When taking my elderly mom out for the day, one of her favorite places to eat is Panda Express. We typically have a great experience, but that wasn't the case today. The service was good and friendly, but the food was hardly warm, and the sweet and sour chicken was so chewy. Mom could hardly eat it. When I asked the man sitting at the of where we were sitting, our you the manager? He replies back politely, sometimes. I politely told him that the food was barely warm. He went to check and came back to let us know that the temp was where it's supposed to be. I replied okay and we left without finishing our meal. I love leaving great reviews for people in the restaurant field as well as in the retail field. These both are not easy jobs, and not many get recognized for their great service. So I don't take it lightly when writing something negative. I wasn't looking for a discount or a refund on our meal. Just honesty. If the so-called sometimes manager would have taken a bite or two, he would have definitely tasted that his food was not hot, not even warm. read more

Not like my experience with other locations. This Panda the portions are smaller and the food is not as good, one encounter it seemed like freshly cooked food was mixed with old food. My last encounter they completely forgot one whole entree, and mixed up the order putting the wrong entrees together. I would definitely not recommend the drive thru!!. I just left the Panda Express in Lenoir City and the menu price for two items is 10.00and some change so I got two items and lo mein and I ask for a bit more chicken with my green beans , I got it , one more small piece of chicken , there was five empty dishes on the bar and the young guy that took my order acted as though it was on a famine although when I got to the cash register to pay for the 10.00 two item plate it was 12.64 almost thirteen dollars . I'll never stop at this one again . I shouldn't have paid for it I just should have let him have it back I got 6almonds and three pieces of shrimp !!! read more

Love this Panda Express, Great healthy options. Clean restaurant everytime I have eaten there. First time l used restroom was shocked how nice and clean. I eat at LC location at least twice a week and always clean food area. Really like the friendly employees and manager. I love my unsweet tea and theirs is the best. My husband says their sweet tea is really good too. I actually have lost weight while eating their food, it is really only place other than home l eat at, for price and quality. I have visited many Panda Express in Georgia and Tennessee and they are almost pretty consistent in their portions. Except this one, I have been to this one quite a few times and I have to say that their portions are PITIFUL. I'm done with this Panda Express and I'll make sure I let my motorcycle friends know. I requested a plate of greens and payed for it. And the guy said that wasn't a problem. When I received the greens they were in a red box and it was a lot less then what I've been getting at other Panda Express. Also the meat portions and greens in the other two plates were sorry, nothing like the other Panda Express. Management we are paying premium prices for your food, for a few dollars more we can have a nice lunch or dinner at other restaurants. Including some buffets near there. read more

First off, I walk in to the store and it's basically a refrigerator. It's winter and 33 degrees out but inside felt colder than outside. Then they fail to mention that the drink machine is broken and just keep asking us what we want to drink and we keep telling them soda and point at the machine. Finally I realized it must be broken and they just were being dumb. Then we got our food and drinks and went to the car because it is too cold to eat inside and we get to the car to find we forgot a straw. Go back in and they also forgot to mention they are out of straws...so then I go back out and take a sip of my Fanta which was out of flavor because it was just soda water...this is theeeeee worst experience I've had at a panda. Coming in, this place was not busy at all which kinda concerned me knowing they make the dishes ahead and you dont know how long they sit there under the heat lamps--- well....the food looks great!! Very fresh!! Great looking food-- the lady here was really nice and let us try the walnut shrimp, which is by far the best dish Everrr!! The only thing is they all disappear and left our food sitting on the counter to get cold after I paid for it--- but all in all 5 stars!! Very fresh food!! Very good!! We eat here quite often since 2019. Love the Panda simple menu and we almost get the same thing each time. Not sure why this one gets low reviews but we do see some smaller serving sizes from a year ago but seems prices have stayed stable. We are not happy with the teriyaki sauce not fresh anymore and its always the small foil packs of sauce? We like LOTS of sauce and we always ask for extra when we order and there have been a couple of times, we didn't get any sauce except the extra they handed us we ask for. So, for incomplete orders, we reduce by 1 star. Other than that, the food is usually good, we do get some bottom of the bowl rice that is hard grains a couple times, but the chicken is always fresh. WE will continue to get Panda till the servings get so small it's not worth it and we will go elsewhere. read more

My family ordered the Beef and Broccoli, but it we were given several large florets of broccoli and almost NO beef. Seriously, less than 1/2 ounce per order. Where's the beef? This dish would be a great choice for vegetarians, but false advertising for carnivores. Typical Panda Express. This is a newer location and it is still super clean and new. Everything was fresh! The lady was very nice to recommend a couple things and tell us about the new dish coming out. They do have a drive-thru. For quick service Chinese food, you can't go wrong. read more

We eat here weekly and it just seems that no body is ever paying attention. We ask for our food fresh bc we take it back to work and want it to be at least warm by the time we arrive back. The staff is very short when we ask them. If we don't ask for fresh, it's old. Even today, There was no one inside or in drive thru and I still waited 6 mins before someone came on the microphone. I would rather waste my time and money going to the other store in Turkey Creek then ever eat here again. Maybe if they get their act together and are less rude in the future. I would reconsider it. I will be spreading the word to all my associates, neighbors and friends that they should just make the drive to the other Panda in Turkey creek. read more

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful (my first visit to Panda Express). I wanted to leave a tip, but was told it was against policy. The restaurant was clean - the surfaces were free from debris and not sticky. The restroom was spotless - no paper towels on the floor, the sink was clean, trash can not overflowing. I ordered a bowl with Stir Fry Rice & Teriyaki Chicken - both were delicious & the portion was LARGE. Very reasonable price for such a big meal. read more

I've been here two times since they opened and all I can say is I probably will not be coming back again. The food is really overpriced for what you get. It appeared that they had been very busy because the dining room was a wreck with garbage running over, no tea available in the urn as well as no napkins or eating utensils other than spoons and chopsticks which 1. I can't use chopsticks and 2. It's kinda hard to eat chow mein with a spoon. The dining room was so cold you could hang meat in it. The staff was nice enough but very unorganized. There were at least 5-6 people behind the counter working and it still took 15 minutes from order to service time and the couple in line behind me had their food waiting for them when I was still trying to pay for mine. I called a large order in and they requested I give them an hour to prepare it. I did and still waited over 45 mins once I got there. This was an order for my coworkers and my self. Almost 2 hours to fix 13 orders is ridiculous and most people don't get 2 hour lunches. Once I got back to work the orders weren't even fixed correctly. Great hot food. Clean restaurant. Employees are very friendly. They explain dishes and offer samples. Everything is very open. You can see the food choices very clearly. You can see them cooking. They welcome you when coming in door. Large servings. We get carry out box although we eat in. We have enough left for another meal. No MSG is a big thing for me. Now I can eat Chinese.
