I've only eaten Panda Express one time in my life and that was today but what I can say is everybody who was working today that helped with my food is a blessing. This was an awful experience . Normally everything is great here but Not today. I got the super greens for my side. Which is broccoli, cabbage and Kale. It was so disgusting it tasted like rotten shrimp. My husband's broccoli beef also had a rotten shrimp taste but since in had gravy on it wasn't as bad. I went to the counter and told them my broccoli tasted like rotten shrimp. They said nothing . I told the girl behind the counter that she needed to taste that broccoli . She just looked at me . I love Chinese food, the one here in gulf breeze and in Pensacola are a hit and miss on there meats, some days they will be super fresh and some days they will be tough and hard and taste old. The fried rice usually just pretty bland just taste like basic white rice and the lo mein is dry and doesn't even taste or look cooked all the way.very disappointing in theses two locations. read more

Drove from Navarre 20 minutes because we wanted to eat Panda Express so badly. We were looking forward to some orange chicken and fried rice, but they only had 3 entree items that quite frankly no one likes and no fried rice. Also, their drive thru is designed to where you cannot get out of it if you decide not to order, so that was awkward. Will not be coming back. I understand supply chain issues are frequent nowadays, but this is absolutely ridiculous given that it was 7:00 pm in the middle of the week. I get that each place is undermanned and they are doing the best they can but then update your information online. I am injured so I could not go out to eat with my family but they were going to pick me something up on the way home. I wanted panda express and my wife checked and online it said it didn't close until 930pm. When my wife was finished eating at another restaurant she went to pick up food at 8:35 and lo and behold the drive-through was closed and it said to pick up in the dining room so she gets all the kids out to go order me some food to go. The dining room was closed and it also closed at 8:30. I was really disappointing because I was looking forward to you having panda express. I am very upset about how this place treated me, one of the workers who was working the drive through decided to roll her eyes at me just because I asked for her to put my teriyaki sauce on the side. In my experience with customer service, you do not treat a customer like that, especially if they are spending any amount of money. Their food isn't very satisfying and it's ridiculous because fort Walton and Pensacola Panda Express is so good in terms of customer interaction and food. The drive thru is horrible! 3 times the person taking my order asked for a tip before I even got to the pickup window. First, I would like to see my food before I tip and second, if you can't get a simple order right why would you think you deserved a tip? The order was wrong and I did not get things I asked for. So, this is a new location, opened less than 6 months ago. I have been there at least 4 times since they opened and have been disappointed each time. At first I gave them a break because they had just opened, but today I am done making excuses for them. On a Sunday evening, 7:30pm, they had NO fresh food. They were OUT of white rice. The girls said that at this time they were making everything to order. How do you make white rice to order? They said it would be a 30 minute wait for rice! I ended up just getting whatever food they had just cooked: walnut shrimp, egg rolls and they did make some of the cheese wontons to order. Such a very disappointing meal. I am done with this place. I have used this locations numerous times. On several trips they were closed by 5pm with not food or only one food item. The last time I ordered on the internet and paid. When I arrived they said they were closing and had no food. I ask about a refund and they said they did not know how to do that and I needed to call the manager the next day. I talked to the manager and was assured I would get a refund within 48 hours. It has been a week and still have no refund. Poor business practices poor management. My wife and I love this franchise. Welcome to Gulf Breeze! We're glad you are here. Food is fresh and taste great. Portions are large enough for your appetite. Sides include noodles, rice, or vegetables. Note for first timers, you can split the side between two of these. Entrees are all very tasty. I've had the Beijing Beef, Orange Chicken, and Honey Walnut Shrimp. All are excellent but the shrimp is great. There is an up charge for the shrimp, but it is worth it. I don't typically post reviews (unless their good), but I keep having bad experiences here. The very first time I came here, they lost my debit card. When I realized I didn't get my card back, I immediately turned around to get it. They had no clue where it was and didn't even try to look for it. Almost every time I get food from this location, it's cold and bland. Today I decided to try it again, I was pleasantly surprised that the food was relatively fresh. The customer service on the other hand was terrible. I ordered through the drive-thru and couldn't even finish my sentences before the girl would interrupt me. Then, I got asked multiple times if I wanted to donate. Finally, I just agreed to donate because it's almost as if they wouldn't take "no thank you" for an answer.
