I know this is a new Whataburger, so I waited a couple of months after they opened to give it a try. Not impressed. The employees don't seem to care, save the one gal that walks around the dining area, she always asks if I need anything, or a refill on my drink. I have been here 3 times. 1st time, they didn't put cheese on my burger after paying the extra .60 cents for it. 2nd time, they got the order right, but the burger was dripping mustard, there was way too much mustard, and I like mustard. 3rd visit was today. I asked for no onions on my burger, and I get onions on my burger. Hey Whataburger, I would guess 90% of people like cheese on their burgers. Just increase the menu price and include cheese on the burgers automatically! LOL read more

This location needs to do better! I used to stop at this location due to the convience. But something was always wrong with my our order. So I stopped coming here. Today my husband decided to bring home dinner after a long day at work. So he stopped at the cibolo location. I asked for a cheese burger no mustard, just veggies. I got it dry, no cheese & what was the equivalent to 1/2 an onion. He asked for mayo instead of mustard. Instead he got globs of mustard. Really!? I'm a TXn so Whataburger is my go to, but damn this one should fire it's manager immediately. Burger was trash, no flavor, bun felt/tasted stale, fries were good. Inside looked like no-one cleaned it since the day before, trash on tables and trashcans were full and overflowing. Restrooms were closed off by cones and the mop bucket but we probably could have at least cleaned up the mound of paper towels on the ground or maybe they were there as some kind water barrier. read more

This is a very new whataburger so it's nice to come to newer places but the customer service ain't the best. They're always mean here that's why I didn't even bother to go back and have them changed my burger. I had surgery so my husband went to go get me a burger I was craving and I asked for dry, even took a pic of the receipt and they still smothered it with mustard. My husband end up eating it and I just ate the onion rings. read more

Brand new and just opened a few days ago. Food is made to order. Server was nice and took my order with detailed. Tables and seats as well as the floor were clean and free of food trash. The menu is easy to read and has men and women's bathroom. The staff were nice and some were new so be patient with some of them. Place is big enough to accommodate large parties with kids. The only two improvements that I saw were as follow-if you seat by the window facing the parking lot, the sun can be hot through the windows and can be uncomfortable; the other thing was that my fajitas had more onions than any other vegetables and lacked flavor. Hopefully, whataburger will either tint the windows or just put transparent whataburger ads stickers on the windows to alleviate the heat going inside. read more

I was very disappointed when we visited Whataburger on Sunday. Where do I start? The drink bar was disgustingly dirty and sticky. When I looked from the counter into the cooking/ prep area I saw a lot of lettuce that could have been cleaned up. I ordered a spicy chicken meal. My chicken was overcooked and super crispy. The unsweetened tea was near empty and I was completely turned off by its filthy counter. The counter person who waited on us didn't seem to care that we chose their restaurabt from iof all the choices we had to dine in. The staff walked in with Taco Bell drinks instead of bidding it. Canes chicken cups were laying around in the park the lot. All in all I am not going to waste my hard earned money on mediocre food and will not eat there any more. read more

Sadly, this brand-new Whataburger is not up to par with the one on PatBooker Rd (my favorite). My first impression when I walked in was, "Wow, the floor is dirty." After we ordered, the table was also dirty. The Sprite was only carbonated water, and the trash cans were overflowing. We ordered the fries without salt, and they had salt. This place has too many negatives for us to come back. If the visible areas are so filthy, I cannot imagine the kitchen and the areas not visible to customers. Disappointing! read more

Worst place EVER! Just walked out, nobody in line, one guy working the front and walking off when we come in. Then tells us to order thru the kiosk, an elderly lady looking for help w/her drink she spilled and zero customer service. I been to several Whataburger places & had better service.(We are visiting from out of town) I donot recommend anyone eating here at all. This place has no employees to attend to anyone. Idk what these people are being wild for in the reviews, I've gone here a LOTTT of times mostly drive through and there ALWAYSSS nice to me and I'm not some rich white person either (no offense to anyone I love everyone) sometimes I do have to wait for my food but that's on Friday afternoons like duh imma have to wait, it's clean, yes has its issues like the bathroom issue but it's a new place what do people expect, one time I came after an event in the morning and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich at like 9 am and it was pretty quick and the service was awesome, the food always tastes amazing, sorry for the long review I js think Whataburger needs more love like let's stop Wildin over a place that just newly opened??? read more

Service - terrible, I went for curbside and my order was extremely late! Food - Cobb salad was lacking in product, not enough bacon at least the other restaurants in the area give me three full strips, it was broken in pieces and my grilled breast was chopped...and it was tiny, not sure if it was a whole or half. Ambiance - new building, I know this because I had to go inside to get my food even though I ordered curbside! You bring it to the car... I won't be back to this location! read more

As a customer, I believe there should be clear and professional alternatives in place to handle scanning properly, especially when the issue stems from a staff error rather than the customer. Good customer service includes offering solutions, explaining options calmly, and maintaining a respectful tone. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I received from Erica. Food came out quick, hot and fresh. No issues, I think they have resolved the issues.

Been to this location twice now. I Understand it's new but both orders have been so far off it's sad.

I was charged for an item that they didn't have on the menu. They did offer me something different but I was still charged. The least you could've done was given me food that wasn't lukrwarm??? Do not put high schoolers on drive thru who do not know what is and isn't on the menu and then charged the customer for item that isn't limited time only??? read more
