Don't come within the last 45 minutes before closing. They don't have everything on the menu and won't make accommodations. They won't even substitute one of there upgrades for something they won't make for you. They seem more concerned about getting off on time then they are giving you your food. read more

Let me start by saying I'm usually a fan of Panda Express. I've been into this Panda Express several times since I moved here. Each time I wanted it to be better so I could start coming here consistently. This last time put the nail in the coffin to me never coming back to this restaurant. If you like Panda Express or want to like Panda Express avoid this restaurant. We came in and the line was pretty short we were 3 people from ordering it was about 4pm. It took 30 minutes from the time they scooped our food until we could pay for our food. While we stood in line the line started to curled around the restaurant and go outside. While this happened the two managers sat at a table and ate food and talked. Upon finally paying for our food we went to find a table. See picture for what it looked like. To put it in polite terms the tables were gross. I don't know how any self respecting manager can sit and eat in a filthy restaurant while the line slowly goes out the door without stepping up to help. They sat and ate until just before we left. This place needs so help, FAST. Came in at 12:40 and waited almost 30-minutes before I even got to the counter. Only three people working the front counter as one of the three would disappear for a while and then come back and just talk to the cooks. Place was completely upside down. Not a single empty table was clean. We had to clean our own table, chairs and high chair before we could enjoy our food. I love Panda Express, I think it's delicious! And I think you feel better about eating this food than Chinese food from a normal Chinese restaurant. This one is no different! My favorite is the Sweet Fire Chicken and chow mein! The issues I see though are that they are very slow! Where is the Express? We went at noon today (of course it will be slower during lunch) but we waited probably 30 minutes to put in our order. They just aren't very efficient so it takes time. The other issue is the restaurant lay out. It's set up that the line wraps around in front of the entrance and trash can then through all the tables so it is very crowded and your constantly asking people to step to the side so you can get to the trash or to your table or just leaving the restaurant. read more

Food is OK - it is fast food. Wait can be long because they are busy and sometimes the wait staff have other things to do than wait on customers. That's OK, there is a lot that goes into a working restaurant. The cooks work their hearts out. If you are a guy I recommend it. If you are female, you will get about half the food as the men, at the same cost. We have experimented with this, girls ordering, guys ordering, etc., with ALWAYS the same results. One time I ordered exactly what the gentleman in front of me ordered and we paid the same, but he got a heaping spoonful of orange chicken + another level spoonful + a few more, while I got one level spoonful, a total of 7 pieces. Same with the shrimp and sides. It's not a matter of how much we can eat, it's a matter of cost and value and fairness. Food is very good here. Their spicy flavor is unique on their chicken, and despite enjoying the other local Chinese food restaurants, nothing beats the Panda Express flavor once in a while. Their drinks are super expensive, and I try to get water when at all possible. If you want any of their new specialties such as the Honey Walnut Shrimp, you have to pay extra, as it doesn't count towards one of your two sides for a combo meal. read more

I love panda expresses food! Seriously the best thing on the planet. I was not impressed by the workers attitude. Granted I can give them the benefit of doubt in the fact that they are getting close to closing and they are probably anxious to get home but the lady didn't get my order entirely correct and I felt as if they were serving me way below their potential. I'm mainly writing this in hopes that they understand that the way they act reflects their customer experience as well. read more

This Panda is super hit or miss. The last two times I've been in have disappointed me. They always seem to be out of drinks and carry out bags. The last time I was there I ordered orange chicken, the chicken had nearly no sauce on it and was extremely bland. Seems like the store is always out of supplies and needs to start ordering enough to meet the demand. read more

I'm continually impressed with the crew at Panda Express. I have never been in when it's not busy. The food is great! They keep the line well stocked during their continuous all day rush. Be prepared to wait in a line. Which moves steadily. Obviously they are doing something right. Continuous business, same great quality every time, consistently well staffed. Always have lots of issues with this particular location. There's never enough orange chicken, we are ALWAYS waiting for them to make more.. why not be on top of that? Also, this location is WAY too busy. We end up leaving more often than not to go somewhere else. Panda Express would get more business if there was another location in Logan. You'd have e less people leaving to take their business elsewhere. Most recently, however, it has been VERY unfortunate that this location puts online orders priority above walk in customers. We don't want to come in and wait for a half hour on those that were too lazy to come stand in line. Either do it like Cafe Rio and have a separate station to make food, or don't do online orders. Makes the lines even longer and even more unbearable to even come in at all. Would rather do my business at a competitive Chinese restaurant even though we love Panda Express food. read more

This last time we waited 30mins for them to have it ready only to find that someone lost it, then found it, and gave us cold food. Since this is the only Panda Express in the area, we the people of Logan are confined to it. However, the staff at this location don't let you feel like you are a burden to them. I agree they are slow as hell during rush hours, but that's a given. Talk about other times, they are courteous, fast, and attentive group of young guys and girls. Panda Express has always had alright "Chinese" food. However, lately their service has been horrible! They close at 10:00 PM, so walking in at 9:00 PM should be fine. It wasn't, because they basically closed an hour early. They had no fried rice, chow main, orange chicken, beef & broccoli, or sweet fire chicken. They weren't willing to make anything because, "they were closing soon." I was not going to pay full price for cold left over food, so I left without any. A couple weeks later I was still craving orange chicken so I went back. This time even earlier. Once again everyone was cleaning up, there weren't options, and everyone acted annoyed that I would walk in two hours before closing. I ordered a plate. They gave me a half serving because they didn't have enough for a full serving. They also got my order wrong and had to redo it. Somehow beef and broccoli is easily confused with spicy pork. Overall, if you're going to close at 10:00 PM, close at 10:00 PM. I'm not going back due to poor service, poor selection, and unfriendly employees. Authentic Chinese food is better anyways. read more
