We arrived just when they opened, the food was fresh, tasty and hot. Service was good and the place clean.

Food is always good. I loved their guava mango refresher tea! Definitely recommend ordering it. The seating makes you feel comfortable. Service was great! read more

The teriyaki was not edible and the greens were so shiny I could see my reflection genuinely worst meal I've ever eaten.

I've really enjoyed Panda Express at other locations, but the Fond Du Lac Panda Express is best avoided unless you like cold, poorly prepared food - the staff doesn't care, the manager doesn't care, and the service seems intentionally slow ( honestly I think that the servers are working just hard enough not to get fired ). Does the owner know what's going on in this place? read more

The food was fresh and received quickly. The workers were friendly and welcomed me when I arrived and thanked me when I left

I rarely write reviews.. as they are usually not seen. Although im now at my wits end with this place. I haven't been here in months because I was so fed up with the service here. From the drive thru being the absolute slowest I've ever been through, to the food tasting like it's been sitting for hours, and food not being available. I do not want to give my business to this express anymore. read more

The employees at this restaurant definitely need to pay more attention to the orders that they take!! This is twice that I have gotten the wrong Food. And my order is not that complicated. Check your food before you leave to make sure that they didn't serve you the wrong dish!! read more

The food was terrific. It never fails to be amazing. Omar is the greatest manager ever that they do such a nice job.

We, along with 4 other separate carloads of people, arrived at just after 11 today. We were all able to see several employees in the store, but the doors were locked. There was no sign on the door, and the employees just watched all of us try the door without any acknowledgment. Absolutely the worst customer service read more

Go inside !! The manager of this location works so hard, greets everyone with a smile, and always gets it right. The food is consistently good. Never had a problem here. read more

I like ordering plates so everything normally comes separated, but was disappointed by how the food was packaged and the quality of the food. Other visits have been disappointing due to poor customer service and out of stock items. It was so good when this place first opened and now I won't be returning. read more

Recently went here for lunch. I've only been once before, a few years ago. We were immediately greeted by the gentleman behind the counter so things started off well. He was very helpful in describing the dishes, and giving us options. Overall very pleasant and friendly. Food was excellent and really hit the spot. I was very full after the bowl (one entree and one side) and glad I didn't get a larger option. As we were finishing up, someone came to the table to ask how everything was and took our dirty dishes and tray away from us. I was also very impressed with how clean the place was. For what it's worth, all the staff members we saw were very clean cut and professional. Overall, this completely exceeded my expectations for a fast food place. I've read past reviews and perhaps they finally got a new manager or better staff. I understand things have been tough out there. read more

The food was so nasty the chicken was a bad type 9f soggy and it tasted like straight up vinger this was the ornge chicken I always get this but next time I'm going to yummy because I sucked and yummy always makes the food right !!!!! The chicken wasn't even warm I was cold the rice was cold to the service was ok they took at bit to get are order so I will never go there again the Experience I had was horrible you lost a very very hunger customer read more

Service is slow, entrees and sides are not available, staff is socializing and serving food to friends that they've let into the store even though the main doors are locked. Clearly no adult on staff supervising. read more

Ordered 45 minutes ahead with their online option. Paid in full. Arrived on time. Took 5-7 minutes before being acknowledged at the register even though every employee made eye contact with me. Was told that they were working on my order. Manager Brice was working the front line and continued to take a long line of customers for the next 15 minutes after that. Finally someone asked me again if I was waiting for an online order. Gave my name again and asked for manager. Brice told me I was one of many and he still has not figured out how to keep track of the online orders. I told him that I gave him notice I was coming, I paid ahead, and then was put last in service. 22+ minutes later I got my food and nothing else. Not coming back. read more

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Food was terrible. Noddle were not cooked well my mushroom and chicken was cold. The only good thing I can say is that they had cute guy employees read more

The staff is not at all friendly its like Im an inconvenience by coming here So it will be the last time

Worst Panda Express EVERRRR!! they take forrrever to get your food , they mess up your order and there is always some item unavailable to order food is always cold and they give you more cabbage than chow mein in their noodles... Management needs to re train and re train their workers...... Such a shame too used to love panda express sooo much but now I am across the street at Popeyes. read more

No white rice or orange chicken. told after sitting in the drive through for 15 min.

My food tasted like it was yesterday leftovers, not only that but the beef and broccoli I got looked more like a soup then broccoli, also got the wrong drink with no receipt read more

i have had 0 issues with every other location I have ever been to. I'm also bothered enough by how awful this place is that i am compelled to write my first ever review. I have been to this location 5 times as it is the only one in the area. 5 times now I have been told that food items were unavailable, the drink machine was down, or they were out of silverware. they are a nationwide chain, what kind of management failure allows any of this to happen? this is also the only location that I have been to that would not make fresh food if it was out even if they were open for another hour or two. twice I have gone and the doors were locked up to 45 minutes before closed. I do not exaggerate when I say this is the worst experience in food I have ever had read more

Beyond a doubt the worst customer service ever. It's like highschool kids who are getting paid to be rude and insult the customers. Forget writing to corporate, you get a canned reply offering a free entree. I wanted service not free food. Never again, and I'm telling everyone who will listen to stay away. The shocking thing is people I talk to have had a worse experience than I've had. Avoid at all costs. read more

The worst customer service I've seen from a restaurant. I don't know who's running this place or if they are so desperate for help they don't train staff on manners and customer service, but everything I go there they are rude and always out of stuff or its a "45 minute wait" its fast food not fine dining if your running out if something then get going. If your sold out if it then post it on the menu not available not a rude "we don't have" just the worst establishment.....management needs to get involved more with customer service! read more

Food is delicious of course, minus the hair i found in my honey sesame chicken, AND i ordered not 1, not 2, but 3 orders of the delectable cream cheese rangoons, AND I ONLY GOT 2. this is preposterous!!! Outragious! Sick! You will be getting my business again, but this shall never happen again, understood? read more

Worst Panda experience ever. Went to the drive through 30 mins before close. Saw a working going back into the building and she didn't acknowledge us. We waited at the order screen for 10 minutes with no help. We then pulled to the window and we're blatantly ignored. we're new to the area and were really looking forward to Panda for dinner. I will never go back. After reading other reviews on Yelp, this is something that people have been complaining about for 5 years. We thought that because some of those complaints are so old it would have been taken care of. Management really needs to figure this out. read more

We waited for 30 min for our chicken and then they ran out of noodles as ours we're sitting on the counter for 20 min getting cold!! This is the worst Panda Express I've ever been too very inefficient and do not think ahead! Noodles were gross and cold even after we asked for new ones read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin

majority of employees extremely disrespectful and insult customers

lf I could I would give it a -10! They had horrible service, employees were rude, and they only had 3 entries total! They said they ran out of everything after they just opened! read more

My friends and I went to visit the fond du lac location on a Saturday night at around 8:00 for some late dinner. But when we pulled up to the drive through, we sat in silence for around 2 minutes and there was no contact with anyone inside. We proceeded to pull up to the window where we could see people still working inside. While we still waited to be assisted, we called to see what the deal was, and we didn't even get a pickup. So we drove around to the intercom system again, still nothing. Called again, this time we got hung up on immediately...called for a THIRD TIME and it went to answering machine again. Then we started the interaction and what we got was "Oh yeah, we're closed". We then told the worker on the website the hours say close at 9:00, to which we got no response and drove away for the last time. read more

I've avoided this place since it opened but finally gave in. Place looks nice. Food was fresh and hot. But was not a fan. Fried rice had no flavor and all the other things I tried were covered in an overly thick, overly sweet sauce. Almost impossible to tell the difference between chicken, pork and beef, the sauces were so overpowering. Unfortunately, this seems to be the trend with all Chinese food recently. Still, I think I will probably continue to avoid the place as much as possible. read more

Pricey, but good. food is well cooked. I had the steamed vegetables and the mushroom chicken. --a major plus is they offer a nutrition/calorie guideline on the menu online:)) plenty of parking. the interior is clean, but small. read more

Absolutely horrible service. We ordered at 533 on a tuesday night and everything was out except 2 items, orange chicken and black pepper chicken. We took those two options since we were already there but really all we got was all orange chicken and just the veggies from the black pepper chicken with 2 pieces of chicken the size of dog food. Our veggie spring rolls were rock hard, burned, over cooked, left out whatever you want to say but it was terrible. Taylor the "manager" replied with he knows for a fact the spring rolls are good because he made them. Asked him for the corporate number and he said he didn't know it and I needed to look it up if I wanted to call....hmmm you work there but don't have the slightest clue what the number is? He was snippy and down right rude. read more

Saturday night and the place is dead with 75% of the available items sitting empty. Food looks like it has been sitting too long. We had to wait to get egg rolls while our food sat out in bags getting cold. Won't come back. Ever. read more

Placed an order through the app an hour before the FDL locations closing time and all went smoothly, or so I thought...Upon arrival at the store to pick up my order through the drive-thru I was informed that their kitchen was closed and that they only had enough to fill half of the order placed. Aa if that wasnt bad enough that they were selling a product that they didnt have but after I told them to cancel the rest of the order I was then informed that nobody there had the authority to issue a refund for the money collected through the app for food that they in no way indicated would not be or even might not be collected. Clearly the lesson learned here is...take my business elsewhere or dont even try to go here within an hour or two of their closing time. read more

I was visiting from out of town for a rock festival and patroned this location twice in the 3 days I was there! The food was fresh and hot. I enjoyed the Honey Walnut Shrimp and the Orange Chicken. They dining area was clean. They had a few outlets near the tables so I could charge up my phone while I dined. They also had outdoor seating as well as a drive up window. read more

Worst food I've ever had, everything was very stail, tasted like it had been sitting out all day barely warm. The beef and broccoli is all broccoli the sauce is like cold jelly with no meat. Crab rangoons were way overcooked, rubbery and foul tasting. There are lots of vegetables in everything because that's cheaper than adding actual meat and noodles. Honestly my soda was the best part of this meal. Very disappointed that I just wasted that much money as it is not cheap. read more

Absolutely the worst Panda Express. Ordered my food waited 30 minutes for it to come out and when I got home and looked in the bag they got the order completely wrong. I called them 8 times to try and see if they would give me the right order but they never picked it 10/10 would never recommend coming here read more

My whole family usually loves Panda Express, however, this one just doesn't live up. My husband and I went there about two weeks ago. I love the Walnut shrimp and string bean chicken. The entrees tasted good but I got the veggies with it instead of rice and they were so disgusting I couldn't eat it. They were swimming in a gelatenous ooze that looked like snot. The portions for both our entrees were half the size they normally are. After the girl gave us our entrees, my husband had to order an extra side entree because it was so small. All the tables and chairs are always dirty. They appear to never get cleaned in-between patrons. We've tried this Panda three times but since the third time was still not the charm, we probably won't be back. read more

If you go here, do not go through the drive thru. First off I have to tell my order twice all the time cuz they don't remember what I said when they finally get to the pos system. And then they always forget my sweet and sour sauce and somehow the soda machine is always messed up. Either the soda is so fucking warm or it tastes like ass. And also what is up with these fricken fortunes???? I swear their fortunes are like "you are kind." Fuck am I supposed to do with that??? read more
