Our experience at this Panda Express was extremely disappointing due to the manager, Lana. Her attitude toward customers was rude and dismissive, and the way she spoke to her associates was inappropriate and uncomfortable to witness. The environment felt tense and unwelcoming, which completely ruined what should have been a simple family meal. Management behavior like this reflects poor leadership and a lack of basic respect. The staff were welcoming when we came in. We are appreciative that they gave us a sample as I had something amazing at the last location I was at a couple months ago, but I wasn't sure which one. Thankfully, got it right first try. It was nice that I could have tried again had I gotten it wrong. Really, everyone did their job, smiled, were attentive, and did everything right. The food was very good. Fresh. Tasty. They even offered to make something if they were out of something we wanted in particular that we didn't see there. I appreciate the small things. A small thing that went a LONG way for me tonight was that when we wanted water, she gave us the adult sized cups. I totally understand why the little one is typically served and I don't object to that. I can get up and refill it. Leaving yet another negative review... I think this is officially the last straw for me. I gave them 20 minutes to prepare this order. When I showed up it was not even started yet and I got it 6 minutes late. Also, the restaurant was not busy. I was the only car waiting. When we got the product and opened the box I noticed they were dark brown in color. I know they aren't supposed to be this color at all. I ate one and the taste of burnt food and very dirty/old oil was stuck on my tongue and fingers. I tried to eat another and I bit into a blackened piece of old debris that must've been floating in the oil for a very long time. I looked down and noticed that the foreign charcoal like objects were covering my food and inside the container. I threw away a couple and then gave up realizing it wasn't even worth trying to eat anymore. This is severely disgusting and shouldn't have happened given the time allotted for the order... I had a taste for Panda Express, so I decided to stop at this location. This was my first time at this location, it met my expectations. There was no in-store seating due to COVID-19, so all items I ordered to go. I ordered the Beijing Beef and Walnut Shrimp, as well as fried rice and Super Greens for my sides. The food was good and what I expect from a Panda Express restaurant and the employees were very friendly and provided great service. I recommend this Panda Express location. read more

This company is run by cheap effing bastards. They LOADED my bowl with chicken fried rice as full to the top as they could and then one layer of beef and broccoli. I literally came home with five pieces of beef and an un-proportionate amount of broccoli. Not to mention I had to wait for them to make a fresh batch of the beef and broccoli, which was fine, but I know they had enough ready to at least give me a fair entree. It's called a side for a reason, I didn't ask for fried rice as the entree and beef and broccoli as the side. Still had to pay full price. And my Grandpa said they do him dirty like that every time he goes. Could've spent almost the same amount and got way more food (a satisfactory amount) if I had just ordered from Good Fortune on K-15. I am so irritated, like I was really hungry and that was just a waste of money. The chicken fried rice isn't even very good at all. Absolutely awful! The beef and broccoli was salty, I mean like someone accidentally dropped a cup of salt on the dish the meat was salty the broccoli was salty and the sauce was salty. I'm not even sure how they achieved that. Also I went late night 7:55pm they said they were closing at 9pm but over half of the entrees were not even available. Today I ordered 2 separate to go meals for me and my friend. We had ate there last week and completed the surgery for a feee entree with the purchase of a 2 plate. Today we both ordered the same items and I was overcharged. The staff indicated they could only give me product and offered no refund. If I wanted another item I would have ordered it. The cashier had charged me for beef and broccoli and both tickets and there was no beef and broccoli on either ticket. If they over charge 200 people $1 today that's $6000 in a month and $72,000 over a year. It's either fraudulent activity or poor training. Food is good when they have it in stock! The past few times I have visited, they were out of half of the menu at 1 in the afternoon few hours after opening??? They first said they sold out and then said it was a COLVID concern??? There was a shortage in beef for a little bit but never on chicken or anything else! Shoot, they were out of soda too??? How does this happen at a chain restaurant? I called corporate and they said they should NEVER run out of any product and will address with the regional manager. It's been several weeks with still same issues going on with local manager that's incompetent doing her job. Food and service has improved. When they first opened, food was not as good as the other PE around. Back downhill: Came in couple weeks ago at 11, when they open. Doors didn't unlock until 11:05. Got inside and there were maybe 2 entrees to be served. I left. Today, got here at 11:05, doors unlocked but just a few entrees to choose from. I choose out of what was available. In the past the service has been horrid, lack of customer service and usually out of something. However, past two visit at different times of the day the servers have been friendly and the cooks have been keeping up with orders for on line orders as well as in person orders . Everything was mediocre until my son started complaining that his stomach hurt...my husband and I looked in horror at his teriyaki chicken to discover the restaurant had served him raw chicken. It wasn't even a little cooked. Just a completely raw, large, gelatinous chunk of chicken was served up in his $6 kids meal. When we told the restaurant staff, their solution was to offer us a new batch of said chicken...by this point my son was laying on the bench complaining about stomach pain. I think it's safe to say we did not need more chicken to solve this problem. When we went to go throw away the raw chicken, we found out that all their trash cans were overflowing...so we had to leave everything on the table. The concept is good- lot of visual things to look at while waiting-food prep- food itself etc- the girl who helped us was friendly and multi tasked well- seemed clean inside- I would try it again- lot of choices healthy and not so- the only drawback was it seemed like everyt-hing- had a sticky overly sweet taste- I would prefer grilled vegetables carmelized in their own juices W/O any added sugary sauce- I miss Mars Garden Chinese in Wichita but unless you grew up in the 1950's and 1960's you would not know what I am talking about- Not too much fast food back then for better or worse-but I suppose it would be like comparing apples to oranges read more
