I am not a fan of broccoli, but sure it's good for those who do. I wish I could have veggies without broccoli. Our server was the best we've ever had here. She was very friendly, patient and kept out tea and sodas filled. TJ was a very good chef. His seasonings were not as flavorful as our previous chef, but tasted great also. He cooked my steak as ordered, and is was tender and juicy. The rice had several hard grains, which we had never experienced here in the past. Portions are very large and really fill me up. It was a huge order of rice noodles, shrimp, chicken and vegetables with the perfect balance of sauce. The crushed peanuts were in a separate container. They put in a wedge of lemon instead of lime. Luckily I had lime at home so I made a quick substitution. Overall, well played Red Bowl. You have a new fan!

We were greeted right away and sat in a booth. Service was quick and friendly. We ordered two apps - the Kaarage Chicken and Gyoza. They came out quickly and were hot and fresh. I enjoyed the Gyoza more than the chicken. Breading was a bit too thick for me. I ordered the Chicken Ramen and they brought me Pork Ramen. I didn't notice at first that it was not chicken and started eating it. We realized our server Benny had brought me the wrong dish. I had already started eating it and I'm not that person that really sends things back. So I just ate it anyways. Broth was good. The ramen was decent considering we don't really have any ramen places in the area. I've had some of the best ramen in the DMV, so for me it was def mid. But for Winchester it is a good addition since this type of food is def lacking. I would probably go back. I enjoyed most of the food and it's close by to where we live, so super convenient when you are looking for a good quick meal.
