The same dinner portion sized meal is around $12 each for lunch. The meals also come with chicken fried rice, one egg roll, one can of soda, and a fortune cookie. We ordered ahead and they said the food would be ready in 20 minutes; it was ready for pick up right at the 20 minute mark. The restaurant is carry out and delivery only so there are a few waiting chairs in the front. The Kung Pao Chicken had good heat, nice variety of vegetables, and the sides were tasty. The Orange Chicken wasn't too spicy, had crispy breading, and the sauce was delicious. I would recommend both of those dishes to try. Tip: The prices are correct on their website but not on their takeaway menus. Pro Tip: You can request what spice you'd like.

New Hong Kong actually still manages to be among the best Chinese places in town. Just have the right expectations. There's not enough room for eating in, so it's only for takeout it seems. A good place for picking up some cheap ass Chinese. It was close to where we were so it was convenient to make an order. The menu has the typical kind of stuff. It's about $10 for a lunch entree. Vegetarian menu is pretty small. Only has a few choices. Then only a few of these ones have tofu in it unfortunately. Ma Po Tofu is one of these. The recipe doesn't include pork like at many other places so it really is vegetarian. It's what we got. The tofu was firm and it had a good spice with some vegetables like broccoli and peppers. Had a pretty good experience and the woman wasn't that rude so it wasn't like as others have said when they ordered from here. It's only a place for carryout so Community Park across the street is a good place to sit and eat an order. The food may not be authentic but it's the basic strip mall stuff so whatever.

When he dropped ff the drinks he left again without taking our order. This seemed to be the way service was going to be and it was. Food was slow, forgot the soup I ordered. The sweet and sour soup arrived only after I mentioned I had ordered it and we had already started on our other food. The appetizer platter included 2 battered shrimp which were a little overwhelmed by the heavy breading, 2 egg rolls that were decently filled with vegetables and a nice proportion of pork, 2 crab rangoons that were filled nicely and had a good taste, 2 pieces of breaded chicken that were not dry, 2 beef on a stick which were enjoyed and a portion of bbq pork which was tender and sauced nicely. I just finished my meal from here and it was awful. The quality of food continues to keep going down and down. There is NO meat in the orange chicken, the rice is cheap- no flavor and the beef I ordered was RUBBER. My son ordered crab Rangoon and there was zero crab in the wontons. The name of the item is CRAB RANGOON. At east use artificial crab. Maybe if they spent as much time on their food as they do the image of the store outside, they would have better business. I will never give them another chance. Check panda off of my list. read more
