund. I was handed a box of what looked like appetizers with no explanation. Finally the young man came back and said it was for waiting so long. 2 more minutes go by and someone goes out to my empty car and comes back in. I'm guessing it was a manager that pointed to me and she gave me the food. The entrée choice was one of their standard items so I don't understand the choice not to tell me a decent time of expectation so I could choose to have a refund or wait. Very rude and poorly handled. Will not be going here again. You are all about doing online rather than in store. You've got to balance this better as well as communicate better. The food is good, nothing ever wrong there, however the service sucks. I have severe hearing loss, along with my boyfriend who is completely deaf, and several times they have told us that we cannot go through the drive through, we have to order inside, or just roll their eyes and complain the entire time. they also have gotten our order wrong a few occasions when the lines were really busy, and when we corrected them, they also gave us attitude. i completely understand how we can maybe slow down the lines at the drive through, but to deny that because we're deaf isn't fair. we've stopped going completely due to this issue. read more

One can never go wrong with Panda Express! I mean, its Panda Express... The Original Orange Chicken! I tend to always get the same thing every time: I love their Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, and Broccoli Beef. Their food is always a win in my book! At this particular store, lunch hours are very busy so I would recommend coming either before or a little after the rush. Service tends to be super fast and the staff is extremely kind. My family and I decided to come here for dinner and it was bad choice. We came in and there was no one in line. We sat there in line no help no introduction. We stood there for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged as they just worked on the drive-through and DoorDash is that Dasher weren't even there to pick up yet then finally they acknowledged us after there was a long line of people behind us (6 people) and us (6 people) 12 in total they took our orders, writing our orders down on the boxes, then set our boxes off to the side and proceeded to charge us for said orders told us to wait, then helped everyone behind us making all of their orders and sending them on their way after they helped everyone they made our orders. We waited almost 45 minutes to get our food since we walked in the store and after all of that, they forgot a side of orange chicken and all of are fortune cookies will never return to this location. Something's changed! Ive been coming here for 8 months and i love Panda.... but not this one anymore. Just picked up my usual and another disappointment. Service used to be great... not so much anymore ... rush you through with barely any interaction... if you have a question....they answer, but its not great. On to the food. Quite a few times lately (past three months) using drive through, i find smaller than usual portions and food that is inconsistent with Panda's norm; taste is off, not fresh, appears reheated and last time, food tasted like plastic. Not buying a meal anymore just to throw it out. I hope local ownership is paying attention. Fresh food and good service should be the norm and not the exception. I simply asked why they are always out of white rice. Been here 8 times and it's never available, yet it's literally the easiest thing to prepare. She told me that it takes two hours to make (white rice??) and they don't plan to do make anymore at only 7pm (dinner time) even though they don't close for hours. It takes 20 minutes to cook some steam rice and pretty much any other food there. The workers here are the laziest. Never have any food past 5pm it seems like. I went to Panda Express for lunch today about 1:30, they were not busy and I ordered bowl with fried rice and broccoli and beef. I got white rice with peas and carrots that were shriveled up and a few pieces of meat with a little bit of broccoli. I took one bite, It was so gross and no flavor. I'm so disappointed. I went back in and talked to the manager , I asked for my money back but he refused saying he doesn't give any money back. It is now 7.50 for a bowl. I will not ever go back to Panda Express, there food has really changed in flavor and freshness. It's just not the same it was in the first years they opened. So sad! read more

Staff on their break stopped and helped when they saw my wife carrying baby, and plates. One of the break staff came over and took my cup to ask what I would like it filled with. I went Panda because I usually enjoy it. I got to this location and the line for the drive thru was completely backed up so I decided to go in. Went I got to the door there was puke outside the door. I still continued to go in and they were out of a lot of their selection. Then I bought two egg roles that were $1.95 a piece but if you buy two it some how is $7.50 because it's an entree. I gave two stars the first review and this is why...Whatever you do....don't use the drive thru. They will not get it right. So they left one entree completely out of two plates and I had to remind them about my drinks also. Maybe the cashier was new or overwhelmed...idk. I did call and they just said I could a free entree next time. The food we did get was super duper dry and barely warm. Not sure if I want the free entree after all.
