Unfortunately, the experience changed significantly afterward. An employee handling trash came into the dining area repeatedly slamming trash bins, forcefully opening and closing lids, and slamming trays loudly. The behavior was disruptive, inappropriate for a customer dining environment, and completely changed the atmosphere for guests trying to enjoy their meal. One of the kitchen staff members came out to apologize and attempted to explain the situation. I appreciate the apology and want to be clear that the employees who apologized handled it professionally, and this was not their responsibility. My concern is with management oversight. Regardless of personal circumstances, customers should not be subjected to disruptive behavior that affects the dining experience and comfort of others. I hope ownership reviews this situation and takes the necessary steps to ensure a professional environment moving forward. The food and service were good, but this incident unfortunately overshadowed what otherwise would have been an enjoyable visit.
