I ordered broccoli and beef and there is almost no meat in my meal, just three small pieces, and the rest of the bowl is filled with a little broccoli and lots and lots of rice. Our other two orders are almost as bad. I'll never go back. read more

I ended up throwing my food away after a couple of bites. The beef was rubbery and gross and the noodles were extremely oily.

We always have a good experience when we order panda. Our food tastes great and the staff gets their jobs done.

This is the probably the most nice looking Panda Express I've been to. The staff is awesome. The place looks clean. The food is good. I'm always getting the two item selection. Chow mein with teriyaki chicken and Beijing beef. Sometimes I'll switch it out and pick the mushroom chicken. read more

The WORST WORST GM EVER!!!! walking around store with a pissed off face, did not engage a single customer, no hello, no smile, no welcome...NOTHING!! This GM does NOT belong in the service industry, does not know how to lead or act. "attitude reflects Leadership" and his attitude belongs in the back of a Garbage Truck so he doesn't have to deal with customers. This is by far the worst one I have been to. Regularly have an extreme wait time whether it be drive thru or inside. What makes it worse after waiting is they are always out of food and have to wait longer to get what you want. After all this time they are regularly out of sodas. read more

While this is a family favorite for my boys; I've yet to have a 4 or 5 star experience there. While the associates are polite... the service is still subpar; as if the staff is not being trained properly. They are not able to answer simple questions about the menu and our food is always a mess (see pics) when we get it! I specifically asked that they be careful about the sauce because either they forgot it all together or through it in the bag (see pics). I have visited this Panda Express approximately 100 times since its been built. I never had issues up until my last few visits. Management has been very inconsiderate and demeaning towards me as if I am a criminal for complaining. I was not going to request a refund after having a stomach ache from eating this old, hard food. But since management has treated me so poorly. I would like to receive my money back from this terrible order. I cancelled my last order that had hair in it. We used to like the food here but today was definitely the last time we will be supporting this Panda Express. We ordered the 3 entree order and the portion sizes were absurd! Let me paint you a picture. A young innocent unsuspecting boy in the prime of his life decides to try Panda Express for the first time. He pulls in the drive through and decides he's not too hungry so only gets fried rice just to hold him over until dinner. He eats thinking "this it pretty decent I'd probably go here again" fast forward to the morning after, his alarm goes off for work and all of a sudden he feels the force of Neptune hit his rectum "oh no" he thinks as he rushes to the bathroom slams open the door and sits down immediately the flood gates open and a rush of relief comes over his entire body but something feels off he looks his right "OH SHIT" he exclaims the sight of an empty toilet paper roll fills his soul with dread. With the battle still raging on he worries of what is to come as he checks his surroundings for anything or anyone who can help not a soul in sight. 'What should I do' he ponders. With no solution he realizes his only choice is to clean off in the shower. As soon as the battle atop the toilet seat is over he hops in the shower to clean off. Finally it seems his worries have been solved. He's slain the beast and cleansed himself of its remnants. Little did he know this was only the beginning, as he is leaving for work again Neptune comes knocking at his back door. "The fights not over" he thinks to himself. He rushes to work where he fights for hours atop the porcelain throne but this beast will not go down alone. The boy calls for sir Immodium for help but even he wasn't strong enough to silence this beast. Again he calls on sir Immodium but it seems no matter how hard they try they will not be able to take down this beast. Horrible customer service and the manager's "Sorry" seemed like she could care less about whether any customers ever returned to the restaurant. One of her servers started filling my steak and shrimp order, but when she realized it would have emptied the dish, she emptied my container back into the disk and said, "He's cooking more." Well, the server failed to mention that the cook hadn't even started cooking the steak and shrimp, and so we would have to wait another 20 minutes. The manager didn't seem worried about making us wait or possibly violating health code (e.g., I didn't think they were allowed to pour food back into dishes). Anyway, I like Panda Express, and I live in Cibolo, but in the future, I'll be driving the extra 10 minutes to Schertz instead. read more

This was my first time going to this location and I will not be returning. I used the drive thru and it was incredibly SLOW. Employee apologized for the wait once I finally made it to the ordering point, however, once I reached the window to get my food she was extremely rude. She opened the window and immediately snatched my payment and angrily commented about running out of items before I could even speak. At no point was I rude, shouting or even angry. We come here a lot because it's close but they have messed up our order three times! They always forget to give us something and it's so obnoxious. The training should be better for employees.
