I thought it would be a busy Friday acting the drive through, I was wrong. The drive thru was empty but the inside seemed busy. I place my order at the speaker and pay at the window. Service was friendly and fast and food came out at a decent time. By the time I got home, my order was still very warm. I got the 3 Finger Combo with extra cane sauce and you can never go wrong with extra cane sauce. Texas toast was toasted perfectly, fries and chicken all went great with all the cane sauce. It was the perfect Friday night dinner. Despite being located on very busy Dixie Hwy, I got in and out with ease. I will definitely return.

While sitting at a high top table the dining room hostess, an older lady spoke to us so kindly. She truly was a highlight of being there. Her name was Sharlene. She was cleaning tables, taking out the garbage and greeting every guest with courtesy. The food was served quickly and everything was hot with the exception of the fries which they replaced with warmer fries. It was amazing to me the number of walk in customers, delivery drivers and cars in the drive thru that were patrons during the 45 minutes we were there ln late afternoon. But they were able to handle the crowd. Maybe the first time we ever tried the mac and cheese and it was excellent, cheesy, rich and creamy. Dining room was clean, fast service, good food. There is also a kids play area. It is self contained and not a disturbance while dining in.

If you download the app there are some very good deals in it. I went through the Drive Thru and it was pretty quick. Customer service was top notch. I get home and the food stayed warm and fresh. Arby's Roast Beef is in my top 5 favorite sandwiches and so are the curly fries. I always add a cup of cheddar for that cheesy kick.
