No flavor at all. I can't taste the fried eggs too. The rice a little cold. The rice taste slightly under cook, it's more on the powdery side. RATE : (1/5) BEIJING BEEF : Today their beijing beef was on point. Sweet, tangy, crispy, hot and a little kick of pepper. Spices may be off quantities of heat vary from other times, doneness of dish may be too much or to little, etc. Restaurant is normally clean and service is normally good. Although I realize the drive through is convenient, I have learned that to get a better chance at a good meal, to go in and look at the food prior to ordering. It was busy however being ignored was not cool sat at the in intercom watched the cars ahead of me getting their food I never received service I spoke up said hello 3 times nothing. This Panda Express never lets me down. I have eaten here hundreds of times, sometimes even twice weekly. My food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The employees are always on point. This location is crazy busy always and they stay hustling. Right now during Covid, they are setting the bar higher for expectations. While other places are really fumbling and struggling through Covid, Hanford Panda Express is always like - I GOT YOU - food will be ready in 8 minutes. Yeah sometimes they are out of stuff, very rarely. But I'm not surprised at all with the volume of sales this location does and with the recent uptick in orders due to COVID. Some people need to realize that every time the manager orders food they are GUESSING at what they need based on the previous years sales. COVID has destroyed any scale they have for that method. This place did a great job with their customer service. And it being a night time they did not succumb to fatigue. With the food it was a little bit of a disappointment unfortunately. Although they workers seemed to be working hard they did not do well on the chow mein. The sesame chicken and the orange chicken were great. But as we know, it is the chow main and rice that usually takes the majority of the portions. Now with COVID cleanliness to mitigate the spread they did great. The workers wear gloves and masks 100 percent of the time and manage a 6 ft distance between customers. But it is the food that counts and it could be better. read more

The building is new and the staff I dealt with was nice. My only issue is they messed up the order. I understand why. They are incredibly busy filling the drive-thru orders and are in a hurry. Regrettably came back only because it was a fundraiser for my child's school. Except it wasn't. The lady at the window said that location isn't participating in it. Really? Because this location was the only one with the address on it as the sole participant. Then they screwed up the order, told me it'd be a 3 minute wait, and 30 minutes later, I finally got my cold food. This location is disgusting and the people working there are incompetent. That's really saying something when all you have to do is scoop food out of a pan and you can't even do that right. I wonder if them denying the fundraiser is an illegal way of false advertising. What's up with Panda Express? My last two visits was not very pleasant. Both visits was via the drive through. Both times they were less than cordial at the window and they didn't get my order correct. The first time I ordered mushroom chicken and was given orange chicken. The second time I ordered a large Diet Coke and was given a small coke. The mistake was not discovered until I arrived home. I was tired and really did not want to go back and have the order corrected. Yes, it's on me for not going back and make them correct the mistake but I won't be going back for a while. I've been to this location about 3 times now. I've eaten inside twice and drive-thru once. The inside has always been clean and never really a long wait which is nice and also the employees have always been friendly. The food is usually spot on from other locations I've been to. The last time I went though, everything was completely off! I came during lunch hour and ordered the Chow Mien and Beijing Beef which is my go to. I love the Beijing Beef because I love the nice little crunch in the beef. When i got it home to eat my meal, the Chow Mien had no flavor and my Beijing Beef was all mushy. It was really gross! I feel like for rush hour everything should of tasted fresh, not like its been sitting out all day. I got there at noon so maybe they were serving the leftovers from the night before? My visit there tonight was the second time where my order was messed up. The first time I ordered walnut shrimp without the walnuts because my fiance is allergic to them. We were told it could be done and that it would be a little bit of a wait. Well the girl who took our order got off work and neglected to tell anyone else so when we got our food there was walnuts in it. Now tonight that same girl helped us through the drive through and we were told it would be a 7 minute wait and if we could drive around to the front where they would bring it out to us. After waiting 15 minutes I walk inside to figure out what is going on. When they go and get my food is was just sitting by the drive through window. I wasn't the only one waiting either. The car in front of me decided to go inside after me and she cancelled her order which is what I should've done as well. Safe to say I won't be going to this location anymore. The one by Costco is much better with far superior service. This location didn't even offer me a free drink or give me the fortune cookies that come with my meal. read more

We normally love the service at Panda Express as well as the food, but my family and I went through the drive thru on a day that a young girl named "Joleen" was working the window and we went home VERY dissatisfied. She was trying to rush us through and when I asked for sweet and sour she gave us a stare, grabbed a few packets, and slammed them into my hand!!! When we got home we realized she didn't even put soy sauce in the bag. What a brat! This is what happens when kids straight out of high school aren't properly trained on how to treat their customers. It's not like Panda is cheap food... this girl should be appreciative of every single customer they get- especially during these tough times.
