Not a good representation of Panda Express. I have had great experiences at other locations but this one, I will not return. I placed an online order to be ready at 5:00 pm, received a message that my food was done at 4:38 so I called to let them know it wasn't supposed to be ready until 5, and received a rude response. Checked my order and all the seals were noted to be correct but when I got home and opened them, not only was the shrimp soggy but the food was cold and some were incorrect! Food here is pretty good and consistent. It is high on the sodium side, which is really not a problem for most of you readers. I just happen to be accustomed to very low salt and if I eat this food too fast, which is easy to do because it is delicious, I will end up with a headache. This is my own problem, there is nothing wrong with the food. I get friendly service each time an the servers are happy to provide me with free samples of their entrees whenever I ask for them. The restrooms are clean and they provide me with free water which I can get at the fountain, and it is always clean and filtered. I'll stop by again. I was having a craving for Chinese and thought I'd give it a shot and always read reviews first. I pulled up behind another customer who parkes farther away. I parked in front directly facing the front door. Before my car was in park, at 9:30pm, a worker in the restaurant looked at my and used the slash across the throat meneuver indicating they were not serving. I then watched the customer who parked farther away walk to the front door, open it, then shut the door and walk back to his car. 11.7.18 was the first time I have eaten at a Panda Express... Needless to say the food was WONDERFUL; it was very fresh (no setting under hot lights). I saw fresh items being delivered twice to the food bar. The staff was absolutely awesome to deal with and very patient as I was a new customer. Lemuel M. took his time and was very willing to help with my order. I tried two new items, which I've never had before; Kung Pau Chicken and Chow Mein noodles. OMG, I will be going back today as I am currently eating the last of my of my entrée for breakfast. I would rate this establishment a definite AAAA+. 3 different times we have went in an hour to hour and half before close and there was almost nothing ready. This last time was a pretty busy Sunday evening. Got there about 6:30 and was in line behind 4 other people. By time the one person finally got all the previous plates and such made (7:15) it was my turn. I was ordering for 4 people and asked how long for orange chicken and Beijing beef. The manager stated it was to late to cook more. The employee making plates announced to everyone else there was no orange chicken for the night, no Beijing beef, no teriyaki chicken, basically what you see was all that was left. When he said that the remaining people (about 6) all left as did I. Not sure what all they were going to order but we were planning 4 plates. There is no drive through here, I can't understand how it's so disorganized and slow compared to stores with drive through doing twice the work. For fast food, I love this place. This particular location is pretty good, but sometimes the service is uneven. They're not always responsive to items that gone - and some of the people that work there can have a bit of an attitude problem - but otherwise I really enjoy this company. It's healthy (if you choose right), the flavor is robust and the presentation is excellent. read more

This place is CONSTANTLY out of stuff. And they say that they "don't have anymore of it" but likely just refuse to cook it. Just left there now with nothing, because they said all they have is what we see, they wouldn't cook anything else. Mind you, they had an hour and 20 minutes till they were scheduled to close, so it wasn't last minute. It used to be such a good place to go. I WILL say that I'm impressed with the display of fresh vegatables! I wish all restaurants would have such a display! BEAUTIFUL! How they can take that and make such awful food, I don't know. Everything I've tried there has been awful, and it's not this particular franchise's fault, it's the restaurant chain itself. The thing that sold me the most was when I put in a request for fresh veggies and fresh veggie rolls and they cooked them up for me right then an there. They did have a nice selection from chicken, beef and shrimp. they even had soups that weren't listed directly on the menu. Quite a few sides (the noodles seemed very popular) but I stuck with the fresh veggies. If I'm in a pinch for some hot food and limited with options, I would come back and try another meal here. read more

Food is fantastic. Service people need food safety courses. Watched the old lady lick her fingers then serve food without washing hands or putting gloves on. Separate visit no one wearing gloves. I've seen people standing on counters to pour ice in machines. They need a manager who knows the rules and regulations regarding food safety and they need to enforce those rules. read more

Panda Express is your typical "fast food Chinese" like the kind you would find at a food court in a mall. Nothing special, but a good value for your money. My biggest complaint about this location is that it is hotter than H-E-2 sticks in there! It's as if they set the air conditioning at 78 degrees! Perhaps this will be a good place to visit in the winter time, but during these summer months I won't be back unless they adjust the thermostat! read more

They stop cooking around 45 mins before closing so when you get here to eat you either have to wait for them to cook to order or they refuse to make it for you. That's not the way a business should run. They are never happy when you come in half hour before closing. Just do your job guys come on.
