Use to be good, but lately food has been sitting and not good. Service was quick, but food now sucks. Use to eat there quite alot.

Wanted to get half fried rice and half chow mein but was told the chow mien would be at least 5 mins so i said let me just get fried rice but then i was told there was chow mein and i should have seen the red flag but i said ok. There was mostly fried rice and a little bit of chow mein and 80% of it was onions and celery.... Whoever was on thar drive thru taking orders really had no shame. I always enjoyed having a fast food restaurant where one can get vegetables instead of just carbs and salt, but I just paid $7.00 for about 3 pieces of broccoli and 3 pieces of meat. Inflation isn't that bad. That's price gouging. read more

Food is Panda Express quality, not new. Main point of contestion is they didn't deliver with the apply crisps for my kids meals which is what I paid for my children. Received two stars for delivery 4 minutes early but no crisps. read more

Ordered pepper steak in the drive thru and as usual they don't have any made and I have to wait... 20 minutes and they didn't bother to tell me that or that I was going to come in to get a drive thru order but that's not even the issue. The pepper steak was bleeding that being said I like medium steak but I don't like it coming from a fast food place. It was majorly undercooked and the manager had the worst attitude when dealing with it because I didn't have my receipt she got all short with me. The rating is not for the food. The food was fresh and delicious. However, the freshness came with a price - had to wait for fried rice, chow main and teriyaki chicken. The chicken was the longest. Our total time in the store was close to 20 minutes. This cost was at approximately 3pm, not what I would consider during a rush. The condiment station had two forks, all the bins were empty and the entire area needed to be cleaned. Trash cans throughout the store were over flowing. The bathrooms were dirty and didn't have toilet paper. The two cooks (one appeared to be the manager) were working their asses off to get food prepared. There was also one employee running back and forth assisting with the cooking. Of the four girls working the front line, one was flirting with a guy, and the other three were attempting to fill orders (but, unable to due to lack of prepared food). read more

The service was not good at all, the person taking the order was rude. I ordered the shrimp & walnut bowl and only 2 walnuts. I went into the store and told them, instead of scooping more out from the large dish the same lady went and got the walnuts that were on some heating unit and just plopped them onto. Hadn't had Panda Express since I was a kid, so got excited for it when my husband decided to order it for dinner. First bite of orange chicken was hot and fresh. The rest was a bitter disappointment. It's like there were a few pieces of freshly made chicken thrown on at the end to fill the rest of the order; but the majority of my chicken tasted like it was sitting in a bin since this morning. Cold, lukewarm at best, and the texture it's gathered tells you it's definitely been sitting awhile. Fried rice was also very bland. I know, it's rice, what do you expect? There's just something in fried rice that gives it the bit of flavor, and this missed the mark. Sorry Panda Express, once a childhood staple, now an adulthood disappointment. The restaurant needs to be renamed as Panda Express is definitely not true. They are SUPRR SLOW!!!! No sense of urgency in trying to fill orders and no manager on duty either. If thought walking in and ordering food at the counter would have been quicker I wouldnt have ordered my food an hour prior thinking it would be ready when I got there. Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean, however 3 times I've been here and the food was dry. Particularly the walnut shrimp.

The guy who helped us tonight was very nice and accommodating. They even made fresh batches of what we wanted despite it being the end of the night. The food was hot and fresh. Everything tasted great. I had the string bean chicken, and honey walnut shrimp. Both delicious and fresh. I have visited this location 4 times and have had a good experience each time. Only time I had to wait was when they were making fresh food which was not a problem for me. This location is always clean and the service is always great. read more

Slow service both times I've been there, but I like the food. It's hard to blame the restaurant when it's so hard to find good workers these days. The portions of food that you get are all over the place. For example, teriyaki chicken, one time you'll get 4-5 small strips of chicken the next time they chop up two whole pieces of chicken (about 12 strips) and cram the styrofoam container full. Drive thru would be great, but it's rarely open. Even when a couple neighboring businesses had their opening day, so there was NO parking, the drive thru was closed. Any manager with common sense would get the drive thru open, so they can continue to serve food. They do offer military discount - Thank you! read more

I moved here from the southern California about 3 years ago and lived in a highly populated oriental area which did have Panda Express restaurants in the area. The food was very good and they did very good business even with all the oriental competition. I was looking forward to the opening. This restaurant here in California Maryland I believe wouldn't have a customer if it was located on the west coast. The chow mein was very dry and the fried rice did not taste much better than cardboard. I had Orange Chicken and the wife had Broccoli Beef both which were void of any sauce. Online order took over 30 minutes. Order placed at 7:30 and showed up at 7:45 to pick up as the app instructed to do so. When I arrived they had not even started order and proceeded to make it in front of me. Got to the spring rolls and they only had one left and then said they would have to make more to complete order. 20 minutes later I had a cold meal but hot spring rolls so what a treat! Poor leadership overall due to the fact nobody over 20 years old behind the counter and 2 out of the 6 people working were just standing there talking about their favorite green tea for 5 minutes. Actually prefer this location to Prince Frederick Panda Express and I live near the Prince Frederick location. Come to the California, Md one all the time. Clean, friendly staff and good food with the exception of this visit. Had the displeasure of being waited on by a female staffer named Dayairria. We walked in, she stood right at the counter, saw us, walked off. Came back and stared my wife and I down. Then finally spoke. She almost caught an immediate reaction to the stare down but we are grown folks. No time for her BS. Asked how long an item would be restocked in the window, she had an attitude that she had to check on the time. Anyway, the time was too long to wait so we ordered something different. I got a bowl and noticed when I got home that the bowl is mainly 3/4 white rice. And very little entree. Basically, a waste of time and money making this trip. To the mgr: you really need to address this person cause she will cause you to lose customers. I have to say this the worst experience we've had at this location. We would have driven back to show how little entree was in the bowl, but it's 40 minutes one way. So I decided to Yelp about it. Hope someone takes note!! You can do better than this!! read more

Ordered 2 plates with spring rolls. Not extravagant at 6 pm to pick up at 6:30 per Pandas online app. Didn't get until 7:15. 45 minutes longer than was supposed to be ready. Unacceptable! I love Panda Express but was a bit disappointed when I went this evening. I arrived at 8:15 and I knew closing was at 9. I didn't feel that this was too close to closing to grab some quick dinner on my way home. At the drive through I was informed that they are working on closing and many food items won't be available to me. I then decided to order and see and was told there was no chow mein for the night and that I would need to select something else so I decided to cancel my order. If you want greasy food,come here. I got a quart of white rice and Orange Chicken. The chicken was so greasy, I sm ached one to see how much grease was in I it and was disgusting. Stopped by last night to check out the new Panda Express in town. Orange chicken was not bad, fried rice was average. Ordered chow mein with the dish, but their chow mein is lo mein (noodles). Also had beef with broccoli and mushroom chicken which were fairly good. The spring rolls were not good at all. Very heavy, thick coating and greasy. The crab Rangoon was the worst I've ever had. The wrapper was thin and fried till burnt. I really had high hopes but was disappointed. My husband said he would go back, but I would drive right by this spot to go to a different Chinese restaurant. read more
