Worst Panda Express experience so far. I placed an online order and went to pick it up after 30 min and order was still not ready. I was told to wait 20 more min before order would be ready. When I asked to cancel the order I was told I'll have to wait 15 min because they are busy or I can call later in the day to see if they can cancel my order. They will not call me back to cancel the order. And as soon as left the store they marked the order complete in there system so they can claim they completed the order. read more

Panda "not-so-Express." This was the most attractive and clean Panda Express building I've ever visited. Cute outdoor seating area too. I was a little wary coming here due to previous reviews on the food and service. However, I'm truly hopeful it was, in part, due to the feedback and manager responding and addressing concerns, that this place has improved. But for me, it was not five stars because my wait time was loooooong and only one person was taking inside orders during the busy dinner time. There was a long line of people waiting and one staff member was cleaning windows while another worked the drive thru. Seemed odd to me there would be a long line of people waiting, during dinnertime, and that was a good time to clean windows?! The bowl I ordered, with noodles and grilled terriyaki chicken, was delicious and generous. I couldn't finish it all. Good deal for the price of a 2 entree bowl. The gal at the counter who finally served me was super sweet and offered a sample before I picked my meal. Big plus seeing such a clean and cared for bathroom. I hate it when places don't have a clean restroom because if the staff is also using it, that's a little worrisome. But this one looked really clean and kudos on the hand drier versus paper towels! I was so excited when this place opened..., and my first experiences were all horrible. I had to wait forever in the Drive-Thru. Servers had crappy attitude. Or just seemed like they didn't care. Which does make food unappealing for those of you that don't already know! Decided to give the place another try before doing some shopping with my son... Now I don't understand why I paid an extra Buck 25 to get the shrimp kids meal , when there are only 3 shrimp! They last time I ordered the upgraded kids meal it was the same... but I just chalked it up as another jerk who doesn't care about the food they're serving -that works at this particular location! I have never had a problem with any Panda Express location other than this one. Service horrible, food quality horrible. Customer service sucks big time. I'm sure anyone with real Common Sense could understand and deduce, that children may need a little more protein to fill up! Wow so the beef portions I. The broccoli beef have steadily dropped over the years. In the last the overall portions were larger... not it seems that their is a concerted effort to deduct serving sizes. For example, preciously the small entrée containers would be filled such that the employee would have difficulty closing the box.... Now as they close the container their is a visible gap within the container. This does not bode well for my dining future with Panda. The second time I went through the drive through and they were out of white rice and main menu items. And finally today they were out of both Broccoli Beef and String Bean Chicken.
