Just so happened to be in the area and despite the bad reviews for this place. My experience here went awesome. This McDonalds has a special meaning to me. Used to be a go to when my grandparents were alive and lived very close by. This McDonalds has definitely gotten upgrades just like all the other ones. I ordered through the mobile app after parking in the parking lot. I go in and almost instantly get greeted and tell them my order. It was ready that fast. Food was fresh and delicious. In the entire place, there is no napkins. I ordered some coffee, the machine didn't print out the receipt. And when I had my order, there is no napkin with it. I waited and waited and waited, and it nobody appeared to ask for a napkin. People seemed busy doing other things. I spilled some coffee on the table. I wanted to clean it and I wanted some napkins for my hands as well. Found none. Those small things are very important for the enjoyment and hygiene of a customer. Quick question for McDonald's. I should be ashamed of myself for even going here. I mean, I didn't go there, my coworker picked up food from there and you don't argue with that. I placed an order thru their app for curbside but then pulled in to find their lobby under construction. Somehow this prevented them from bringing curbside orders outside to your parking space? I can understand that orders inside from the counter are effected when the lobby is under construction but can't understand how the construction effected their legs from walking my order out to my car. Slowest McDonald's EVER! I have been in line for 20 minutes now and haven't even placed an order. Apparently the intercom is broke and you have to order, pay and receive your food all at the same window which is only one as no one is working the other. I just 1 hot fudge Sunday. The ice cream machine has been down for over 48 hours. Why sell ice cream? take it off your menu if you can't get your ice machine working . every time I come here and get ice cream the machine isn't working. I am very pissed, I am trying to pick up my step sister and on a time constraint, in all I am very mad. I just waited a whole 30 minutes for my food in the drive thru. So many people hopped out of line and if I wasn't in such a hurry I would have too. We had a very simple order; 3 McChickens, 3 small fries, and 3 large drinks. Absolutely the worst service ever! Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes before even ordering.

This is their worst restaurant in the world. On a recent visit at breakfast I was told they were out bacon and biscuits for the bacon egg and cheese biscuits I ordered but only after I placed my order and sat in line for 15 minutes to pay. On another visit they were out of nuggets. When they are able to fill an order the food tastes like it was cooked 3 weeks ago and kept under a heat lamp since. It took forever to get someone in the drive thru to answer the speaker (the driver in the other drive thru lane couldn't get anyone to answer at all) and after waiting more than 10 minutes and not making it to the first window to even pay for food, myself and the cars behind all pulled off. We waited in line for so long at the drive through that we missed lunch and ended up driving away just in time for dinner. We would not recommend going through the drive-thru unless you are ready to wait. We didn't end up eating anything because we drove away so I cannot comment on the food.
