Panda "not-so-Express." This was the most attractive and clean Panda Express building I've ever visited. Cute outdoor seating area too. I was a little wary coming here due to previous reviews on the food and service. However, I'm truly hopeful it was, in part, due to the feedback and manager responding and addressing concerns, that this place has improved. But for me, it was not five stars because my wait time was loooooong and only one person was taking inside orders during the busy dinner time. There was a long line of people waiting and one staff member was cleaning windows while another worked the drive thru. Seemed odd to me there would be a long line of people waiting, during dinnertime, and that was a good time to clean windows?! The bowl I ordered, with noodles and grilled terriyaki chicken, was delicious and generous. I couldn't finish it all. Good deal for the price of a 2 entree bowl. The gal at the counter who finally served me was super sweet and offered a sample before I picked my meal. Big plus seeing such a clean and cared for bathroom. I hate it when places don't have a clean restroom because if the staff is also using it, that's a little worrisome. But this one looked really clean and kudos on the hand drier versus paper towels! I will likely return to this location, but not during the busy "window cleaning hour." read more

I stopped by this location for a quick dinner the other day. I ordered through the drive through. I paid for my meal. I was told to go around the corner and wait for my meal. I waited 15 minutes. I finally walked in the restaurant and asked for my food. The manager came out and said they had brought my food out to me. I never got it. I asked for my money back. The manager gave me my money and refused to give me my food. The manager was Chris. He said he would not serve me because I "yelled" at him. I will not be returning to this Panda location. If his location cannot handle a large crowd ordering meals during a dinner rush they should probably NOT be in business. read more

The manager at this Panda Express location name Cesar is rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and condescending. I had a horrible experience at the drive thru . Both employees (the manager Cesar & the drive thru cashier name Perla ) were laughing, having side conversations, and kept interrupting me about my concern & feedback regarding my order. They both kept closing the drive thru window on my face, so I went in side the restaurant , returned the food, and asked for a full refund. I am very disappointed. The manager's behavior towards me is so unprofessional ,unacceptable , and he treated the situation like a laughing matter. No respect. Do not eat here. I do not recommend this location. I will definitely not support their business after the way I was mistreated today. read more

The manager at this Panda Express location name Cesar is rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and condescending. Not sure how he got in this position. While he's taking your order he walks away to have a conversation with other employee like he's not taking any orders .I am very disappointed at this location. This isn't the first time it has happened.I decided to give it another chance, I guess this is how this Cesar the manager is .Do not eat here. I do not recommend this location. read more

Panda used to be one of my favorite places; the food was good. But my experience at this Panda was terrible. When I ordered, the guy wouldn't even let me see what was on the plate. He spoke to me rudely, and the food was like inedible leaves. It's the first time this has happened to me, and I'm disappointed. The customer service is awful. Although some employees are friendly, others, like the ones in black shirts, are the worst. read more

Ordered BEEF and broccoli and received the saddest most pathetic portion I've ever seen. Makes chipotle look like a value. Manager was not helpful so now I have to post the pictures. Literally two small gross pieces of beef in the whole thing. It's already overpriced and this is just sad. Look! read more

Service here is terrible. I ordered a to-go order, they got the order wrong, put someone else's order in, was 10 minutes late, and without any type of apology, the cashier looked at me as if I did something wrong. I like Panda Express food, but the food is not worth the awful customer service. Please train your employees the least bit of common courtesy. read more

this Panda Express has the worst customer service ever. I was told my food (ordered to go) wasn't given to me because I was sitting down. and that I "could have gotten up". like Im supposed to know my food is ready instead of them letting me know it was ready. It's no wonder these rude people work a minimum wage job bevause the real world o would not take them seriously. What a disappointment read more

I tried their new shrimp entree, which is supposed to be spicy. Heck, yes it is spicy. So it is a nice, healthy spicy shrimp dish. I tried 2 shrimps with the white rice and 10 minutes later my lips are still burning. But that is a good thing for people who like spicy food. All of the food in the line looked great. Minus 1 star because they are so chincy with the soy sauce packets. read more

I placed my order (walk in) and was waiting for a refresh of Kung Pow chicken and I noticed that the person cooking it was on his phone. He finished the call then grabbed onions with his hands and threw them into the wok. Not cool!!! read more

Everything was good and hot. Got family meal it's a lot of food!! Staff was friendly and quick.

I just waited 22 minutes for a bowl in the drive thru. friendly face- had to touch my phone for contactless pay! same good panda food as always, but speed was not a priority at this visit read more

ordered sides of fried rice and chow mein. Both were dry and barely moist. seven minute wait in drive thru (one car ahead of me)

Whole experience was awful. Never got my food. I opted for delivery. They blame DoorDash DoorDash blame panda express I ended up never getting my food. Would never go there again. read more

This restaurant was very clean, I had the pleasure of being served by MERLINE. She was awesome. She suggested items that I would not have thought of. Everything was amazing. I did ask for the wagu dumplings that I saw on line.....this store did not have them. Everything there that I ate was lovely. And the lovely lady helping me was awesome. I will definitely be going back there. read more

I'm never expecting too much from a fast food restaurant, but the service at this Panda Express is TRASH. Point blank trash. No need for a long extended review. Just take my work for it. Trash. read more

Second time I ordered delivery from this location and the second time the family meal came with no teriyaki sauce. My kids will not eat the dry chicken, so it's a waste of food and a waste of my money. I called the place and was told they would "train their employees better" and that there is nothing I could have done differently to prevent this from happening. The same thing I was told last time. I was not offered any kind of solution to my problem or any way to make up for the inconvenience. Uber eats gave me $2 back on my $60+ order. Yippee. read more

Service fine but fried rice just seemed so plain and really it was just a bunch of rice and not many veggies and I wish there was chicken as an option to be added to it like China Palace did back in the old days. read more

We had a Mobil order today we went thru the drive thru and they told us to park on the side that they would bring out the food. 10 mins went by and they never brought it out. It was sitting on the pick up counter getting cold. I Would never recommend this place read more

Daughter wasn't feeling well, so I didn't wanna take her out of the car on this snowy day. This review is solely placed when it was winter time. Placed an order online, waited in the drive thru line which seemed to be very long for New Year's Day. I get to the speaker box and the girl on the speaker tells me all online orders needed to picked up inside. With kids you're always looking for convenience. It was cold out, I had my daughter in the car. I had to take her out of the car seat to go stand in line inside the restaurant that had an even longer line than the drive thru. The food like always was delicious. I however do not think I will be placing an online order at this location again until they find a better way to change their online order pick up policy. read more

This will be the last time I ever order food from Panda! They NEVER have the string bean chicken breast , just take it off the menu. I ordered the teriyaki chicken which felt like rubber absolutely disgusting, the rice was subpar at best, the beef broccoli came with broccoli and NO BEEF. McDonalds food would have been the safe and better choice! read more

Worst Panda Express experience so far. I placed an online order and went to pick it up after 30 min and order was still not ready. I was told to wait 20 more min before order would be ready. When I asked to cancel the order I was told I'll have to wait 15 min because they are busy or I can call later in the day to see if they can cancel my order. They will not call me back to cancel the order. And as soon as left the store they marked the order complete in there system so they can claim they completed the order. read more

Went to this restaurant at 10:15 was told a majority of the dishes on menu would not be available for 20 - 25 minutes. It is costly for what you get and when I did get my food. It was okay. Broccoli and vegetables were not cooked. Broccoli was fibrous. The person who took my order was professional and courteous. read more

Ordered carry out, instead of eating it in store. This is one of the cleanest Panda place with new furnishing, I would love to dine in, if it weren't because of the TV episode I am chasing after at home. I was so excited when this place opened..., and my first experiences were all horrible. I had to wait forever in the Drive-Thru. Servers had crappy attitude. Or just seemed like they didn't care. Which does make food unappealing for those of you that don't already know! Decided to give the place another try before doing some shopping with my son... Now I don't understand why I paid an extra Buck 25 to get the shrimp kids meal , when there are only 3 shrimp! They last time I ordered the upgraded kids meal it was the same... but I just chalked it up as another jerk who doesn't care about the food they're serving -that works at this particular location! I have never had a problem with any Panda Express location other than this one. Service horrible, food quality horrible. Customer service sucks big time. I'm sure anyone with real Common Sense could understand and deduce, that children may need a little more protein to fill up! If you aren't going to match the food piece for piece, why the hell charge me for an upgrade.??? Incompetence in Food Service. Something I have no tolerance for. Had we gotten the chicken meals, there would have been way more than three pieces of meat. I'm just tired of paying for food and having a problem with quality.., and or quantity. If I spend my money on something I am going to review it if there is a problem. read more

Food quality is horrendous. Went in and ordered. Got home and all the rice (plate and a large fried rice) was undercooked to the point it was crunchy and left a film in my mouth. It was inedible. Disappointed. read more

This place is great for people watching. It never seems to disappoint. In fact the majority of the stars I gave are for the people watching. This review is based on my October 18th visit. Fortunately they were advertising for their upcoming job event in July. Are they three months late or nine months early? I don't know. The dining room in this joint is consistently dirty. Typically you have to wipe Lo Mein or rice off the seats. read more

Wow so the beef portions I. The broccoli beef have steadily dropped over the years. In the last the overall portions were larger... not it seems that their is a concerted effort to deduct serving sizes. For example, preciously the small entrée containers would be filled such that the employee would have difficulty closing the box.... Now as they close the container their is a visible gap within the container. This does not bode well for my dining future with Panda. Pandas really are going extinct in the wild and Panda restaurant customers are going to need to dine elsewhere. And why are they always out of food? C'MON MAN. read more

I have been trying to get food from this Panda Express multiple times with issues. The first was the dining room was closed and they were only taking cash so I left. The second time I went through the drive through and they were out of white rice and main menu items. And finally today they were out of both Broccoli Beef and String Bean Chicken. How does this even happen?!? I have been to multiple other Panda Express locations and never have this happen. This location is obviously mismanaged and if they don't change the customers will stop coming. I know I'm done. I would rather drive out of my way to get it because I know I will be able to get what I want versus waiting in a long drive through line to be told they are out of what I want. read more

Poor service here, and they somehow manage to mess up your order quite often. Maybe if you go inside and order you may have better luck. But, today I paid for 2 large chow mein and ended up with 2 small chow mein. $16 that included 2 small chow mein and 2 orders of spring rolls is crazy. Won't come back. Consider your other options. read more

Constantly screw up the order. Missing items. Called and was promised the missing item next time I order. Ordered again and the item was a teeny one, not the large I originally ordered and was promised plus the idiot behind the counter forgot to give us the rest of our food. Called over n over for 45 min but no one ever answered. Had to go back again and they had our other bag just sitting there. So done with this location. Idiots. read more

Regarding management - sold out popular menu items and an understaffed kitchen which shows during lunch and dining rushes. I understand wait times but to not have anything posted about "cash only" or sold out menu items definitely is a time waster, ESPECIALLY for the long wait times with the drive thru. If it wasn't for the kind and cordial staff I'd have rated this location lower. Until it shows that management can effectively keep things running smooth, I'd suggest going to another location. read more

Terrible service, no food ready, and when I did receive my food it was cold. All that for $16 for one meal. I'll never go back to this location The staff at the drive thru are terrible!!! read more

I had to wait 5 minutes in the drive through before anybody acknowledged me. There was nobody in front of me & nobody in the store either. The staff is rude and short, i tried to order a meal & they said they only had orange chicken, no other entrees or sides or anything. They said it would be 45 minutes until other food was done, and i arrived shortly after they opened. Shocking they are still in business if they never have any food ready read more

Do not use their catering! Ordered half trays and they combined both noodles and rice in the same tray. When I got it both noodles and rice were mixed together. I called them and basically blamed us saying we did it upon travel and just gave me credit for a big entree. That's apparently all they could do no money back, nothing. Is it really that difficult to provide 2 separate trays? Cater elsewhere or a different location where you get more professionalism definitely not going through them again. read more

Placed an order online and asked for fried rice but got steamed rice instead. I think the fact that they label them as "white fried rice" and "white steamed rice" confused the person putting together my order. They saw "white rice" and took it literally since the fried rice has a brown hue. They probably did me a favor since the white rice is so bland I didn't eat it. Calories saved! I also tried two new to me dishes - honey sesame chicken and teriyaki chicken. Love love love the honey sesame but would not get the teriyaki again. read more
