Customer service seems hard to come by these days especially in fast food - which I get. It's not an easy job and after Covid we rely on it way more than we used to. However, Bryan at the drive thru line was the nicest, and most responsive employee I've met in a long while. I ordered the grain freedom bowl with chicken and my better half got chicken tacos . The young man who was building my bowl was obviously new and asked me if I could tell him what was in it ( I found myself laughing in my head because at some point we are all new at a job and I found it oddly charming . You could tell he was trying and that's the important thing . He was friendly and had a great attitude. I showed him on my phone what was in it and he proceeded to build my bowl. I think he was more relaxed when all he had to do was make some tacos lol. The lobby was well lit , clean and plenty of seating. The condiment area was clean and well stocked . For the two of us my husband paid a little over 27 dollars& that included drinks as well. I didn't get a picture of his tacos because he scarfed them down before I had a chance!
