Panda Express is great! Their new Honey chicken with bell peppers and green beans is better than my favorite the orange chicken and that's hard to beat and also hard to admit but they finally made a contender that beat the orange chicken. I hope it sticks around. Job well done! read more

I am from Clearwater Florida and used to frequent the local Panda Express and because I loved the food there I decided to try out Kyle's locale...#1. I was treated rudely by the check out girl and when I brought the issue to the manager...she really didnt sympathize with my complaint. We ordered $50 worth of food...there was more rice than entrees and the quality was not like what I am used to...Come on Texas...thought you guys were known for bigger n better...never gonna return ...its a crying shame...bye bye Panda read more

An okay visit. AJ was an amazing employee!! she was super helpful but than this other employee just came out of nowhere and took our plate that she was already serving us. I just thought it was super rude of her to do that and she also seemed to have an attitude. As I was eating all of the employees were just staring all the time at us while we ate and it just made me feel uncomfortable. It was just kind of disappointing because I've been going thru drive and everything has been great so we decided to eat in for the fist time and we did not like our experience. Also the restrooms were absolutely disgusting the seats were really dirty and there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls. I never usually give chain restaurants more than three stars, 1) on principal and 2) because they're never as good as the regional or family restaurants I visit. In contrast with this typical rule of mine, this Panda Express location deserves a little higher rating. It's usually quite clean and the food always tastes fresh. The employees are always friendly also. All in all, good for a quick and cheap lunch. I would eat here over some family Chinese places in the area that lack its qualities. read more

Good food but TERRIBLE WITH TIME. There is no reason a place that cooks mass portions of each item should take as long as they do. This place is designed for employees to literally just make a plate. Instead you'll find yourself waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes just to order. How do you NOT have plenty of each item prepared around dinner time?!? Management needs to do something about this because it's EVERY time at around dinner that this happens. The one thing that seems consistent with this Panda Express is their inconsistency. Sometimes the food and service are great, while at other times, not so go. I've been there 20 or so times and had my order messed up a few times when I got home from the drive thru. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh and other times it's luke-warm and not so fresh. Most of the employees are friendly. Sometimes I get larger portions and, every once in a while, the portions are very small. My favorite is the orange chicken. read more

Yummy consistent food. Decent service. It was better when it first opened. Last time I visited and ordered a large order of brown rice. When I got home it was only half full. It's better to go inside instead of the drive thru. The drive thru serves smaller portions. If they would fix that inconsistency I would rate it 4 stars. read more

Let's be clear, I'm not saying this is a 4 star restaurant, I'm saying it's a 4 star Fast-food Chinese restaurant. Panda offers a very clean restaurant and dining area. They have an open kitchen where you can see food being prepared. The food is fresh made, you can see all of the ingredients and vegetables in the refrigerator on display. In addition to being tasty, they offer healthier alternatives too with their Wok Smart menu. The local area has been in desperate need of a good chinese restaurant and now there is one. While it may not be independent enough or traditional enough for some people, I am thrilled they are here! read more

This place was so gross. We went there yesterday and the rice in our Panda bowls was hard because it wasn't cooked all the way. Our egg rolls were burned on the outside and cold on the inside. My husband's Kung Pao was soggy and gross. We were very disappointed as we had spent the day moving and we were starving when we got our food. We were left upset and hungry. Been twice to get Rangoon - each time they are out. The food seemed like it had sat in the warmer way too long.

Its nice to have an option in Kyle that isn't a fast food burger or mexican food. But this place needs some adult supervison. The food generally is bland and has been out for hours, or they haven't made something. The employees tend to be yelling at each other with no consideration that customers are right in front of them. I may try the drive thru next time and skip going in. read more

We like Panda. We get Orange Chicken and Fried rice bowl and its really good. They used to sell very good pot stickers but stopped recently. I'm to the point of just driving to San Marcos location when I want Panda Express because the kyle location is a joke. I was using the drive thru for awhile but every time I did that they got my order wrong. So I stop going through the drive thru and once they opened the inside I started going in there. The customer service there is rude and always have an attitude. It's not just one or two people. It's more then that. I know that Fast food is staying pretty busy right now because people are tired of staying home and cooking. But always getting orders wrong and being rude to the customers it's ridiculous. Yes I will state customers are not always right I work in customer service I know. But people are going to stop going to a restaurant if the customer service is always be straight rude to them for no reason. I will also state Megan the manager there was told about her employees being rude and she didn't seem to really care. When your manager doesn't care then your employees don't care. Got literally only 4 pieces of decent sized chicken. When I asked for more, because I'm the customer and if I say a portion is too small, it's too small. I asked the girl at the window if I could just have like two more pieces because their was barely any she gave me this confused face like what do you mean. She said those are the portions. And I asked if I could just have like two pieces and she said no very bitchy. I'll give you more but I'll charge you extra. So I just said screw it. Rolled my window up and drove off. Never eating here again. This company makes billions a year and i can't get two more pieces of damn chicken? She was rude as could be and didn't even apologize. The customer is always right. i literally love this panda. it's the best panda express location out of all the others. the food has always been great, except on a few occasions. i'm only giving it a low rating bc of this one particular visit. one time i literally got UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN. i ordered orange chicken and i only had like 2 pieces left and i took a bite and it was literally raw and sticky. like wtf? i could've gotten salmonella or something. i didn't say anything to the employees because i was pretty much done with my plate and i didnt find it necessary, but now that i look back at it i probably should've said something. the other thing i noticed is that on sundays the food usually isn't that good? like i went there one sunday and got fried rice, broccoli beef, and something else (i forgot what it was), and literally the food was tasteless. like it was so gross i wanted to throw it up. i went back on another sunday because i was craving panda, and literally the food was tasteless once again? like why? the cooks on sunday must be inexperienced or something. but all the other times i've been there have been great and the food is usually always great. the employees there are nice too. read more

Well... Usually don't have bad experiences here but today was a bit different. Decided to eat here and get the honey sesame chicken with fried rice. It was pretty good, and it usually is unfortunately I can not say the same for the service.. This young girl who was at the window was so rude. I asked if I could please get some soy sauce her response was it was already in there by the time that I could check and then around to say thank you the young girl had already closed the window and tried to ignore me as she walked away! The only sauce I had in my bag was chili sauce, there wasn't any soy.. But by the time I could let her know she had completly ignored me. Must I remind you the whole time she had an attitude, even while ordering. Didn't get her name but she was a young Hispanic girl working window this afternoon.
