I come here about once a month and the food is ALWAYS made wrong. The fried rice is hard every single time- undercooked. The noodles chow mein are dry and flavorless. The beef and broccoli today was RAW!! The beef was so undercooked it was inedible. The recipes aren't followed and the food is not the best! I wouldn't waste my money here/ just go somewhere else! Just got some food from here and it was amazing! I got a bowl with the angus steak and they gave me a fair portion. Other Pandas always skimp and I end up getting only 3 pcs of steak and mostly mushrooms and if I ask for more they give attitudes but not this location. Rice was bland, chicken was soggy, so were the veggie rolls, and their cream cheese rangoon had literally half a teaspoon of cream cheese. We definitely do not recommend this place. Cherry cola was super watery and disgusting had no flavor at all. Man at the counter did not give me my drink I ordered. Fortune cookie did not come with a fortune. And the music had cuss words in-front of my 5 year old child. Service was very bad overall I do not recommend coming. Overall I'm very displeased by the visit to Panda Express. read more

I don't eat here, but my kids love it. Seriously - they'd have it everyday if I let them. Service is always friendly and efficient at this location and the food portions are large and fresh. Easy in and out in the parking lot and the place is spotless. It might not be authentic Chinese food, but it certainly has it's fans and that says a lot. read more

Every time I go to this panda location I have to wait for the food. While in the drive thru you are always told to pull to the front of the store to wait for it, rather at the window. This is likely done to avoid a long drive thru time that corporate is able to see. I can understand being busy on occasion and running out of food, but when it's a regular thing at the same place every time I visit the location- it becomes clear it's an issue with managing the business. read more

Picked up lunch for my son today at the Mokena Panda. It's nice that the have a drive thru which made my trip there faster. The girl who took my order and money was very nice and polite. Visited this location last night with my family. This was our 1st time in as we just moved from CA. We were promptly greeted by the young group of workers (Something we've never experienced at any Panda Express prior to this.) They were training a new employee and were patient with her, but also the service we were given during this was GREAT! The restuarant was very clean and everything was well stocked! I would have to say this is the nicest Panda I've ever been to! There was a young lady who also came out to check on us while we were eating to make sure that everything was ok! I usually don't rave about fast food places, but this one is justified. Walked in during COVID on a Friday night to get multiple orders that I knew the drive through would screw up. The two girls working the counter were fantastic! Very friendly, quick and efficient, just all around great service. Yes, the portions are still small for the price, but I would definitely return. I wanted to leave them a tip, but they said they weren't allowed to take them. Since there was no tip jar, I just left a couple of bucks on the counter. read more

This particular restaurant has very rude staff. Not sure who the manager is but we were ignored while waiting inside for over 10 minutes, there was not another customer in there. When I asked if someone would be taking our order, I was addressed by the female worker so negative that we ended up leaving. Placed an order and received a text that it was being delivered by Daniel from Door Dash. Seconds later another text telling me it was delivered. Funny thing it wasn't. Called Panda Express support and was told all they could do is refund my money but it will take 7 business days to get it. Great way of doing business. read more

DISCLAIMER: I would have just sent this to corporate but they have a 400 max character on their contact form I was at a location of yours for lunch today. I ordered a three entree. Of course (like usual at all locations) one of the items had a wait. The person taking my order didn't tell me this, I was told while checking out. I was assured it wouldn't be longer than 5 minutes. I asked for my food and 8 minutes later still hadn't received my third entree. I went up to the counter and asked if I could just get my money reimbursed for that entree since I was close to being done and it still wasn't ready. The manager on duty told me she'd get me a plate and I explained I didn't want anything else could I get my money for the third entree back. She then said to me "it's only a dollar twenty-five". I confronted her and said that I was appalled she'd make someone feel cheap for wanting their money back. She said it was because her boss would be upset with her for a refund. I am extremely upset and hope you get better policies so people spending their hard earned money in your store won't feel unappreciated. read more

Just had dinner there, and was pleasantly surprised when we were treated like we owned the place! The girls behind the counter were so friendly. Couldn't do enough for my daughter and myself. And for fast food, it was really good! My daughter had the "orange chicken", and I had "teriyaki chicken". The fried rice and noodles mixed were good together, and the entrées were fresh, hot, and very satisfying. I will b going back.....soon! read more

Not surprised by the 2.5 stars rating. I dont know who manages this location, but that person is completely incompetent. I live a few blocks away and the only thing I can find thats somewhat healthy and fast, for lunch, is a terryaki chicken bowl with brown rice. I visit this location 3-4, sometimes 5 times a week for my husband and I, for lunch. More times than not they are out of brown rice or terryaki chicken. 15 minute waits for terryaki chicken. ALL THE TIME. Basically im going through a drive through and getting restaurant ticket times for food. In the last week I have gone through 3 times. And all 3 times they were out of terryaki chicken with a 15 minute wait time or more, or they didnt have brown rice. And even when they do have it, when I order it, whoever is taking my order has to say "hold on let me check" as if they know they are always out. And lets be honest, this location is never busy. So that is not the issue. Of all the times I have gone here there has never been more than 1 car in the drive through ahead of me. Went there today and they were out of both chicken and brown rice. That was it. The 3rd time this week, in a row, that they were out of either rice or chicken. What sort of chinese place runs out of rice? Ill make chicken and rice at home for lunch from now on. read more

I ordered an entree and chow mein. Got home and went to eat it and it was the entree on top and then the chow mein underneath. Or so I thought. Instead when you moved the very thin layer of chow mein noodles underneath the entree it was actually rice filling the entire container, not the chow mein I had ordered, just chow mein over the rice to make it look like what I had ordered. I wouldn't be so upset if I was just told that there's no chow mein at the moment or whatever the case was. HOWEVER, I wasn't told anything and just given an order filled with what I hadn't ordered. read more

4th Panda Express I have eaten at. This one was the absolute worst! I was told it would be a 4 minute wait for the fried rice. After 4 min I asked how much longer it would be. The cashier yelled to the cook, "How long on the fried rice?". His response was "4 minutes". I was very P.O'd. The walnut shrimp had not one piece of walnut in it. Breading was soggy. It was great at 2 other Panda Gardens I have eaten at. Unfortunately, this one is the closest to my house. Recommend you skip this location. read more

I'd rather go to a buffet style Chinese restaurant for the same price and not pay $6 for a bowl of noodles with a small portion of entrée that isn't great. Barely ok.
