Got lunch here today. The service was quick and efficient and the food was good. We got two plates, with honey walnut shrimp, sesame chicken, chicken and green beans and teriyaki chicken. Both plates came with chow mein. Everything was good, and the quantity was generous. No one was left hungry. We go to this location if we want Chinese food from close to the house because it is reasonable and as good or (often) better than other Chinese restaurants in the area. read more

Had a taste for Panda Express. Went through the drive through and waited a good 5-6 minutes for my food. She did advise me that the spring rolls would be about 2-3 minutes. However, I did tell this person that I wanted super greens and they had their family member walk on the side of my car to hand them their charger through the glass. I've never seen anything so unprofessional in my life! Just maybe if she was focusing on the order and not her phone dying, she could have gotten me what I asked for. I didn't check until I got home but it's not correct :( Everyone's not perfect and I understand that some ppl deserve a pass but I have never gone through a drive through experience such as this. The orange chicken was good and the honey sesame chicken was good as well. I had the chow mein and when I tell you it was so dry that it was not edible! This was the first time that I've eve thrown out did that I just bought. The beef that I had also seemed to be heavily floured or cornstarched that I could taste the clumps of flour. They close earlier than the time posted. They are not focused on customer service. Perhaps they rely on the relative traffic to assume they don't need customers. I would NOT recommend! Employee sat at the tables prior to closing eating food. I get that they also work and need to be supported but I had to knock on the door PRIOR to closing time to get them to open up. The worker sheepishly opened up the door...I asked about the items I was requesting...They then told me the food I was requesting was no longer available. Not coming back. Upon leaving I gave the employees a thumbs down and they responded with also giving a thumbs down. If I worked for corporate I would be upset. Place was not busy in dinning area. I have eaten at many Panda Express locations in past this is the first one in this area. Good service at counter little speedy even though no one was in line. Same thing I noticed at other locations . Food was very fresh veggies. Noodles and fried rice. They add eggs in fried rice so those veggies eaters beware! Hot chilli sauce you can ask for at counter which really is hot and bring sweat on your fore head or on your scalp, I like that to sprinkle on my food. The one up I'll give them is that they are only allowing drive thru during covid. Otherwise, their service was worse than a brain tumor on a Monday night. We ordered 3 plates, ended up being handed 2 directly after (nobody else was in line, we were only ones in the drive thru). Last time going to this location period. 4-28-2019 Staff is nice enough I guess, But I have stopped going here and all the other restaurants near this one. The wait is just too long no matter what in this little plaza. Even when you pull in and see only one car in the drive thru, you pull in to order and hear the dreaded words, "please wait". You wait several minutes to order, then several minutes for food (when they could have taken the order and make food while you wait) Just a pain. I have eaten at Panda Express many times in the past and have enjoyed it. Their customer service was good, not excellent but good. Recently the past several visits I have noticed that the customer service has gotten worse. Tonight I went in and waited for about 20 minutes for them to finish a big order. I waited but my patience were wearing thin while I saw lots of people coming and going through the drive thru and 3 employees working on 1 order inside. They should have had one employee serving current customers instead of ignoring us. Went here before class, customer service is good but the food is old or been staying out too long and noodles were undercooked and tasteless. I started feeling pain and nauseated 2 hours afterwards. I love panda express, use to live by the gwinnett mall and that one was spot on!! This one how ever is not.... the food is alright I guess, I've definitely been trying other chinese places around this area. I would stay and deal with there "alright" food if it wasn't for the staff... extremely forgetful(even when you remind them) and I don't mean one or two times... every single time I go here they forget something, went through drive thru in a rush of each night so i didn't check after I got it, got home to find out missing half the order... I will say the restaurant was very clean and inviting, but the service was not up to par. The workers seemed annoyed by requests. I admit that I really don't have the energy or desire to cook after work. So this causes me to probably eat out more than I should. I stop by this Panda probably 2-3 times a month. If you have never been to Panda, you can describe it like the Chinese food that you find in Mall Food Courts. I will say that the quality control is a lot better than your typical food court fare. You can sample the entrees here if you desire. I usually go for the rice and one entree. It cost about 5.99. Never any complaints from here. This Panda Express is the worst one I've ever been to. Wish I could give it no stars. Staff is always rude, and when you try to tell them they got your order wrong they give serious attitude. Tonight I went through the drive thru, total was $6.25 so I gave the cashier $11.25 so I would get a $5 back. She took the cash and handed me my receipt. I told her there was a $10 in there so she said oh ok and tried to hand me $4. When I had to correct her the second time telling her that I'd actually handed her $11.25 she rolled her eyes and got me a $5. I worked at McDonalds years ago and was trained to never put cash away until you count it so you put in cash register correctly. This woman has worked there for a long time..she may even be a shift manager..she should know better. The only reason I go there once or twice a month is because it's close to my house.
