Staff started cleaning before 10:00 p.m., restaurant closes at 11:00 pm. It's 10:14 p.m. She's literally lifting the glass that shields the food to clean the inside of the glass causing remnants of harden food, dust and whatever else is on the glass and towel to fall directly into the food being served to customers. Absolutely pathetic portion sizes. Got double orange chicken, and it wasn't even as much as a normal portion from any other Chinese restaurant in town. The fried rice is bland and tasteless. For fast food Chinese it's a solid 3 stars. It normally will satisfy your cravings. My personal must do's are the orange chicken for sweet and the Kung Pao chicken for heat. I like the plate option for getting two entree choices. Today I went with the side of noodles and they were very meh. LOTS of cabbage. Very little noodles. I like the one on Marketplace in Gaines. I The last three times I've been here they were out of about thirty percent of the entrees. The fried rice is almost gone and looks like [rap. The super greens were gone. Really dissatisfied with our visit here this past week. I got a bowl with white rice and the green bean chicken. It was about 90% rice. Two tiny pieces of chicken and some beans. Zero sauce. So basically just ate unflavored white rice and a few beans. Very disappointing. I have found the last few times we've gotten food here the propitious are so poor. TERRIBLE lying people that work at this location. Placed an online order through the panda express app. They canceled our order for no reason at all. We called the number to find out what was going on. The first person asked for all information about the order claiming they never received the order (even though we had a confirmation number and an actual order number). They then proceeded to blame Doordash and that we needed to contact them even though we had nothing to do with Doordash, that is who they chose to deliver the order. At this point we asked for a manager. They claimed over and over there was no manager. We asked "so if we were to come in there is no manager to speak to?" Magically a manager finds her way to the phone. This manager, Hannah (I think), admitted they had the order sitting on the counter and "we don't do refunds so you should come get it" even though it was a delivery confirmation. She proceeded to overtalk my husband and yell at him. We demanded a refund for this behavior as we were not putting up with this bullying. We said we would stay on the phone while she did it (because lets face it, our trust in these people was non-existent at this point) and she hung up on us. There's nothing "express" about this Panda Express. Their website won't allow online orders. The line at the drive-thru is slower than molasses in December. 20+ minutes in line before ordering. When we tried to order the noodles, we were told they were out and it would be another 8-10 minutes. My order of beef & broccoli was nothing but broccoli. This was a total rip-off. read more

Update: I called to speak to the manager to give feedback. She was EXTREMELY rude. She immediately got an attitude and said that "it's BROCCOLI beef so there should be more broccoli than beef... I mean, we know that it's a problem but, that's what the recipe calls for. We should make sure there's more beef in it, but yea.' I can say with certainty I will NOT be giving this establishment any more of my money. Yikes. If your managers can't handle a very non combative call with feedback, maybe reconsider if that person is the right fit for the position. Don't waste your time. I placed my order at 11:03 in the drive thru. They told me my order would take a few minutes and to pull ahead and they would bring my food out. 20 minutes later I went inside because I still didn't have my food. The entree I ordered was prepared but for some reason they didn't fill my order. I placed an online order. If I had known your lobby was closed, there is now way in hell I would have placed an order. As the lobby was closed, I was forced to go through the drive through. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:40 which is the time that I arrived at the restaurant. After waiting 15 min to get to the pickup window, I was handed the wrong order and the worker disappeared. I had to knock on the pickup window for them to come back. They then told me that the egg rolls weren't ready and I was told to go to the parking g lot to wait and someone would bring the order out. Waited another 15 min and no food. I called the restaurant and the person that answered wondered why I was in the parking lot. I explained that I was told I was waiting for egg rolls and was trying to be patient and was wondering how much longer. The person who answered then asked me what other food of mine wasn't ready yet.
