Recently went here for lunch. I've only been once before, a few years ago. We were immediately greeted by the gentleman behind the counter so things started off well. He was very helpful in describing the dishes, and giving us options. Overall very pleasant and friendly. Food was excellent and really hit the spot. I was very full after the bowl (one entree and one side) and glad I didn't get a larger option. As we were finishing up, someone came to the table to ask how everything was and took our dirty dishes and tray away from us. I was also very impressed with how clean the place was. For what it's worth, all the staff members we saw were very clean cut and professional. Overall, this completely exceeded my expectations for a fast food place. I've read past reviews and perhaps they finally got a new manager or better staff. I understand things have been tough out there. read more

Ordered 45 minutes ahead with their online option. Paid in full. Arrived on time. Took 5-7 minutes before being acknowledged at the register even though every employee made eye contact with me. Was told that they were working on my order. Manager Brice was working the front line and continued to take a long line of customers for the next 15 minutes after that. Finally someone asked me again if I was waiting for an online order. Gave my name again and asked for manager. Brice told me I was one of many and he still has not figured out how to keep track of the online orders. i have had 0 issues with every other location I have ever been to. I'm also bothered enough by how awful this place is that i am compelled to write my first ever review. I have been to this location 5 times as it is the only one in the area. 5 times now I have been told that food items were unavailable, the drink machine was down, or they were out of silverware. they are a nationwide chain, what kind of management failure allows any of this to happen? this is also the only location that I have been to that would not make fresh food if it was out even if they were open for another hour or two. twice I have gone and the doors were locked up to 45 minutes before closed. Worst Panda experience ever. Went to the drive through 30 mins before close. Saw a working going back into the building and she didn't acknowledge us. We waited at the order screen for 10 minutes with no help. We then pulled to the window and we're blatantly ignored. we're new to the area and were really looking forward to Panda for dinner. I will never go back. After reading other reviews on Yelp, this is something that people have been complaining about for 5 years. We thought that because some of those complaints are so old it would have been taken care of. Management really needs to figure this out. read more

My friends and I went to visit the fond du lac location on a Saturday night at around 8:00 for some late dinner. But when we pulled up to the drive through, we sat in silence for around 2 minutes and there was no contact with anyone inside. We proceeded to pull up to the window where we could see people still working inside. While we still waited to be assisted, we called to see what the deal was, and we didn't even get a pickup. So we drove around to the intercom system again, still nothing. Called again, this time we got hung up on immediately...called for a THIRD TIME and it went to answering machine again. Then we started the interaction and what we got was "Oh yeah, we're closed". We then told the worker on the website the hours say close at 9:00, to which we got no response and drove away for the last time. read more

Fried rice had no flavor and all the other things I tried were covered in an overly thick, overly sweet sauce. We took those two options since we were already there but really all we got was all orange chicken and just the veggies from the black pepper chicken with 2 pieces of chicken the size of dog food. Placed an order through the app an hour before the FDL locations closing time and all went smoothly, or so I thought...Upon arrival at the store to pick up my order through the drive-thru I was informed that their kitchen was closed and that they only had enough to fill half of the order placed. Aa if that wasnt bad enough that they were selling a product that they didnt have but after I told them to cancel the rest of the order I was then informed that nobody there had the authority to issue a refund for the money collected through the app for food that they in no way indicated would not be or even might not be collected. I was visiting from out of town for a rock festival and patroned this location twice in the 3 days I was there! The food was fresh and hot. I enjoyed the Honey Walnut Shrimp and the Orange Chicken. They dining area was clean. They had a few outlets near the tables so I could charge up my phone while I dined. They also had outdoor seating as well as a drive up window. read more

Crab rangoons were way overcooked, rubbery and foul tasting. There are lots of vegetables in everything because that's cheaper than adding actual meat and noodles. My whole family usually loves Panda Express, however, this one just doesn't live up. My husband and I went there about two weeks ago. I love the Walnut shrimp and string bean chicken. The entrees tasted good but I got the veggies with it instead of rice and they were so disgusting I couldn't eat it. They were swimming in a gelatenous ooze that looked like snot. The portions for both our entrees were half the size they normally are. After the girl gave us our entrees, my husband had to order an extra side entree because it was so small. All the tables and chairs are always dirty. They appear to never get cleaned in-between patrons. We've tried this Panda three times but since the third time was still not the charm, we probably won't be back. read more
