Hello there! This is a good location run by engaging staff who respond quickly and are also very patient when explaining how the portions work to someone who is unfamiliar (obviously not me I am V familiar). Okay. So. Mama Grizzly was ready to dine, I'm always ready. It's 9:57 pm, we pull up to the panda, i keep it simple with a classic - Grilled chicken teriyaki with whatever those vegetables are instead of the delicious noodles or good time fried rice, this is on my mother's dime so...should I say that as a 31 year old man? I should. Not. But oh well, thanks mom! And she gets the shrimp and some mushroom chicken plus the stir fried veggies. I eat my food to completion (always). Mama bear gets full but we know good food and good food is still pretty good later so she saves it. I ask for a new bowl for mama bear and staff gave it to me so fast that I fell over but the momentum was so strong that I kept flipping till I was back on my feet. Okay that did not happen nor is it possible in my current top heavy physical form, too much muscle and brawn probably, I'm not sure. But staff was nice and helpful and checked bathrooms for cleanliness while we were there. I used the facilities myself and regret not eating off the bathroom floor (it was very clean). At the end of our traditional Panda Express adventure, I cracked my fortune, ate the two halves BEFORE READING THE FORTUNE so that (by law) the fortune would be bound to fulfill whatever is inscribed upon its flesh by the consumer of its cookie crust. Upon reading my fortune I must say, I'm very glad that I followed the rules. (unfortunately as you can see from exzibit c. (See photos...the third one. That's exzibit c.) Ma's fortune will not be coming true, sad but rules are rules. Oh also we stayed way too late but they were really nice about that and I'm very sorry for us kind of just...sidling along everywhere so casually as if you guys weren't wanting to go home at all. Great vibes, good ambiance, very sorry, I know how annoying that is but I don't know what Canadian food is like and I needed something sure and strong in my tummy to enter that country with pride and confidence, knowing that I still live with my parents. read more

Walked in for a panda bowl, which was delicious as usual. Requested a cup for water and noticed a repair person working on the fountain machine I would've bought a water, but it's almost 3.00. Now the place is starting their lunch rush and I'm annoyed because 1. The cashier could've warned me that drinks were not going to be available and 2. Management should've scheduled this repair BEFORE the store opened. Poor planning, I'm not impressed. Do better! At least offer customers a free tea or bottled beverage on the house for their inconvenience. read more

Do not go here for an online order. I placed an online order today and it was not fulfilled until 2 hours after my order was placed. The restaurant was full of angry, upset and some hostile customers all waiting for their orders. I ended up requesting to cancel my order after waiting for over an hour in the store. The team member had no eta for orders to be fulfilled. 30 min after I left I got a text that my order was ready. It makes no sense to not be able to fulfill online orders in a timely manner while the staff focused on the walk in orders. Biggest waste of time ever! Update: the team member wrote down my name and said she would cancel my order for me. Apparently she did not do her job because I still got the text that my order was ready 30 minutes after I left the store. I kept a close eye on my credit card charges and the charge from Panda Express cleared on my credit card's end. read more

I hate to rain on their parade. Ordered a bowl and found a long sliver of plastic lodged between my teeth. I know it's a long wait because they're busy but it's not worth a trip to the hospital. . read more

If you love Chinese food, you won't be disappointed getting it from the Panda Express. Taste and quality are standardized among locations. Lately I started using the apps, ordered and picked it up later. That is a plus. The order was ready before scheduled. But, not too long. So the food is still hot. My fav are orange chicken and beef broccoli. read more

Service for online orders needs to be reevaluated. I placed an online order at 5:22pm, for pickup at 6pm, slightly longer than the "ASAP" time range. Arrived in store at 6:05pm. Many in-line customers ordered and paid while online customers stacked up. Meal wasn't ready until 6:38pm. We love Panda, but likely will not return to this location anytime soon after this experience. read more

I see I made the same complaint last year. Well I'm going to do it again! I placed an order for delivery on their website and by the time I was done it said "pickup," not delivery. Changing/canceling it is iimpossible! I talked to the store and the employee said the manager wasn't there and there was nothing she could do. Tried to contact the company by phone but wasn't successful, so I wrote a complaint to them. Sure hope they respond. I need my money back! Why isn't a restaurant more user-friendly?? read more

I'm honestly shocked by how terrible this meal was. I ordered online chow mein (noodles), but around 70% of it was just onions -- barely any noodles at all. It felt like I paid for a box of fried onions instead of actual food. This is completely unacceptable for a place like Panda Express. The portion was disappointing, the quality terrible, and it shows zero care for customers. I'll definitely think twice before ever ordering here again. read more

If possible, I'd choose zero stars. We've placed many online orders with various managers on shift, and to our fault, after many online orders none have been fulfilled correct or on time. We've had 3 parties (hosting over 30 people) delayed, or not delivered at all, through Panda Express catering ordered via website. We've also experienced 4 family gatherings (hosting about 15 people) either waiting 2+ hours regardless of the ETA delivery time or delivered with missing items. We love Panda Express and continue to give benefit of the doubt, but when it comes to big parties, we will never return. read more

I would rate zero stars if I could. The service here is terrible. I placed a mobile order at 5:30. I walked in at six, assuming it would be ready. There were about 10 other people waiting for their mobile orders. me and a few other customers asked about our orders multiple times, and they shrugged us off and ignored us and walked away. I didn't leave with my food until 640 and I ordered one bowl. I go open my container and my order was completely wrong. I went back inside to get a refund and had to wait another 15 minutes before they even acknowledged me. This happens every single time. the workers are rude as hell too. One of them was sitting thete on her phone the entire time this was happening. read more

The black peppered steak is so good and tender. The orange chicken is tender and crispy with a nice coating of sauce. The chow mein is flavorful and really binds it all together. read more

This was by far the worst Panda Express I've ever been to, the service and wait time was insane they were confusing and messing up everyone's orders. They were calling for broccoli and beef from the moment we walked in spent 15 minutes there they had just started making the broccoli and beef. After we got our food the chow mein was hard and stale along side the fried rice was undercooked and hard. And finally to top the service off they had two soda options others were broken or out of syrups so wasted more money getting two large sodas way to go Panda Express we will not be back. read more

I decided to go into this location because the two times I tried delivery they got my simple order wrong and the food tasted as though it was from the day before. For starters, the employees weren't very friendly what so ever. The person taking orders spoke as if he was whispering. The store was busy and for as many employees as there were, you'd think they were on top of things. I had to wait 15 minutes for my food because "there wasn't enough chow mein" however there was plenty in the bowl to satisfy my small order and then some. I saw a group of 6 that came in after me get their food before I did. I have never seen such a disorganized, unfriendly, group of employees. Wont be going back to this location for a very. Very long time. Hopefully it's not a complete sh*t show next time. read more

One of the things that they could definitely improve on is using heating lamps, especially if they're putting your food or food. It's supposed to go on the line. They also need to learn how to provide better customer service along with being honest on how long an order will take. They prioritize customers coming into the store versus those customers that order online or use Delivery services. I know several people who have had to wait an hour and a half from a delivery service who had to wait there an hour just to get one person's order. Also, they need to learn how to be honest and truthful with customers, especially the management when it comes to dealing with customer complaints rather than saying, it will be a few more minutes and it turns into be 15 minutes to a half hour. I would recommend looking at patronizing their other locations in Lynnwood or the new one that should be opening soon at Lake Stevens. I'm sure they can provide better customer service from a scale from 0 to 5. I would rate them a 0+!!! read more

Would give it a minus 10 if I could. Not a grand place for online orders! It took TWO hours to get my order while walk-ins were served right away. I stopped counting walk-ins customers at 25. When I asked where my order was I was ignored or told it will be out soon. Orders were not being called out, an uber driver started calling out the names of orders being placed on a counter! WHAT!!! The food sat so long it was not hot when getting it. It would be faster to drive to Everett than wait for an order in Arlington. I watched a staff person do pretty much nothing. She would pick something up then put it down in another place then back to look at an order but not serve it! Online order tickets would fall on the floor left unnoticed for a bit. One person took my name twice, as if she was going to check the order or get it going.... NOT. When I told her she already had my name and asked where the order was she ignored me then moved on to the next victim, I asked three times with no reply. One person finally said oh your order is right there... THEN GET IT! I waited another 15 minutes before getting my order. I wanted to walk out but it was a no by hungry people (insert sad face here) Drive to Everett you'll get your food faster get home and have eaten it in the time you'll get it from this store. NO ONE CARES HERE!! STAY AWAY if you like to order online. Walk in is different, still a wait but not as long as online. read more

Far from Authentic but catered to Caucasian tastes. This place has gone from good to mediocre real quick. The quality has gone down from my previous visit. The employees don't even ask it you're eating in or getting it to go. They quickly default to a to go container and try multi tasking online orders (which they prioritize over your order). There were mostly door dash and uber eats gig workers that loitered within waiting on their deliveries. read more

This place is the most disorganized place I have ever been to, but it's the most convenient panda express where I live .I've been very disappointed on the service lately. I come here nothing is ready constantly have to wait for food to be ready and even when it's ready their more focused on filling take out order instead. You would think they're busy cus there a line out the door no that just mean they stop doing dinning in orders and are focusing more on take out. On top of that the manager is in the back on there phone instead of helping out. This place can never Handel a rush ever. This is that last time I will be taking my service here. read more

DO NOT even waste your precious time sitting and waiting for mid food. Panda express? More like waiting for a train to never come express. These workers couldn't care less about you spending your money here. Sure, we all crave it from time to time, but it definitely makes you never want to return after you wait 45 minutes after you MOBILE ORDERED for your dinner. Not sure if they are just low staffed or what, but time after time again the only thing they serve is disappointment. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option! read more

This location is consistently late to fill any type of online order. Every time I place one, there is a minimum of 3 other people waiting for their online order as well. More often than not, one specific menu item is missing so there is a back-up of half filled orders. Once the order is finally filled, half of the food is cold because it was waiting for one specific item. Every experience is super disappointing. read more

It is a great buffet type kind of restaurant, family and I enjoyed the food a lot. They do have a good service, but it is true they should use gloves to make the orders and grab the food even if they're not touching them directly with their hands, and improve in their overall hygiene. Good ambiance just because I order to go most of time overall it's a nice place to eat during the weekend. read more

Food Handling Violations!!!!! Disgusting, they mix old honey walnut shrimp that has been sitting out for an 20 minutes not in warm area on counter, , with new walnut shrimp and serve to customers, I got sick recently at their location, they had my review removed from Door Dash for stating this, manager or supervisor in gray panda shirt, doesn't use gloves or a hair net, serves old shrimp, she thought I was being rude when all I was nice to everyone, the employees of were nice and did customer service, but giving old shrimp that was sitting out because I asked for new shrimp which I did wait for, she proceeded to give me old shrimp that was sitting out. I had to leave before I did become rude. Everyone knows you don't leave shrimp sitting out that long and cross contamination is vital. I usually like panda. But to go so far to remove my review from door dash for reporting their safety violations. Food people need to come out and do undercover report. Clearly whoever is in charge doesn't understand food violations. If anyone has gotten sick within the past 2 weeks at this location. Please report it to Food and Safety of WA state. read more

Recently got two kids meals and plate combo. Food was cold, portions were small and the server was not very happy when asked to get some chili sauce on the side. Very bad experience. Would not recommend this particular location to anyone. Waste of money. read more

Love pandas food but we ordered their new crafted drink. The price is put in the large cup size and that's it. I asked for no ice so they switched my cup to a smaller cup size and left my husbands large with ice. Yet, I paid for the large size. Update: I called and indeed it was supposed to be a large. I let her know I ordered two and they were two different sizes and she said they shouldn't have been. However, instead of apologizing and having good customer service, she told me I still got the same amount since I asked for no ice. Regardless of whether I asked for no ice I paid for the large size and didn't get it. In fact, they swapped the large size out as soon as I asked for no ice. So terrible customer service all around. read more

Went there for the first time regardless of the rating and WOW, I should've trusted Yelp. Had to go back 3 times for them to give me what I ordered, what I paid for. It's ridiculous. And when I asked for a discount on a new order because of all the inconvenience of going to home and back- still nothing. So incredibly rude and misunderstanding. Never going back again. read more

Don't place pickup orders here. They ignore online orders until you get there, and until they get through the people in line. It's currently 25 minutes past my pickup time for an order, and they only started preparing it now . read more

A couple of things They put way too much vegetables in the chow mein And lots of times it's huge huge chunks of what looks like the ends of onions? Secondly, me and my bf ordered on the 4th and went in to pick up and the food was totally inedible. The taste of the chicken and chow mein was very very off and the chow mein was horribly soggy. I don't know if they were training someone but we wound up wasting money on food we couldn't eat. Normally the food tastes just fine but this time wasn't something I could ignore. read more

Thank you Panda Express! My sister ordered yesterday for delivery to a work. It was a rather large order and once she got home, she realized that one of our bowls was missing. Which, is totally understandable, as it was a large order. I called last night and spoke to an employee who then sent me to Ana/Anna who I believe is the manager. She asked for the name and order number which I gave her. She then told me she would replace the bowl the next day if I came in and asked for her. So I did that today! And Ana/Anna and all the other employees were very sweet and apologetic and made me a new bowl quickly. Thank you very much! You are so appreciated :) read more

Been here several times and it's always a hassle. Today they asked if I wanted to wait for my entree and said a 5 minute wait. After 24 minutes it was ready and they didn't redo the rest of the meal that was already made so it was cold and gross. The tea I wanted was out, but didn't have an out of order sign (or else I wouldn't have bought one). They have a history of misjudging how long things take to make and if I'd known it would be over 20 minutes, I would've not gotten it. Just annoying. read more

The young lady that was dishing the food tonight was beyond rude. I was trying to order the teriyaki chicken for my two year old. I asked if she would please cut the chicken up. Because what she was serving were way to Large for even an adult to eat it was like she cut the chicken thing in half . She told me no that she had already cut it. So I asked again nicely this time telling her it was for my toddler and too large. She had a cutting board and knife inches from her hand. She flat out refused. Worst panda express I've ever been too... Beijing beef was the most decent thing I had there along with the Rangoon, but the orange chicken and chow mein were... odd. The chow mein lacked seasoning, parts of the chow mein were still stuck together, and tasted like it came straight from the package. The chow mein in general had a slightly sour after taste which concerned me as all chow mein at most panda expresses taste similar, if not the same. It was like eating Safeway chow mein. The orange chicken's sauce tasted fine, probably because it wasn't made there. The breading of the chicken was messy, and crumbly. There were hard bits of batter on pieces of chicken, and pieces that contained all fat, no chicken, or pieces that have a strange chewy and slimy texture. I never have leftovers from Panda Express, but today, I had plenty. I guess this is what I get for trying a Panda Express in Arlington. read more
