Cash was used, so there's no personal info on the receipt, but the check number was 11835 in case that helps them get the praise they deserve. I ordered the Big Box combo with extra fries and no slaw--made to perfection. Portions were great, food temperature was spot on, and the fries were actually seasoned (which I don't usually experience at other locations). The human at the drive-thru window was also friendly, asked how my day was going, and made sure I had all the condiments I needed. I truly wish this level of customer service existed at some East valley locations I've visited. Overall, this was hands down one of the best Raising Cane's experiences I've had. There's plenty of onsite parking and two drive-thru lanes, which really helps the line move quickly. Kuddos to this branch for having excellent customer service! I ordered the WaBa Veggie Bowl which comes with chicken and steak along with carrots cabbage glazed with their like teriyaki sauce. I preferred the chicken over the steak but it had a really clean char flavor on both meats and were tender and juicy. The teriyaki sauce was really tasty as well not too soy based and plenty of it in the bowl so mixes with the rice and veggies and meat and more than enough. Also had the 5 dumplings which were tasty as well. All in all great meal that's really clean. This would be great casual option if you want something clean and not oily but tasty.

The…read moreway this drive thru was designed and built it's sooooo terrible, the entrance it's always blocked by the driver thru customers waiting to be helped, now they have 2 lines one for mobile pickup and that seems to be the problem with this. The afternoon crew seems to have a problem with every one visiting the restaurant they always have an attitude while helping. The food is okay but lately the chicken seems to be extremely done to the point where it's hard, they always forget something when I order to go and I happen to notice the girl handing me the ice cream come licking her finger.
