I've been to this place quite a bit. Worst part about this place is that the servers' scoop sizes vary widely. I always get the same thing every time and some times they scoop a good amount of fried rice, and sometimes they only put a couple scoops in there. If they're a chain, they need to be better about regulating their serving sizes. The other thing is that if you go during off-peak hours, they are consistently out of one dish or another, and it's probably the one you wanted to order. If you go during peak hours, expect a wait. Sometimes the line curls around to the door and then some. Cleanliness of bathroom is ok. They have 2 TVs in the dining area, usually tuned to whatever game is on. They hardly ever have spoons, even if you ask them, though one of the utensil buckets is labeled "spoons." Besides all these negative things, they generally serve decent-tasting food and it's mostly clean in the dining area although some of the customers are definitely pigs and leave a mess behind when they leave. This Panda location has inconsistent serving portions and condiment distribution. My family of three always orders the same thing here, teriyaki chicken with sauce on the side because we dip our chicken into the little plastic container of sauce instead of pouring the sauce on top of the chicken. Every single take out order, I have to ask for more teriyaki sauce because they give me one small container. I pay full price for my meals and one side of sauce is not enough for 3 combo plates. When I do ask for more, I get 1 more added. Now, I place my order and must specifically ask for 5 please. Sometimes, if I don't pay attention while paying they won't add any to my bag when they plainly see I'm purchasing teriyaki chicken since they repeat the order to you.The woman who seems to be a supervisor side-eyes the cashier when I ask for the sauce which is annoying. I paid for my food, please stop being stingy with the sauce, it's not gold. I honestly don't feel it's petty to ask for what you pay for when it comes to our order. The Asian manager is very rude. She's very disrespectful and rude to her employees. She had shouted to her employees in front of customers. I am a local customer and I come here very often. This has happened multiply times. She has very rude about the food portions and will not shy away from giving you a dirty look. She mistreats her employees. She does not hestitate to be rude with a customer and argue. I highly do not recommend working here. At times she will roughly give you food. Very nice and clean, and looks like a newer P.E. First time here...considering that there was a line (it is 5 pm), the place is pretty quiet compared to other P.E.'s that I've been to. People that work there are very nice, and move the line along pretty quickly. But (there's always a but)...their portions are a lot smaller than I'm used to (I guess they are doing ME a favor). The temp of the food sitting in those stainless containers, I was quite impressed with. All of the entrees were definitely hot (you can see them bubbling!). I think that was the first time my food was actually above lukewarm! All in all, I'm surprised that a P.E. got a 4 star review...from me that is. The food hasn't been as bad as the service I ordered my food through doordash noticed they didnt give me any condiments..at all just dry noodles. O was thinking they would put soy sauce a hot sauce something however they didnt. The next day against my beggar judgment I decided to order doordash again but give a courtesy call stating my concern for no condiments. I had to take a quick lunch for about 25 people and stumbled upon Pandas , the girl gave me the catering menu and I ordered two lunch trays and four sides which came for about $100. The manager came out and informed me that this type of order should be booked a day before , however the cook agreed and got the food ready in ten minutes. I carried two huge bags of food and this was more then enough for the 25 people. Though the catering menu said it was for 15 people. Amazing is the price. I never write reviews, but I felt that this location needed to be reviewed. First & foremost the customer service is trash!!! No one greets you when you walk in there's no type of hospitality especially from the assistant manager, Katie. Katie was particularly rude telling ME, the customer, that I need to listen to her because I chose to get my extra chow mein in a cup instead of my plate since she gave me very little. That leads me to my next complaint the portions are terrible out of all the panda express' i've been to this is the first one where i can literally see my plate all around. Had I read Paul's review I wouldn't have eaten here. I paid $10.01 for a small soda and a side of orange chicken and walnut shrimp. He have me 3 pieces of shrimp. When I asked for more he gave me more walnuts. I gave him the don't "f" with me look and he threw another shrimp in there and one more after my unchanged look. Didn't look at me no more and passed my container down to the register area. However I was the 5th in line and I was out of there in like 5 minutes. They move the line pretty fast. This place is usually awesome but ever since they take online orders it seems like they can't get that together. They stop the entire line to deal with the order. I waited 30 minutes in line while two online orders were put together. It's really frustrating as a guest who is trying to get dinner and being backed up from the online orders then they attempt to take your order and mess up what you want because another online order is jumping in the line and they have to get that done first.
