I feel like every Panda Express has gone down hill. The food seems soggy, old/dried out at times, cold, and just...yuck. Service also seems to have disappeared with their good food. I've been here several times and each time I get greeted with terrible and nasty attitude. Lisbeth was extremely passive aggressive and had nasty attitude and talked to me as if i didn't know how to order a simple bowl and the cashier Rob with the huge duck lips didn't speak and just gave me my total flat out. Overheard one of the managers scold a young lady while it was busy and it was disheartening to witness. Place was clean but it seems they'd rather keep the place clean than attend people with a welcoming attitude. Running errands last night but hobby and I didn't want traditional fast food so we decided to try Panda Express. We have seen this restaurant in other cities but never tried it. We decided to share the large plate that included 1 side and 3 entree's. We had super greens as the side, which were pretty bland and needed seasoning. We had Teriyaki Chicken, Black pepper Angus Steak, and Wok Seared Steak and Shrimp. They were all tasty and had different flavors that worked well together. It took 5-10 minutes to be served as we stood and waited to be acknowledged. And when we got our food, it was incorrect and I had to take it back in to get it corrected, but those were the only negatives that we had. I normally like every place I eat but this Panda Express definitely fell short of my expectations. To start, the tables and seats inside were dirty, sticky and needed to be cleaned. The bathroom was downright disgusting. It smelled of human waste and was visibly dirty. I ordered a three entree plate. The Honey Chicken tasted great but they only gave me three pieces. The Teriyaki Chicken was grilled chicken pieces with no teriyaki sauce that I could detect. I did not like it. My third selection I did not even eat as we got up and left before we finished. The drink area had unsweetened ice tea but there was no sugar or artificial sweeteners near the tea or on any of the tables. I'm having a difficult time reconciling all of the negative reviews with what I experienced on my visit. The place was very busy, both inside and drive thru. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Everyone that I saw was hustling to keep up with the flow. Food was tasty and fresh. Amount of food served was more than adequate, especially for the reasonable price. They are only getting one star because I can't give them any less. This location completely messed up our order. One plate was only Orange chicken with fried rice. Which as you can see from the receipt only one Orange chicken should be there with 2 other options that dont even resemble the other two options. The second plate should have had lo mein obviously none is there as you can see fried rice is there and the meat options are clearly not there either Kung Pao Chicken and Pepper Steak. I rarely leave comments, but this has gotten to be a repetitively frustrating experience. Most of my family is vegan so when we eat out (which is rare) this is one of the EXTREMELY few local restaurants in which we can find food that meets all of the dietary needs in our household. 5 out of the last 5 times (bc everyone deserves benefit of the doubt) we have had to wait up to 15 mins to get Beyond Orange Chicken and we usually have to wait for Leafy Greens although some days they are completely out of them. Again, because of the limited choices we don't eat out in town very much. It would be nice if we could have just ONE positive experience with this "fast food" establishment. As an aside: the kids who work there are always super sweet. I almost feel sorry for them as the poor management of resources is not their fault. read more
