The worst service! Even the manager was lacking customer service skills. We waited 35 minutes for our two meals! I asked the manager three times to help get our meals. She plated a meal for herself and sat down and ate and finished yet i was still standing there waiting for my two meals. First they said i had to wait on super greens. Then six people came in after me and they gave them all the super greens that were made for my order Ao they said i had to wait again. I repeatedly asked the three employees who were standing there not helping anyone to help fill my order. No joke! Then they said they were out of the chicken that both of my meals needed. The girl who finally started my order had just made herself a fountain drink and stood there and drank it while looking st me and licked the straw and picked her nose! I couldn't believe she picked her nose in front of me then wanted to start my order. I asked the manager again to help wirh my order as her employee was drinking and picking her nose and did nor wash her hands. The manager asked if i wanted an egg roll for my waiting so long. I told her i just needed my food! Too am y times requesting my food. I would Have left but i had already paid! My worst experience at a Panda! Like any other fast food places it is supposed to be fast... my food took almost 10 minutes to arrive at my car they told me to pull up front which I did but took longer then accepted. But other then that there orange chicken was 10/10 and the low mein was ok but overall a 3 stars read more

New location and new packing procedure. I ordered the "big plate" and received one of the choices on a bed of chow me in that resembled the kids bowl I ordered. I also received two small red boxes packed with my other two choices. Problem is there isn't enough chow mein for even 1.5 servings. Although I don't consider this place vegetarian friendly (choices that make a meal or fill you up), I eat the chow mein when my girls want to eat here. We went here today for lunch (2-4-2023) around 12:10pm. We found several bugs in the food once we got home and started to eat. We live 25 minutes from the restaurant, called to ask if we could return the food the next morning with the bugs for proof for a refund because we aren't able to make it all the way back out today. We were told no absolutely no refunds. And the manager we spoke to was rude and dismissive as well like it's a common thing for them. It's probably not a health hazard but I'm not an expert, it could be. But it definitely made me lose my appetite and we should be able to get a refund. Hit and miss. Today was a bit of a miss. Attitudes are often an issue at Pandas, in my experience between Oregon & Tennessee locations. Today was an all too often experience of them being out of food, then portioning out food according to customer size and not consistent. I brought my 12 y/o daughter and the woman gave her a smaller portion in her bowl even though we pay the same price for the bowl. This is something businesses need to address. Portion should always be consistent as you are not serving people in your home the amount you think they will eat. Also, a warm & friendly welcome is important, regardless of feeling. read more

We go here often. We ordered 2 large orders of teriyaki chicken. I took 2 bites and in the garbage it went. Why? Cause the chicken was very close to raw. It was TERRIBLE. So I really had not heard the greatest reviews on PE, so my husband and I went to try the new place out. We both were pleasantly surprised. We both enjoy the two entrees plate, he had chicken and I had the premium beef. The orange chicken was right off the grill an crispy like we like it. Beef had an incredible flavor, Shrimp and Beef wok. I loved the chow main and he liked the fried rice. Maybe we caught them on good day, but it was good. Pretty typical for a Panda Express. I've never been to one that I would rate as outstanding, but it's okay for fast and easy chinese style fast food. They're the same all across the country, you know what you're getting. We usually select the low mein noodles and one entree (bowl) or two entrees, a meal. The food is good, almost hot, always fresh. Thought it was time to try the new place and Chinese sounded really good. I ordered the plate and got teriyaki chicken, mushroom chicken. Both were tasteless and barely lukewarm. Have had messed up orders a few times, one of the last times I called and talked to a manager they took my name and put it in a book (according to the manager I spoke to) he said when I go to use the extra entrée I would just need to give the person taking my order my name and let them know its in the book. Well tonight I went to use it (the extra entrée) I gave the person taking the order my name and told them my name is in the book (per what the Manger told me to say). However they said that I would need the receipt and the managers name and since I didn't have the receipt and didn't know the managers name they would not honor it. However the manager when I had called that night said to just give them my name and it would be in a book that they can look it up..Now for tonight I went and got a few meal spent over 40.00 and the food was not that great, but what made it worse and made me sick was when I had found hair in my food. I will NEVER go back to the Madison Street, Clarksville, TN location, the service sucks and they are very rude. I will drive to the Wilma Rudolph, Clarksville, TN location to ever get Panda again, both are a long drive for me but at least at the Wilma location they have better attitudes, better customer service and much more friendly (smile and say thanks).
